— JustJared.com (@JustJared) July 3, 2015- Emile was arrested in January for the incident where he was charged w/ aggravated assault against film executive Daniele Bernfeld at a party. He also was charged w/ intoxication.
- Emile says of the incident in investigative docs: 'She started kind of causing a ruckus and I sort of started getting intervening and this happened. I don’t think it was much more than that to be honest…. I think she had a go at me and I probably defended myself.'
