Britney plans on taking the music industry by storm in 2013 with the release of her new studio album, the last one she needs to fulfill her contract with label RCA. She confirmed the news on Twitter she’s excited for the next installment, and is collaborating with “some new inspiring producers.”

She Tweeted:

Nearly a year ago, fans caught wind Brit planned on working on the new album beginning on December of 2012, but we already know she’s hit the studio.

Pharrell Williams might replace Dr. Luke as co-executive producer on Album 8, according to new reports.

Grammy nominated writer Elijah Blake tells ThatGrapeJuice.net Britney’s team enlisted him to begin working on cuts for her next release.
“I think her fans will be surprised by it,” said Blake. “I would say its definitely the ‘unexpected’ Britney in so many ways, in that she’s playing with new textures and stomping on new grounds and genres”.

More recently, Ina Wrolsden confirmed she’s on board, too.
“Excited For Next Album Of Britney” began trending World Wide on Twitter after her Tweets.

Sounds like she wants a brand new vibe for album 8, and we can’t wait.

Ned Rocknroll: Who Is The New Mr. Winslet?
In light of Kate Winslet's surprise wedding, we dig up all we can find on the man with a rockstar name.

Just when everyone thought the genre was dead and gone, a man named Rocknroll proved otherwise when he wifed up one of the most celebrated women in Hollywood.

When the news spread on Thursday (December 27) that Oscar-winning actress Kate Winslet was married, it wasn't the fact that her "Titanic" co-star Leonardo DiCaprio gave her away that shocked the Internet world. Instead, it was the mere name of Hubby #3: Ned Rocknroll.

Winslet has a pretty impressive resume, having married some of the best directors in Hollywood and dated models. So just who is this Rocknroll fellow? MTV News did some hard-hitting research to find out just what made him worthy of Kate.

He's Really Rich
Rocknroll is the nephew of billionaire mogul Richard Branson, founder of Virgin Group and, according to Forbes, the fourth-richest citizen of the United Kingdom. We're assuming it's not mere coincidence that Rocknroll is an executive for Virgin Galactic, a space flight venture for the wealthy likes of Ashton Kutcher. Maybe that's why his family can afford a mansion on Necker Island, where Winslet first sparked romance rumors when she vacationed there with Rocknroll in August 2011.

He Wasn't Born a Rockstar
As it turns out, Rocknroll isn't his real name. In fact, he was born under the relatively ordinary name of Ned Abel Smith. But in 2008, he legally changed his name. "The whole thing was about having fun with your name," his ex-wife Eliza Pearson told the U.K.'s The Daily Mail after their breakup in 2011. "He thought we all took ourselves too seriously so it was about reacting against it."

He's "Unusual"
Like his new wife, this isn't Rocknroll's first time at the altar. He was married for two years to Pearson, a British socialite and heiress. According to The Daily Mail, a Shaman officiated the ceremony and tied the couple's hands together with rope. They then celebrated on the beach with Ugandan dancers in an adult-sized McDonalds-esque play pen complete with plastic balls. "What drew me to Ned was that he was unusual," Pearson told the paper after their breakup. Sounds like it.

CAPRI, Italy – Spike Lee should have called Quentin Tarantino personally rather than criticize him in public with charges of racism, the director of 2001 Oscar winner Training Day said Sunday.

Lee, the director behin Do the Right Thing 1989) Malcolm X 1992) and the thriller Inside Man (2006), made headlines before Christmas when he said he would boycott Tarantino’s Django Unchained because it was "disrespectful" to black people.

"American slavery was not a Sergio Leone Spaghetti Western," Lee wrote on Twitter. "It was a holocaust."

Later, in an interview, Lee declined to elaborate, except to say he had no intention of seeing the film: "I can’t speak on it ‘cause I’m not going to see it," he said.

It is not the first time Lee criticized Tarantino for racial insensitivity: after the release of Tarantino’s 1997 blacksploitation tribute Jackie Brown, Lee blasted Tarantino for what he said was an overuse of "the n-word," saying, "I think there is something wrong with him."

But Antoine Fuqua, the director behind Training Day who says he knows both Tarantino and Lee but is not close friends with either one, said Lee aired his concerns in wrong way.

"That’s just not the way you do things," said Fuqua, speaking on the sidelines of the 17th Capri, Hollywood Film Festival. "If you disagree with the way a colleague did something, call him up, invite him out for a coffee, talk about it. But don’t do it publically."

Fuqua -- at the Capri festival as part of a big Hollywood contingent that also includes Leaving Las Vegas director Mike Figgis, 300 sta Gerard ButlerIceman director Ariel Vromen nd Franco Nero, the star of the original Django film that inspired Tarantino's latest -- also defended Tarantino.

"I don’t think Quentin Tarantino has a racist bone in his body," he said. "Besides, I’m good friends with [Django Unchained star] Jamie Foxx and he wouldn’t have anything to do with a film that had anything racist to it."

Fuqua continued: "I haven’t seen the film, so I can’t speak about it specifically, but we’re supposed to find some truth in films and if you set a film in the 1850s, you’re going to hear the word 'nigger,' because that’s the way they spoke then, and you’re going to discuss slavery because that was part of the reality," he said.

"I want my kids to hear those kinds of words in the right context, so that they’ll know that language is not OK," Fuqua said.

Azealia Banks - 'Broke With Expensive Taste' (February 12)

It will be a multi-media release available as a mobile and computer app, complete with a film for every song and Gaga-inspired games. Photographer Terry Richardson will chronicle every minute of its creation for a documentary, as well.

Kanye producer No I.D. and longtime pals Dr. Dre 50 Cent are firmed to be on Slim Shady’s next effort, which is confirmed to arrive in 2013 as the follow-up to 2010’s “Recovery.” (In between, he combined with Royce da 5’9” for Bad Meets Evil.) He’s firm for headling the Leeds and Reading Festivals in England in August, so expect at least something from him by then.

Paramore - 'Paramore' (April 9)

Nashville-based rock group’s fourth studio album, and its first in three years, will be its first without founding members Josh and Zac Farro. Produced by Justin Meldal-Johnson, the album was a “rediscovering of ourselves as a band and as friends,” said the group, now a trio, on its website. First single, “Now,” will be released shortly.

Jennifer Lawrence may be an Oscar-nominated actress, but given the opportunity, she'd rather relax at home than walk a red carpet.

Appearing on the January cover of Marie Claire South Africa, the 22-year-old Here Comes Honey Boo Boo fan explains why she prefers to keep things low-key when she's not on set.

"I don't like going out that much. I'm kind of an old lady. After it's 11, I'm like, 'Don't these kids ever get tired?' When I'm out, I think about my couch. Like, 'It would be awesome to be on it right now. I bet there's an episode of Dance Moms on. Am I missing a new episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians?'" the Silver Linings Playbook star tells the magazine. "I'm just stressed by the idea of missing them."

Lawrence, who lives in a two-bedroom apartment in L.A., prefers to entertain friends at home.

"I like people to come over to my place," she says. "It's like a reality TV show cave. I just learned how to work TiVO. That changed my life. Reality TV is my silver lining. At the end of the day there's probably nothing that makes me feel better than junk food and reality TV."

Attending A-list events, Lawrence says, is more stressful than it looks. "They are not fun," the Hunger Games star tells Marie Claire South Africa. "I'm really bad at walking in heels. I'm more of a flats girl and I don't like people shouting at me, and that's pretty much all it is. Just screaming."

About a week ago we speculated here that Teen Wolf would be hosting some real life wolves on set and what this means.

Earlier tonight Teen Wolf’s official tumblr pages posted this photo of Tyler Posey and Holland Roden with a wolf.

With the caption: Why are Tyler and Holland playing with a REAL LIVE WOLF? You’ll have to wait and see…

Boy do they like to tease us!

However this proves that our speculation was corrected (tips hat) and leaves all the same questions open as to how and why a werewolf transforms into a full wolf. If it is just an Alpha thing why hasn’t Derek Hale done it? Maybe he doesn’t know how and it will take an Alpha to teach him?

Zach Gilford Marries Kiele Sanchez



Zach Gilford is a married man.

The Friday Night Lights star, 30, tied the knot with fiancée Kiele Sanchez, 36, on Saturday, the actor's rep confirms to PEOPLE.

The couple got engaged in Dec. 2011, a source confirmed to PEOPLE at the time.

Gilford – who played quarterback Matt Saracen on the former hit series – costarred with Sanchez, who has appears on several series, including Lost and The Glades.

Gilford most recently starred in the canceled series The Mob Doctor.

What would you do if someone gave your home a $200,000 makeover? After you stopped screaming, you’d probably start acting like a total weirdo, right? That’s certainly what Stacey Dash and Lindsay Lohan did during their respective appearances on Million Dollar Decorators. Which actress got nuttier? Let’s break down their episodes and see:



First of all, let’s talk about Lindsay’s room. Based on the preview for her episode airing January 1, 90% of Lilo’s furniture is comprised of old sunglasses cases, her bed frame is made of mirrors and her bedding looks…well, it looks like our bedding. It’s offensively boring. On the other hand, Lindsay looks amazing and seems on her game as she shows host Kathryn Ireland around her home. “I feel safe here. That’s the most important thing,” Lilo said of her new digs. As for the part where the show spent $200,000 on Lohan’s domestic makeover and never actually got to film a reveal episode for some unknown reason…well, that sounds sort of insane, right? Though not really a surprise?



Maybe we’re just used to Lindsay by now, but we were honestly more blown away by the fact Stacey Dash literally wept over her remodeled home earlier this month, not to mention the fact she basically orgasmed over her new bedding (it was pretty sick) and, um, acquired a British accent when talking to decorator Martyn. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie celebrated Christmas with their six children in Parrot Cay, a luxury spot in the Turks and Caicos.

The exciting, private vacation was confirmed to E! News, with sources revealing to Page Six that the A-list family stayed at the home of designer Donna Karan.

Additional sources stated that the family was joined by Pitt’s parents, Jane and William, as well as his brother and sister. Pitt’s nieces and nephews were also spotted during their Christmas getaway.

“There are 22 people in all in their group. No nannies have been seen,” the source explains, adding, "They are at Donna's house, without Donna, and have been loving the island because it is so secluded. 'REAL HOUSEWIVES' STAR "My Lawyers Sued Me for $100k ... AND I LOST!"


"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Sheree Whitfield is learning the hard way ... DON'T MESS WITH YOUR LAWYERS ... because they will sue you for A LOT of money, and they will win.

The law firm Weinstock & Scavo sued Sheree back in 2010 ... claiming the "Real Housewife" racked up $165k in legal bills while they repped her in her divorce from former NFL star Bob Whitfield.

According to docs, Sheree coughed up about $69k to W&S for services rendered, but never paid the remaining $96k ... because she claimed the firm was overcharging her.

But a judge recently sided with W & S ... ordering the reality star to pay the outstanding balance, plus interest ... for a total of $119, 674.

That extra $75k is gonna come in handy.

Les Miserables is doing big business at the box office, but Adam Lambert is one moviegoer who left the theater far from satisfied.

The “American Idol” runner-up slammed the movie’s A-list cast on Twitter, accusing its stars — which include Hugh Jackman and Russell Crowe — of “pretending to be singers.”

“Les Mis: Visually impressive w great Emotional performances,” Lambert began on Sunday evening, “But the score suffered massively with great actors PRETENDING to be singers.”

Noting that the musical version of Les Miserables was intended to be an opera, he wrote, “Hollywoods movie musicals treat the singing as the last priority.”


Lambert went on to acknowledge that “Anne Hathaway as Fantine and Enjolras [Aaron Tveit] were the exceptions for me,” and that some other cast members, including Helena Bonham Carter and Sacha Baron Cohen, “were great too,” but argued that having the stars sing live (as opposed to dubbing the vocals) wasn’t a successful choice

“With that cast, they should have studio recorded and sweetened the vocals,” wrote the singer, adding, “I felt like I should ignore the vocals and focus on the emotional subtext- but the singing was so distracting at times it pulled me out.”

Lambert continued, “The industry will say ‘these actors were so brave to attempt singing this score live’ but why not cast actors who could actually sound good?”

“Sorry for being so harsh but it’s so True!” he concluded.

Olympic legend Michael Phelps has broken up with girlfriend Megan Rossee ... TMZ has learned.

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton admitted to hospital with blood clot following concussion

WASHINGTON — Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton has been admitted to a New York hospital after the discovery of a blood clot stemming from the concussion she sustained earlier this month.

Clinton spokesman Philippe Reines says her doctors discovered the clot during a follow-up exam Sunday. Reines says Clinton is being treated with anti-coagulants.

Clinton was admitted to New York-Presbyterian Hospital so doctors can monitor the medication over the next 48 hours.

Reines says doctors will continue to assess Clinton’s condition, “including other issues associated with her concussion.”

Rocker Ian Watkins has reappeared before a court accused of plotting to rape a baby.

With his mum Elaine in the public gallery at Cardiff Magistrates Court, the 35-year-old singer appeared via video-link.

The 35-year-old vocalist, whose band Lostprophets has sold more than 3.5 million records worldwide, was arrested with two women earlier this month.

As well as being charged with conspiring to rape a child under the age of 13, Watkins faces five other sex abuse charges.

They include conspiring to engage in sexual activity with two young children as well as making, downloading and distributing child pornography and accessing "extreme pornography" - relating to animals.

During a previous hearing, Watkins' legal team said the Last Summer singer would be denying the charges against him.

He was remanded in custody over the Christmas period with two other women - who face similar child sex charges.

The pair, aged 20 and 24 from Doncaster and Bedford respectively, cannot be named for legal reasons.

All three only spoke to confirm their names at the preliminary hearing, a formality in the legal process, which lasted less than 10 minutes.

Watkins, who was dressed in a black suit, black shirt and black tie, was refused bail and remanded in custody with a plea and case management hearing scheduled at Cardiff Crown Court for March 11.

Adele's '21' has become the fourth biggest-selling album of all time in the UK.

According to data from the Official Charts Company, the soul singer's second LP has overtaken Oasis's 1995 record '(What's The Story) Morning Glory?'. The album, which was produced by Paul Epworth, has now shifted 4,562,000 copies, meaning it just edges ahead of the Britpop-era LP from the Gallagher brothers, which has sales figures of 4,555,000.

Queen's 'Greatest Hits' collection remains the UK's biggest-selling album, having sold a whopping 5,866,000 copies, with The Beatles' 1967 record 'Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band' in second place with 5,059,000. In third, meanwhile, is ABBA's greatest hits compilation 'Gold', which has sold 5,046,000.

Despite her impressive sales figures, recent reports have suggested that not every person is thrilled with a copy of Adele's '21' - yesterday (December 28), it was claimed that the album is the most returned and exchanged Christmas gift this year. The LP, which has sold over 10m copies worldwide, was the album being most frequently sent to the musicMagpie website on Christmas day with 47,315 copies being traded in by users of the site. Second place went to Emeli Sande's 'Our Version of Events (41,038 returns), with One Direction's 'Up All Night' in third (37,846 returns).

Kanye West's on stage announcement that Kim Kardashian is pregnant was a total shock -- to Kim Kardashian ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Kim, who were at the concert, tell us Kim had "no idea" Kanye was going to tell the world she's knocked up. We're told she and Kanye had not discussed announcing it -- and, in fact, had planned to say nothing until she started showing.

According to our sources, Kanye was moved to blab on stage because Kim's BFF and her mom were at the show -- along with several of Kanye's family members.

Kim didn't seem to mind the surprise -- we're told she was crying tears of joy when Kanye revealed they're expecting, and was especially moved because he did it during one of her fave songs ... "Lost in the World."



Kim Kardashian isn't letting a little pregnancy slow down her New Year's Eve plans ... 'cause she will be partying -- as scheduled -- in Las Vegas tonight, TMZ has learned.

Kim has been set to ring in the new year at 1 Oak on the Vegas strip -- for some time now -- and we're told nothing's changed since Kanye West, unexpectedly, revealed their baby news.

The reason? $$$$

Sources tell us Kim will pull in six-figures for the appearance -- plus, boozing is a non-issue for KK ... who, we're told, has never been a big drinker anyway.

Also, our Kardashian sources say Kanye will be by Kim's side during the ritzy event -- it costs $125 just to stand in VIP -- and at least another $3,000 to get a table.

That's all before you buy champagne to toast Kimye's baby.
