In an interview with InStyle, Normani from Fifth Harmony talked about their dynamic as a group, their performance with Taylor Swift, their #GirlPower mentality, Ed Sheeran, social media, her desire topursue an acting career and much more! She confessed that their upcoming album should showcase more their vulnerable side and we should expect more maturity.

Hilights of the interview:

- Beyoncé is her biggest inspiration when she performs. She loves the fact that she's always reinventing herself while staying true to who she is as a person and that she wears so many hats in her life. “When I get on stage, Beyoncé is my alter ego. The way that she’s Beyoncé in real life and then Sasha Fierce on stage, I’m Normani in real life and then I pretend to be Beyonce on stage."

- Out of all the girls, she's the one who doesn't keep it limited with her luggages. "Everybody always yells at me. We were just in Europe, and my mom had to buy me two extra suitcases because I went shopping!”

- She doesn't hide the fact that she wants to become a triple-threat: singer, dancer and actress. Growing up, dancing was her first love, but her passion for acting also grew. Before joining Fifth Harmony, Normani had a small part in the HBO show 'Treme'. "I would love to step inside of a character and be somebody that I’m not, because I feel like it just gives me an outlet to express myself without being me."

- Normani reads the comments people leave on her social media. "People think that celebrities are this untouchable thing, and they forget that we’re people with emotions and feelings. The fact that they’re not saying it in person or face-to-face does not mean that we don’t see it, and it doesn’t mean that it doesn’t matter."

- Taylor made them feel super comfortable from the minute she walked into the dressing room and asked them to teach her the 'Worth It' choreography. “Performing with Taylor was the best experience ever."

- According to her, Ed Sheeran is a very cool and genuine person. He supported them since day one. "I remember when we were in the studio one time, and he tweeted us saying, ‘Incredible,’ about one of our singles that had just come out. It was awesome."

They will repeat the same event this Monday in San Antonio, so if any local ONTDer can donate some toys or money, don't hesitate!

And her reaction is priceless!
