James Franco is in the process of turning "The Disaster Artist" by Greg Sestero, a book about the making of the cult movie "The Room", into a movie. James would be playing the brilliant Tommy Wiseau, and Seth Rogen is in talks to play a role as well. Dave Franco will star as Greg Sestero ("Oh hai Mark").
