He blew it off fucking around with fireworks. HIPAA is currently trending on Twitter and everyone is mad ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter posted it on Twitter. Apparently the media is protected from a lawsuit because they are not healthcare workers. But the doctor/nurse/whoever who leaked this is fucked if they ever find out who it was.
