-The firm that manages Rihanna's finances is currently in the middle of a wrongful termination suit filed by a former employee who objected to racist and sexist comments often made by one of the firm's partners.

-The New York Post was able to access the court papers and saw that Rihanna was brought up in the suit.

-The ex-employee says that FFO partner Alan Kufeld remarked that the singer was, "hot because she's 'not too dark.'"

-The firm's CEO has said that this isn't true.
