Rey is Luke's daughter.
In case you missed it that's Kylo Ren supposedly yelling "Face me cousin!" at Rey. Edit: Though some are saying that it's actually "Face me! Curses!"
There's no word on who her mother is but many are hoping that Mara Jade will be worked into this universe.
