Gaga excitedly revealed the news to fans via the micro-blogging site Twitter, giving fans a sneaky clue of what she's putting together.
"We are planning the tour, I repeat we are planning a RAVE of epic dance partying proportions with piano cabaret and ME performing LIVE," she tweeted.
The 'Poker Face' singer is no stranger to huge world tours and completed a 98-date 'Born This Way Ball' to promote her second studio album of the same name. Fans will have to wait and see what Gaga pulls out of the bag this time but if her recent performances are anything to go by, the superstar will deliver a show-stopping tour.
At last month's YouTube Music Awards, the 27-year-old performed a rousing piano rendition of latest single 'Dope' while a G-A-Y surprise set saw Gaga strip off completely naked.
Hours after chatting about her tour plans, Gaga unveiled a promo video for her upcoming Thanksgiving special TV show which included snippets of the star alongside The Muppets' Kermit The Frog and Miss Piggy, as well as revealing she'll be performing a duet with Sir Elton John.
The 'Bad Romance' singer recently announced that she's going to be the first recording artist to perform in Outer Space, at the Zero G Colony 'Festival Of the Future'. Gaga will make her trip into space on a Virgin Galactic flight, two months after Richard Branson's company launch the first commercial flight in 2015.
