According to the Baltimore Sun newspaper, Rihanna was going to do a free concert in Baltimore and also walk with those protesting the death of Freddie Gray, who sustained injuries after his arrest and died in police custody. This was supposed to happen in early May, but accoridng to the newspaper, the police would have shut it down because Rihanna couldn't get a permit for it.
