First Footage of 'Halloween' 2018 Debuts at CinemaCon

-The footage starts off introducing a film crew making a documentary about Michael Myers, who was apprehended immediately after the first movie ended (retconning all sequels that have followed) and escapes imprisonment 40 years later.

-Jamie Lee Curtis returns as Laurie Strode, who has prepared for his escape by training with guns and outfitting her home with secret passages. She says she's prayed every day for this to happen. When someone asks why, she replies, "So I can kill him."

-The trailer highlighted two very intense moments. The first features a girl sitting in a public bathroom stall. Someone enters and she says it's occupied. Michael then puts his hand over the door and drops a bunch of bloody teeth on her, after which she begins screaming.

-The final moment takes place in a young boy's bedroom. He asks his teenage babysitter to close his closet door. She tries and tries, but it doesn't budge. She opens the door to see what's blocking it and Michael pops out, knife in hand.

Betty turns to Cheryl for help when she has a suspicion about the Black Hood (who, lbr, is Hal)

Meanwhile, the reveal of a dark secret forces Archie and Jughead to try and ease tensions between the Bulldogs and Serpents, but it probably fails miserably since the Bulldogs (+Kevin of all people) take up blunt objects to go fuck up the local biker bar that serves minors, has minors as bartenders, and lets minors strip for adults.

Finally, on the eve of the mayoral debate, a mysterious message leaves everyone on edge.

Finally, Betty comes face to face with the Black Hood who's probably her dad.

Gilliam's cursed 'Don Quixote' could be banned from Cannes

Terry Gilliam has been trying to get his film The Man Who Killed Don Quixote made for almost 20 years, with stars like Ewan McGregor, Johnny Depp, Jean Rochefort, John Hurt, Robert Duvall, and Jack O'Connell attached at various times.

The movie's now been finished with Adam Driver and Johnathan Pryce in the lead roles. It was slated to close the Cannes film festival next month, but lawyers for Alfama Films—which announced the film alongside Gilliam at Cannes in 2016— and (former) producer Paulo Branco have called the move "patently illegal" and "in defiance of three judicial decisions."

One of the lawyers, Juan Branco (Paulo's son, who also represented WikiLeaks' Julian Assange), says that Gilliam et al. "knew that law was against them" but tried to "railroad" the film through Cannes before the court's final decision.

On the other hand, Gilliam says that Branco Sr. lost any ownership of the film when he failed to raise sufficient funds to make it, and that he "had nothing to do with the [final] film. His demands are laughable, absurd. He is trying to make as much money as he possibly can from a film he did not produce." The film's French distributor Philippe Aigle (of Oceans Films Distribution) agrees.

The current producers, including Jeremy Thomas’ Recorded Picture Company, call Branco's claims “preposterous” and have initiated lawsuits of their own in four other countries.

This newest motion will be heard May 7, the day before the Cannes film festival begins.

Lost in La Mancha, a documentary about the film's stilted production, was released in 2002.

1) Mirotic - TVXQ

Mirortic will turn 10 on November 25th, 2018. This would be TVXQs last Korean comeback as a 5 member group. Changmin and Yunho would have a comeback in 2011 with Keep Your Head Down.

2) U-Go-Girl (ft Nassun) - Lee Hyori

Hyori cemented her status as a K-Pop queen with U-Go-Girl, which came out July 14th, 2008. She wouldn't have another comeback till 2010 with her album H-Logic.


3) Nobody - Wonder Girls

The Wonder Girls would release Nobody on September 22nd, 2008. The next year they would attempt to break America with the english version.

4) Lost Child - IU

IU debuted with her song Lost Child on September 24th, 2008 which featured MBLAQ member Thunder. Her next single, Boo was released less then a year later and would come with an image change.

5) Replay - SHINee

SHINee's EP Replay dropped May 25th, 2008 with a music video starring soon-to-be F(X) member Victoria. The boy band would quickly follow with Love Like Oxygen which released the same year.

6) 10 Out of 10 - 2PM

2PM released 10 Out of 10 on August 29th, 2008. 2009 would see them come out with Again & Again, shortly after their leader Jaebum (Jay Park) would leave due to past controversy.

7) Crazy - Son Dambi

Crazy dropped September 18th 2008 and people went wild for the "chair dance", many covers soon followed. In 2009 she would see continued success with Saturday Night.

8) Big Bang - Day By Day

Day By Day was a smash success when it came out on August 8th, 2008. Big Bang would release their second full album Remember and promote Sunset Glow next.

Troye Sivan Lied About His Age on Grindr as a Teenager

In an interview with Attitude magazine, Troye Sivan recounted how when he was 17, he created a Grindr account and lied about his age, not necessarily to hook up with older men, but to have the same sexual experiences that his hetero peers could easily obtain.

"All my friends were hooking up with random people at parties, and I just felt so left behind because I didn’t know gay people, I didn’t know where to meet gay people."

-Obtained a fake ID and also created a Grindr account
-Realizes that he was reckless and stresses these are things a 17-year-old shouldn't have to do
-Reflecting, he's realized the guys who went after him were creepy, because he looked "so young"

"I don’t remember specifically but, because I was always so small, I was so scared to meet up with people because I was like, ‘I’m going to get killed, I’m going to get murdered by someone."

-Ultimately doesn't have any regrets, even wrote a song about the experience titled "17" for his new album

There’s actually a song about it on the album called ’17’… Originally the chorus of the song was ‘Here he comes, like he just walked out of a dream, doesn’t care that you’re 17’. And I was like ‘uh, that sounds a bit predatory’, and maybe it was a little bit."

She's surrounded by family and friends that adore and support her, and for those that don't? She has more than enough self-love and self-respect to understand that thats their problem, not hers.

Sources are saying a key plot point to Star Trek 4 will see Pine’s character running into his father (Hemsworth) in a time travel ploy.

Recently Shania showed her ass, devastating stans - prompting an Ontd original to brace yourselves if your fav is next - and disappointing others with her thoughts on how she would have voted for Drumpf.

Karamo from the rebooted Queer Eye says he forgives her and encourages other to do the same, saying it's in "our nature".

"As a community we are very forgiving. It's in our nature because we have been treated so bad by people in our family and our friends who didn't accept us as we go on our journeys, that we've learned how to be empathetic and to forgive and I believe that as a community we will again."

"That one vote doesn't define her as a woman.", he adds.

No word yet if Shania is invited back onto Drag Race.
