-This is separate from earlier this summer, when he was ordered to pay $80K in back rent for a different home in Calabasas.
-Tyga is countersuing, claims he actually has an agreement to purchase the home and put down a $200K down payment last year.
-The judge dgaf, he still has to pay up and gtfo.
