-His real life parents are playing his parents on the show
-Cast includes Jon Benjamin (Bob from Bob's Burgers and the coach from Home Movies), Eric Wareheim (from Tim and Eric), ONTDer Noel Wells (Saturday Night Live and those Zoey Deschanel videos), Kelvin Yu (Freddy from Popular and also a writer on Bob's Burgers), and Lena Waithe (writer on Bones and Summer from the Comeback).
