Prior to kicking off the second North American leg of his Believe Tour in San Diego, CA on Saturday, June 22, Justin Bieber met Marisa, a young girl with Down syndrome who has undergone multiple surgical procedures, among them a kidney transplant. Marisa's biggest dream became a reality when she got the chance to meet Bieber, who according to her mother was a spirit lifting force throughout Marisa's recovery from her many surgeries, during which she would watch his Never Say Never concert documentary and live vicariously through the girls touching his hand from the audience onscreen.
