• He does yoga, meditation, pilates, reads books on Buddhism, buys friends NutriBullets, is a ridic health nut, but also #fitspo.


• Harry lived in Ben Winston's attic for 18 months and that saved him because no one knew where he was.

• There are two planes — a party one and a quiet one. Styles is generally on the quiet plane. “I read books, watch films, sleep.” Payne nods. “Sleep.
