Hartley was having dinner whit a group of friends in Chicago when the, apparently drunk, woman ran up to him and started kissing him.

He claims he immediately backed away, and told the unnamed woman to do the same.

Says she seemed embarrassed and they decided to smooth things over.

But later the woman asked for a photo with him, which he refused.

According to Hartley the woman didn't take it well. "As she was leaving, she was, like, ‘Justin Hartley is a jerk,’ but not really jerk – something more foul," he says. "I was, like, ‘You’ve got to be kidding me.’"

Buzzfeed's Frederick McKindra recently wrote an article on what draws us into Atlanta's Lakeith Stanfield.

Here are some of the highlights:

Stanfield’s recent spate of work — beginning with Dope (2015) and continuing through 2016’s horror breakout Get Out, FX’s absurdist comedy series Atlanta, Netflix’s sci-fi thriller Death Note (2017), and July’s forthcoming sci-fi comedy Sorry to Bother You — has positioned the actor at the vanguard of black weird, where he endeavors to portray a kind of polyphonic black genius that lives at the intersection of sketch comedy, genre film and television, and underground hip-hop.



-Stanfield’s body of work becomes a counter-narrative to expectations of aggression or stoicism in
black men entrenched in the public consciousness by racist representations of those men throughout history

-Many of Stanfield's rolls have been those of men who express vulnerability - a rarity in pop culture's portrayal of black men

-Sought out acting as an escape - he experienced a dysfunctional family life, had moved schools, and found he didn't fit in with kids his own age.

-"Stanfield has imprinted many of his projects with the kind of performances that flout tropes about the way black men behave, performing a radical reimagining of black manhood onscreen so compelling that he often wrests the audience’s interest from his costars. Through the use of his slender body, feline face, and a vernacular inflected as much by the nasally brine of Southern California as by any black speech, he’s found a way to challenge the constraints of performing black masculinity in characteristically black spaces like in Atlanta."

-Follows in the footsteps of Dave Chappelle and Richard Pryor, men who "dismantled expectations of black male cool by presenting themselves as both manic and cerebral, bodies strung so tight with ideas they appeared clenched..."Pryor was the first image we’d ever had of black male fear. Pryor was filled with dread and panic — an existential fear, based on real things, like racism and lost love.”

-His unpredictability when handling a kind of self-disclosure he himself has initiated. Was invited to reprise his role from Get Out at the 2018 Academy Awards, Stanfield appeared onstage in his costume from the movie’s infamous garden party scene and yelled “Get out!” at the slightly stricken audience. Rather than graciously absolve the crowd for the awkward moment, or even take the blame for the gag’s failure, Stanfield followed up by tweeting “That was weird” immediately after making it offstage. Stanfield often manages to sidestep shame in moments like these by deploying humor.

Katy has apparently tried to end the feud with Taylor several times over the years, only to have Taylor give her the cold shoulder.

"In the beginning, both Katy and Taylor were to blame for their digs at one another, but Katy has been trying to make amends for some time. Each attempt by Katy to apologize or show Taylor respect went either unnoticed or worse, ignored.”

“Katy told friends if Taylor didn't accept this apology, she would keep trying because she is done holding on to the past and wants to be part of the change in today's society. She wants to set a good example for women, so she planned to never give up, if that is what it took."

After Katy sent a literal olive branch, Taylor posted pictures of it to social media. She only posted part of Katy's note, partially obscuring most of it but including the phrase where Katy writes, "deeply sorry."

One source close to Taylor insisted:

Oscar winners Meryl Streep and Gary Oldman, along with Antonio Banderas, will reportedly star in "The Laundromat," directed by Steven Soderbergh and about the tax-evasion-related mess that is the Panama Papers.

The movie will be based off the book 'Secrecy World: Inside the Panama Papers Investigation of Illicit Money Networks and the Global Elite' and unfortunately for them Netflix is eyeing it for theatrical distribution. No word yet on production start since I think Meryl's still shooting Big Little Lies?

• Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law will air a new half-hour special on Adult Swim this fall.


• The original voice cast returns, including Gary Cole as Birdman and Stephen Colbert as President Phil Ken Sebben. Other voice actors include Paget Brewster, Phil LaMarr, Peter MacNichol and John Michael Higgins.


• The original series aired from 2000-2007 for four seasons, and gained a cult following.


• In the special, Birdman has been appointed as the new Attorney General, and he needs to find a way to remove President Sebben from office.
