‘The Bachelor Vietnam’ Shocks Viewers After Female Contestant Professes Love For Another Contestant

One female contestant proclaimed her love to another female contestant during the “rose ceremony.”
Minh Thu, a contestant who did not receive a rose, professed her feelings in front of the cameras.
She then ran toward one of the other contestant named Truc Nhu, gave her a tight hug and said, “Come home with me.”
Truc Nhu, who already received a rose from the bachelor named Nguyen Quoc Trung earlier, returned the emotional embrace while all the other contestants began tearing up.

While the two women walked out of the rose ceremony together, Truc Nhu ended up deciding to stay in the show after Quoc Trung had a heart-to-heart with her.

Child's Play creator throws shade at remake

For context Don Mancini has not only created the 'Child's Play' franchise but has written every subsequent installment, even directing the last three. The most current film came out last year. He was also planning on overseeing a TV series. The upcoming remake from MGM has received a bit of controversy in that he (or anyone else from the original series, including Brad Dourif) has no involvement in it whatsoever and is in effect competing with the preexisting series. This is because MGM and Universal both own the rights to certain films in the franchise.

Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross to Compose Score for HBO's Watchmen Series

It's been announced that Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross will be the composers on the Watchmen series he is creating with HBO.

The series is aiming for a 2019 debut and will star Jeremy Irons, Regina King, Don Johnson, Tim Blake Nelson, Louis Gossett Jr., Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, and Adelaide Clemens. Damon Lindelof serves as the showrunner.

Telltale update: Melissa Hutchison (The Walking Dead's Clementine) and developer speak out

Melissa Hutchison (who voices Clementine on 'The Walking Dead' among numerous other roles for the company) wrote a letter to fans concerning Telltale's closing. She states she does not know the details but is under the impression that the final season of 'The Walking Dead' will not be finished.

In related news one of the game's developers left the following message in regards to the game's future.

ONTD Original: 6 Great Episodes of the Teen Creeps Podcast

Teen Creeps is a podcast where comedians Lindsay Katai and Kelly Nugent read and discuss the "YA pulp fiction of their awkward, neon youth" (generally 80s and 90s teen horror, though they do have outside the box episodes).

While I, Teen Creeps superfan, think every episode is amazing there are a few that I will listen to over and over.

Episode 56: Caroline B. Cooney's The Perfume

This one will always have a special place in my heart because it was one of the first books I was able to read along with them after discovering the show. Dove, yes Dove, is a big ole drip who's afraid of literally everything. Like parking lots for example. She's also not fond of the creepy new store in the mall but feels compelled to buy perfume there. But the perfume unleashes a dark side of Dove. An evil side.



Episode 94: Grady Hendrix's My Best Friend's Exorcism

Though a newer book, Hendrix's 80s high school demon drama nestles perfectly into the Teen Creeps canon. Lindsay and Kelly discuss the realistic depiction of intense female friendship as well as that TAPEWORM MIX.

Episode 51: RL Stine's The Third Evil

Lindsay and Kelly finally covered the much anticipated Cheerleader series but it is a completely unrelated tangent that makes this episode so re-listenable. After ragging on a character for asking Corky to run her bath, Kelly launches into a story about her needy, entitled aunt who they decide to call Auntie Soufflé Entrée. Auntie Soufflé likes to have her hair braided ("Listen to an ASMR video, lady, and get the fuck out of my face.") and her grapes peeled. Wet towels are too heavy for her so please don't ask her to pick them up off the kitchen table where she left them after her bath.

Episode 58: VC Andrews' My Sweet Audrina

Audrina lives in the shadow of her dead, older sister ("The first and best Audrina.") and must navigate life with her strange family - including her monster of a cousin Vera (#ALLCAPSVERA). And yes, this over the top soapy novel does include someone throwing their miscarriage at their mother.

Teen Creeps has a handful of Lois Duncan episodes and honestly each one is a gem. With their resident Lo Dunc expert Patrick Ehlers, the hosts gently poke fun at Duncan but also respect her characterizations and genuinely enjoy her writing style.

Episode 107: The Lost Boys movie

Though obviously not a book, angsty vampire teens are right up Teen Creeps' alley. Lindsay and Kelly watch Lost Boys for the first time ever and spoiler alert: they love it. Listen along as they thirst after Kiefer Sutherland's cupid's bow and that oiled up saxophone player. ("MichAELLL")

Courtney Act to host new reality show "The Bi Life", airing in October

First announced in august, the first video teaser of the show was released on International Bisexuality Day, and it's the first UK's bi reality dating show.

Although Courtney had been a contestant in several realities, it is the first time she is hosting a show.

John M. Chu's Deal Not Signed Yet to Direct Crazy Rich Asians Sequel

China Rich Girlfriend"may" be greenlit, but John M. Chu's deal on directing the sequel to the rightfully popular Crazy Rich Asians still has to be closed.

 “I’m down to do the next two movies, we’ve been talking a lot about it, but we still have to close my deal on it,” Chu said.

He also imagines a Broadway musical adaptation of the movie. "It would be ridiculous."

By the way, Crazy Rich Asians is less than 10m$ away from overtaking Hotel Transylvania 3 to be the #10 movie at the domestic box office in North America for 2018.

Wayans wants to change up their custody arrangement and get full custody of his kids (ages 13 & 15)
Aja Metoyer is allegedly not taking their daughter’s education seriously.
They are suffering scholastically because of their mother’s inability to prioritize their education. 
The actor claims the children are habitually absent or tardy to class. 
He’s also questioning how she’s spending child support money from him and NBA star Dwyane Wade.
Wayans claims that his daughters are routinely left alone to care for 4-year-old Xavier.
The instability is causing a major problem for all the children.

(Metoyer gave birth to Dwyane Wade’s son, 4-year-old Xavier, back in 2013 while he was on a break with Gabrielle Union).

'Aliens' star Al Matthews dies at 75

Actor Al Matthews passed away at the age of 75. His most famous role was Sgt. Apone in 'Aliens'. He had also served close to six years in the Marine Corps in Vietnam, receiving 13 combat awards and two purple hearts; "I was the only person in the movie not pretending to be a Marine, in fact I taught the other actors how to look and act. Mr. Cameron was pleased with my input, in fact he said to me, he had no idea I was that good; had he known, my part would have been bigger."
