Fans have been speculating since the announcement of Neal McDonough's casting as Damien Darhk if he'd eventually be revealed to be Felicity Smoak's father.
-Showrunner Wendy Mericle, through comicbook.com, finally put that rumor to rest and revealed that Darhk is not Felicity's father.
-"We are going to bring her father in. He will definitely be evil. He's going to be up to no good, but it's not going to be Damien."
