  • Harpo studios received an email about Josh's molestation on December 7, 2006 at 6:30 AM

  • the email not only referred to the molestation, the author also claimed Jim Bob and Michelle covered it up.

  • Harpo sent the email to a child abuse hotline

  • Harpo responded so quickly that at 1:17 PM the same day, an Arkansas State Police officer contacted Michelle, telling her she needed to bring Josh back home immediately for an interview

  • Oprah's people immediately cancelled the taping and sent the family home

Russian Watchdog Threatens Google, Facebook Over 'Extremist' Content

Following recent news which reported that the Russian government has banned celebrity memes, Russian state agency Roskomnadzor has accused Facebook, Google and Twitter of committing "lawless actions" by ignoring Russia's demands, and threatened sanctions, fines and bans.

Roskomnadzor have threatened action unless the companies comply with Moscow's demands to block content it deems extremist and to share information about online traffic on individual pages.

The agency issued a statement demanding that the social networking companies delete content that ""contains calls for mass unrest [or] carrying out extremist activities" or calls for attending unauthorized rallies.

This also follows a demand made by the agency last summer, which ordered bloggers whose accounts receive more than 3,000 visitors per day to register as mass media. (I happen to know a Russian journalist IRL and this is scarily 100% true).

Opponents of the Russian government have often turned to social media to voice dissent and organize rallies, as Russian media is state controlled.

"I want to make a heartfelt apology for whatever it is I end up accidentally saying during the forthcoming ‪#‎JurassicWorld‬ press tour. I hope you understand it was never my intention to offend anyone and I am truly sorry. I swear. I'm the nicest guy in the world. And I fully regret what I (accidentally will have) said in (the upcoming foreign and domestic) interview(s).

I am not in the business of making excuses. I am just dumb. Plain and simple. I try. I REALLY try! When I do (potentially) commit the offensive act for which I am now (pre) apologizing you must understand I (will likely have been) tired and exhausted when I (potentially) said that thing I (will have had) said that (will have had) crossed the line. Those rooms can get stuffy and the hardworking crews putting these junkets together need some entertainment! (Likely) that is who I was trying to crack up when I (will have had) made that tasteless and unprofessional comment. Trust me. I know you can't say that anymore. In fact in my opinion it was never right to say the thing I definitely don't want to but probably will have said. To those I (will have) offended please understand how truly sorry I already am. I am fully aware that the subject matter of my imminent forthcoming mistake, a blunder (possibly to be) dubbed "JurassicGate" is (most likely) in no way a laughing matter. To those I (will likely have had) offended rest assured I will do everything in my power to make sure this doesn't happen (again)."

Taye Diggs, accomplished actor, self-loather, and erstwhile returner of Stella's groove was approached by TMZ about taking over the role of Hedwig from the far superior (read: less problematic) Darren J. Christ.

Upon being asked how he would approach the flamboyant character, he lost all semblence of what the kids today are referring to as "chill" and began referencing Drag Queens, Assplay, and being a "Flaming Homosexual", and Male prostitution, because as we all know, they're all the same.
