The Sims 4 CAS demo was sent out to random Origin accounts today. Little warning was given beforehand and there was no sign-up or marketing before yesterday.
The demo shows off the capabilities of the new CAS and general character creation. There's no word from EA as to whether there will be more options in the base game or if this is the full extent of CAS for the base game.
