Federal judge rules that "Happy Birthday To You" is in the public domain

-A federal judge ruled that Warner/Chappell Music doesn't own copyright "Happy Birthday To You"

-Warner/Chappell Music was making $2 million each year from royalties of the song

-The judge ruled that Warner/Chappell Music only owned rights to specific arrangements, not the song

-This now means that people will no longer have to pay Warner/Chappell Music to license the song
