-Two brothers from South Boston assaulted a 58 year old homeless Latino man as he slept outside of a transportation stop.
-He was woken up by the brothers urinating on his face. They then punched him repeatedly and beat him with a metal pole. His nose was also broken.
-The brothers continued to urinate, bang on doors, and make anti-immigration statements in their cell after their arrest.
-Police reiterate that he was targeted due to racism. One of the brothers told police: "Donald Trump was right, all these illegals need to be deported"&"It is OK to assault the man because he was Latino and homeless".
-Donald responded: “It would be a shame . . . I will say that people who are following me are very passionate. They love this country and they want this country to be great again. They are passionate.”
-He attempted to backtrack today with a tweet calling the attack terrible and stating he doesn't endorse violence.
