Do you hear that noise out there, folks?

Silence.

We are currently in the calm before the storm, but that won’t last long: Queen Bey is coming.

After taking most of 2012 off, Beyonce is gearing up to rule 2013. The year is still young, but there are already a number of projects that have been confirmed by the singer.

From hanging out with the President, to performing at the Super Bowl, scroll down to find out why Beyonce is about to have the best year ever.

Beyonce's Pepsi deal

This news first came out the end of 2012, but it's an important element to her 2013 projects, so we added it.

Pepsi is all in the Beyonce business. This new partnership is more than the soda conglomerate just throwing the singer $50 million dollars and having her star in a couple of commercials.

The deal states Pepsi will support side creative projects. Lee Anne Callahan-Longo, the general manager of Beyonce’s Parkwood Entertainment company, told the NYTimes back in December that it could be anything from live events and videos to a photo shoot.

One of the cooler things that we’ve already seen a glimpse of is the Pepsi can featuring the singer’s face!

Beyonce will sing at the Presidential inauguration - again

The Carters and the Obamas are teaming up again. Beyonce will be singing the National Anthem at the Presidential Inauguration coming up on January 20th. Bey had one of the most iconic moments of her career the last time she performed in front of the President: it was back in 2009 when she performed "At Last" by the late Etta James during Barack's first inauguration.

Beyonce's GQ cover

It hasn't come out yet, but someone was kind enough to leak the singer's upcoming GQ cover. This cover and the inside spread - which we cannot wait to lay eyes on - will pretty much solidify Bey as the hottest woman of the 21th century.

Beyonce's Super Bowl performance

We mentioned the importance of Beyonce’s Pepsi deal before. The soda conglomerate is also sponsoring the singer's big Super Bowl performance. Last year Madonna was basically at the same spot Bey is this year. Madonna had a new album coming, her MDNA project, so she used the huge Super Bowl audience to première that LP’s first single, “Give Me All Your Luvin,’” which also featured M.I.A. and Nicki Minaj. We have a feeling that when Bey hits the stage in February, she will be performing music we've never heard before.

Beyonce's HBO documentary

Everyone already knows that Beyonce is not only a singer; she has multiple talents. And this year we’ll see the singer take a stab at directing. Beyonce has a new documentary premièring on HBO in February. The doc takes a look at everything from her Houston upbringing, to her experience giving birth to Blue Ivy.

Beyonce's alleged Vogue cover:

This hasn’t gone all GQ yet, but word on the Inter-streets is that Beyonce shot cover photos with Annie Leibovitz last week. This would be the second time Queen Bey has appeared on the legendary magazine (she was on the cover back in 2009).

Beyonce's new album

Obviously, Beyonce is having one of the biggest pushes we've ever seen for a reason. The truth is, she has an album coming, and it should be hitting stores by summertime. (She likes the summer; three out of her four solo albums have been released between June and September).

It’s no secret that Bey's been in the studio with everyone from her hubby Jay-Z to The-Dream and Miguel. Out of all the cool things Queen Bey has planned for 2013, new music from the superstar is the thing we look forward to the most.
