
*Has teamed up with start up tech company Yonder to keep people from using cell phones during his series of sold out shows in Chicago.
*Upon entering the venue, audience members will be given a special cell phone pouch and instructed to put their phones inside.
*Once they have entered the no phone zone (their seats, I assume) the pouch will automatically lock and the only way to remove your phone from the pouch is to return to a phone safe zone (aka the lobby) which will cause the pouch to unlock.

I didn't see this posted, but I thought it was interesting. I wonder if more artists will start to use this--especially ones who remove vids from their shows from YouTube
