On June 16th the sixth season of True Blood begins. But already, there are horrible rumors about a major plot twist that would ruin our enjoyment of this vampire hump show forever. Let's hope it's not true. Major spoilers ahead...
According to many many online whispers Alexander Skarsgård may be departing the show in the 6th episode, via TRUE DEATH. TV Line is pushing this rumor forward pretty hard stating:
"I can neither confirm or deny the rumors, but I can offer you two pieces of evidence that suggest such a twist is in the realm of possibility. The first one comes care of Joe Manganiello, who tells TVLine, “We’re getting to the point in the season now where people are starting to die. The table reads are starting to get smaller, and I’m sure they will continue to do that.” Exhibit B, meanwhile, arrives in the form of Episode 7′s title — “The Funeral.” Sorry I don’t have better news for you.”
I think I speak for us all when I say, fuck this noise. No Vampire Eric? NO DEAL. There isn't a single character left on this series with the same sexual vibrato as Skarsgård. Forget about Bill, he's just a bloody merkin at this point. And the werewolf? He's nice to look at but there's not 1,000 years of sexual deviance boiling under those abs. Let's all just hope that this rumor is garbage.
