-She will be an American Rhodes Scholar who falls for an arrogant TA at Oxford University. He's an ass because he has terminal cancer!! They cherish each day and go traveling after she finds out that he's a dick because of his cancer. Someone probably dies at the end.
-No director is attached yet. Screenplay by Allison Burnett who is apparently a guy and wrote such films as Underworld: Awakening, Untraceable, and the Fame remake.
