Benedict Cumberbatch has warned fans not to film him on stage as Hamlet, telling them there is 'nothing less supportive' than seeing the red light of a camera in the audience while he performs.
He also claimed one theatre-goer was 'blindingly obvious' in filming him as he performed, making it more difficult to resume the show when it was halted
'I could see a red light in the third row. It's mortifying.'
'I can't give you what I want to give you which is a live performance that hopefully you will remember in your minds and brains, whether it's good bad or indifferent, rather than on your phones, so please don't.'
ONTD, Do you think benedict was right to do this or do you think he should just suck it up and stop living in the 1800s?
