-Her attorneys showed pics of Kim's cut foot to the judge to explain why she was missing (Uhh okay?)
-Kim is expected to accept a plea deal which will include no jail time, 3 years probation, 30 days of community service and 52 AA meetings
-The court will probably dismiss charges for public intoxication and attacking a police officer.
-This deal does not include her arrest for shoplifting at Target
