-Cosby was represented by CAA since 2012. Before CAA, he was represented by William Morris Agency for nearly 50 years.
-Andrea Constand, the accuser from the 2005 lawsuit, requested to a judge to have her confidentiality agreement lifted in order to publicly speak. She also requested that the full 2005 deposition be released.
-Constand's lawyer says that Cosby and his lawyers violated the confidentiality agreement with public comments over the years.
