In response to a tweet from a fan saying "I'm excited for @adancanto as Sunspot!!", Canto replied: "Thanks! Next summer."
The tweet has since been removed.
He had previously hinted that he "might turn into a ball of fire if someone pisses me off".
Canto will join Hugh Jackman, Ian McKellen, Patrick Stewart, Halle Berry, Ellen Page, Shawn Ashmore, James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Nicholas Hoult, Peter Dinklage, Omar Sy, Fan Bingbing and Evan Peters on the film.
Singer's 20th Century Fox sequel recently added Home and Away alumnus Josh Helman to its already-packed cast.

I like how it sounds like they're trying to keep who he's playing under wraps for whatever reason when ONTD called who he was playing before there was even a press release that he had even joined the cast. I still hope they end up splitting this into two movies so it will potentially be less messy. Anyway have some Paul Torres as a thanks for your time.
