Prosecutors handling Gabriel Aubry's criminal case in which the Canadian model was arrested after getting into a vicious Thanksgiving Day brawl with French actor Olivier Martinez - who's now engaged to Aubry's ex Halle Berry - determined there was no need for him to go to anger management classes, and the case is officially closed, RadarOnline is exclusively reporting.
"The Los Angeles City Attorney's Office could have ordered Gabe to attend anger management classes, even though he wasn't officially charged with any crimes," a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline exclusively.
"Gabe attended an informal office hearing, and it was determined that there was absolutely no need for him to enroll in any sort of anger management classes or counseling. Gabe is just thankful to put this ordeal behind him and focus on being Nahla's father," the insider added.
Berry's on-going battle with Aubry escalated earlier this year after she announced that she wanted to move with their daughter, Nahla, to France with Martinez.
Tensions between the warring exes came to a nasty head in November, after an epic Thanksgiving Day brawl between Aubry and Martinez. According to the Canadian-born model's sworn testimony, Martinez was angry at Aubry over not being allowed to move to France with Nahla, allegedly accusing Aubry of costing him "$3 million in legal fees" for the custody tug-of-war.
However, despite Aubry's shocking injuries, the matter was eventually settled amicably out of court.

Bundled up in a winter coat, leather leggings and boots, Berry and Martinez held hands as they took a stroll in the City of Light's romantic Saint Germain Quarter.
According to onlookers, the couple checked out Saint-Sulpice and the Abbey of Saint-Germain-des-pres, two historic churches in the picturesque city.
