Blake Shelton, Paul Ryan, and Gwen Stefani were spotted at a restaurant together in Tishomingo, Oklahoma the night before Thanksgiving.

Paul Ryan, who is days away from realizing his life-long dream of taking healthcare from poor children so he can cut rich people's taxes, and Blake Shelton, who was recently chosen as People Magazine's sexiest man alive, both wore matching camouflage outfits. Gwen wore a more colorful camo outfit.

It occurred during a commercial break on the Today show in October 2006, only a month after Meredith Viera joined the show. Meredith bends down to pick up some papers and Lauer ogles her cleavage and tells her "Pretty sweater. Keep bending over like that, it's a nice view".

A local affiliate stayed with Today during the break and had the footage.

Viewers didn't see the incident, but it was clearly visible and audible to those on set and in the control tower.

NBC said today they were unaware of any incidences of inappropriate behavior by Lauer until this Monday when someone filed a formal complaint.

-Bryan Fuller and Michael Green who graced us with American Gods have exited the show over creative differences.

-They were not able to come to an agreement in regards to AG and the future of the series.

-It is speculated that Fuller wanted the shows budget increased for it's 2nd season while Starz wanted to lower it.

-Neil Gaiman who created the series may be stepping in as the new showrunner. (Update: Gaiman has confirmed that he will not be AGs new showrunner and that he is retiring from showrunning after Good Omens is done)

-Majority of the scripts have been written for S2 but production has yet to start.

In a perfect intersection of OP's interests, Emmy Award-Winner and one of the only good things to come out of Sweden Alexander Skarsgard has been tapped to play a fictional-but-handsome Canadian Prime Minister (OP note: art imitating life) in the upcoming Lionsgate "black comedy", Flarsky.

• Charlize Theron is starring as the Canadian Secretary of State (OP note: which is no longer a real job in Canada) and Seth Rogen is the title character, "a print journalist who pursues Theron." (OP note: urgh of course).


• Flarsky is set for release in February 2019.

Skarsgard has also been cast in the BBC One mini-series The Little Drummer Girl, set to come out next year.

• Based on the John Le Carré's novel, the mini-series will be directed by Park Chan-wook and will also star Florence Pugh (Lady Macbeth).


• Pugh plays a young actress holidaying in Greece in the 1970s, who then finds herself involved with an intriguing stranger. This stranger, played by Skarsgard, is revealed to be an Israeli intelligence officer.

Skarsgard will have regular hair for both of these roles.

A Vulture writer obsessed with Riverdale was shopping at Trader Joe's and saw they were selling Jingle Jangle. Realizing this could be an easy fluff piece article, they went and emailed management about it.

“Trader Joe’s Jingle Jangle was introduced years ago,” said the rep who was tasked with responding to this weird question. “It’s just a fun name that plays off of sleigh bells referenced in Christmas carols, since it is a holiday item. It’s also a fun way to describe the sound customers might hear when they give the tin can a shake.”

On Riverdale, Jingle Jangle seems to act like an upper that also makes you horny. It's named after an old The Archies song

"There are no words to express my sorrow and regret for the pain I have caused others by words and actions. To the people I have hurt, I am truly sorry. As I am writing this, I realize the depth of the damage and disappointment I have left behind at home and at NBC.

Some of what is being said about me is untrue or mischaracterized, but there is enough truth in these stories to make me feel embarrassed and ashamed. I regret that my shame is now shared by the people that I cherish dearly. Repairing the damage will take a lot of time and soul searching and I'm committed to beginning that effort. It is now my full time job.

The last two days have forced me to take a very hard look at my own troubling flaws. It's been humbling. I am blessed to be surrounded by the people I love. I thank them for their patience and grace."
