There’s nothing more awesome than a fabulous person fight, and apparently Rihanna and Rita Ora are in the midst of just that. We bet it smells nice.
According to The Sun, Ri-Ri is proper “p*ssed off” with the other Ri, as she reckons that Ms Ora is copying her look.
Things have gotten so bad that Jigga Man, the founder of Roc Nation who manages both girls, has been called in to sort it all out. Please someone film this. Plleeaaassse someone film this.
“Rihanna was furious when she spotted Rita Ora’s dress for the VMAs, a rose gown that looked like one she wore in 2010.
“But she was even more annoyed when Rita went on stage using an umbrella as a prop
“When Rita started her career, Rihanna thought it was cute that she was copying her look. But now she’s getting p***ed off, especially as Rita is getting a following by using her old tricks.”

Wow, that does sound annoying. Almost as annoying as going to seven Rihanna concerts in a row and her not playing Rude Boi once.

So what do you reckon, is Rita trying to be a Rihanna Version 2, or is Ri-Ri just diva-ing all over the place?

Although the inner goddess author EL James has all but dismissed Robert Pattinson from the casting role of Christian Grey in the “Fifty Shades of Grey” movie — not from lack of talent but rather simply due to his lead role in “Twilight” — Books and Review reports this Friday, Nov. 23, that the Edward Cullen actor has said, “I am playing the part of Christian Grey.”

    Before laughing, that is.

Robert Pattinson was once again linked to the Christian Grey role this week after his recent interview with MSN and being asked if he would want to play the lead part of the steamy CEO if offered a spot in the hotly awaited big screen adaptation.

“I am playing that part,” said Pattinson with a straight face. “I also wrote the [“50 Shades”] book.” Then he broke into a fit of laughter.

Robert Pattinson has actually expressed a bit of peevishness after being dismissed by EL James for the role of Christian Grey in the “Fifty Shades of Grey” movie, though the talented “Twilight” actor will certainly have no trouble finding other film roles in 2013. (Pattinson placed tenth in the most recent “LOOK” magazine Christian Grey casting poll, led by Ian Somerhalder and Matt Bomer).

No doubt that Robert Pattinson and his good humor can always get fans for a nice laugh, but there is little question that fellow “50 Shades” fans waiting for news on the upcoming film adaptation is no laughing matter. EL James has recently told her many dark-tie readers that the movie is still “a ways off … [and] there is much to do yet” via Twitter, but no explicit dates have been given.

The “Fifty Shades of Grey” movie has been given a tentative release date of 2014, though nothing has been confirmed as of yet. The latest big news was the hiring of talented screenwriter Kelly Marcel being handpicked by author EL James to write the screenplay for the “Fifty Shades of Grey” movie. Now we continue to wait for a director to helm the sexy production in the coming weeks or months.

Angelina Jolie, anyone? (But in all seriousness, Angelina Jolie was rumored to be a potential director over the summer, and hasn’t completely denied an interest in the part if offered). Whichever director is chosen, let’s hope that a skilled man or woman is found soon: for after a director is found, the real casting for Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele can begin.

tbh, this role seems lreally good for Rob. :)

The second half of "Suits" Season 2 will not begin until January 17, but that doesn't mean fans have to wait that long for spoilers or promo videos to arrive.

    .The Ladies

At least two women will be gracing the law offices of Pearson Hardman this winter. The first of the women is Dana Scott (Abigail Spencer), aka Scottie, aka Harvey's (Gabriel Macht) sometimes lover/sometimes rival. Spencer tweeted a photo of herself on the set of "Suits" to prove that she would indeed reprise the role in Season 2.

There are not yet any specifics on when Scottie will return to the show, but a new woman -- Katrina Bennett (Amanda Schull) -- is set to arrive on January 31. Bennett, a stubborn and ambitious attorney, will appear in episodes 13 and 15 of "Suits" Season 2.

    The Promo

If you want to see what the next few episodes of "Suits" might look like, the newest promo video for the show may hold some clues. It's hard to say for sure what is new footage and what comes from episodes that aired this summer. But either way, we are looking at snappy dialogue and a lot of people looking stressed in that law office.

X Factor contestant Rylan Clark has claimed that Gary Barlow's "banter" has gone too far.

Clark, who regularly clashes with the judge on the show, told The Sun that while he is happy to exchange "panto" insults, he believes Barlow's comments have become "hateful" after he slammed the singer at a recent gig.

The Take That star told fans at his Mencap charity concert on Tuesday night that he thinks Clark is "absolute s**te" and encouraged them to chant "Get him out".

"We've got this banter in the studio and in the studio that's where it stays," Clark said. "So when I found out what he did at the gig it upset me because I thought, 'You've taken this out of the show now'.

"I'm not saying the word 'bully', not in the slightest bit. I just look at it and think it's not nice to get a crowd to do something like that... ever.

"It's a bit hateful. I'm all up for the panto but these people in the crowd are hardcore Gary fans. If he turns round and says something, that's in their head and they're the ones who come on Twitter to give me abuse.

"I get a lot of 'I Love Gary Barlow' people tweeting me and that's expected, but I don't think that helped this week.

"Without going into too much detail, if he does it again and carries on I'll just have to tell everyone how it really is. I'll lay it on the line."

Rylan: 'X Factor viewers should be locked up over homophobic abuse'

X Factor contestant Rylan Clark has angrily stated that viewers need to be "locked away" for the homophobic abuse they have been sending him online, declaring: "Enough is enough."

The controversial singer lashed out against the "absolutely disgraceful" comments on Twitter, stressing that he is just an "honest and genuine" person who has not used "sob stories" about his "seriously ill" mother to his advantage.

"Don't think people understand some of the stuff that I get sent day in and day out," he wrote. "Some of you should be locked away for your comments...regarding my sexuality, it's absolutely disgraceful. Imagine that was your son or brother that was receiving those messages enough is enough.

"I'm a 24 year old normal boy who has auditioned for Xfactor, never come from money,my mother is seriously ill, and not once have I used that...as a sob story or a reason to validate my place on the show.

"I would rather be judged on the reason why I'm actually on the show to sing...and perform."

He continued:"I TOTALLY understand I haven't got the best voice in the competition but have proved that I can just stand there and sing...for those of you that have supported me thank you [so] much."

Clark then appeared to make another dig at fellow X Factor star Christopher Maloney by saying that "the truth will always out" - a phrase he used when questioned about the Liverpudlian's alleged diva behaviour in a previous magazine interview.

"The truth will always out in the end and I look forward to the day when people see that I have been...honest and genuine throughout and polite to everyone during this process," he said, before "signing off".

The comments mark Clark's second Twitter tirade of the day after he hit back at X Factor judge Gary Barlow for describing him as "absolute s**te" at a gig this week.

Halle Berry is taking no chances ... she's going to court early this week for a restraining order against Gabriel Aubry after the blowout fight Thanksgiving day ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ Halle and her lawyers are alarmed that Gabriel allegedly started the fight with Olivier Martinez right in front of 4-year-old Nahla. Although a judge issued an emergency order of protection -- requiring Gabriel to stay 100 yards away from Halle, Nahla and Olivier -- that order expires Tuesday.

We're told Halle's lawyers will be in family court asking a judge to extend that protection for an indefinite period of time.

TMZ broke the story ... the bloody fight landed both Gabriel and Olivier in the same hospital ER. Gabriel was arrested and could be charged with criminal battery.

Sources tell us ... Halle's argument is pretty simple -- if Gabriel can't control himself enough to protect Nahla from emotional trauma, it's too risky for him to be around the child, Halle, or her fiance ... with whom he clearly has beef.

Halle has firepower behind the argument, because we know Halle's lawyers argued before the same judge on previous occasions that Gabriel's temper was uncontrollable.

Halle Berry is reportedly off to court this week in an effort to extend a temporary restraining order against her ex Gabriel Aubry, following the Thanksgiving punch-up with the actress’ current partner, actor Olivier Martinez.
If granted, Aubry, 36, could lose rights to see his four-year-old daughter, Nahla, for an indefinite amount of time, according to family law experts.

“A restraining order is a game-changer,” attorney Diana Mercer told Celebuzz. “If this restraining order holds up, the legal presumption is Gabriel can’t have joint custody of any kind.”
Mercer, author of Making Divorce Work: 8 Essential Keys for Resolving Conflict and Rebuilding Your Life, said the court would decide the fate of the Canadian-born father based on whether “your judgment is poor… and thus you can’t have legal or physical custody of the child.”
Berry’s lawyers have previously argued that Aubry has an uncontrollable temper.
The pair dated for four years before their split in 2010 and since have become embroiled in a bitter court battle over custody of Nahla.
Earlier this month, a judge denied the actress’ request to move to France with Nahla and Martinez — a decision widely considered a court victory for Aubry. He argued the move to France would have been punitive and was designed to stop him from having contact with his daughter.
“The biggest thing is going to be that restraining order hearing,” added Mercer.

She said Berry “can go back in (to court) and ask for modification of the moving order,” she said. “It would have been better if Olivier had stayed out of it. But thanks to O.J. Simpson, the police err on the side of caution.”
But Darren Kavinoky, a Los Angeles based criminal attorney, said the Cloud Atlas star shouldn’t expect the judge’s decision to be reversed completely.
“Just because he behaves badly, she would not be able to relocate to France. In other words, I wouldn’t go renew my passport now,” said Kavinoky.
But Kavinoky said Aubry’s ability to have custody of Nahla is in question.
“This whole incident gives rise to a renewed discussion… in terms of him being able to parent appropriately,” he said.
“I would expect that if she [Berry] is looking for renewed leverage, now she has it. This incident opens the doors to raise the issue about his capability of managing his own behavior.”

If the court believes that as a result of his inability to control his own impulses that his abilities to parent are compromised, then it’s possible that his visitations would be limited,” he said, “and it’s possible that he could only be with his kid under monitored supervision.
“What the court is going to be struggling with is asking themselves if his ability to control himself spills over to his parenting — or just limited to just the new man in his daughter’s life.
“Even if it’s found that in this instance he had too much testosterone for his own good, if I’m on his side, I’m going to argue ‘I may not play well with other grown-ups, but I can still be an effective, loving parent.’
“With this issue,” Kavinoky added, “ultimately the court has a lot of discretion to do what’s in the best interest of the child.”

The comedian caused quite a stir at the 2012 Soul Train Awards, which was televised last night but taped in Las Vegas a few days after the 2012 election, when he made an out-of-this-world comparison regarding the president.

"It's like church over here. It's like church in here. First of all, give an honor to God and our Lord and Savior Barack Obama. Barack Obama," Foxx said to the audience.

The president of the Catholic League for Religious and Civil Rights in the United States Bill Donahue released a statement regarding the actor's comment, saying, "Foxx's epiphany is startling. It just goes to show that even though Obama did not succeed in stopping the oceans from rising (as he promised to do in 2008), he did succeed in convincing Jamie Foxx, and no doubt legions of others, that God exists. Whether God can survive an ACLU lawsuit accusing him of violating church and state grounds remains to be seen."

Foxx's rep was not immediately available for comment.

Five months after wrapping up filming, the cast of The Hobbit have reunited in Wellington to celebrate tomorrow's movie premiere.

Four of the 13 dwarfs and wizard Radagast, played by British actor Sylvester McCoy, made their way to the capital in Air NZ's new Hobbit styled Boing 777-300 and were met by the rest of the cast lead by director Peter Jackson.

The plane had made his maiden flight on Saturday in Auckland and has since been to Los Angeles and London.

Tourists arriving at the airport for the premiere excitedly flocked to the windows underneath the massive Middle of Middle Earth sign to catch a glimpse of Martin Freeman, Richard Armitage and the rest of the Company of Dwarves.

"This plane with its 77-metre flying billboard came from Los Angeles and down from Auckland this morning," Air New Zealand deputy chief executive Norm Thompson said. "It's the first time this plane has arrived in Wellington, which is really fitting for the occation".

While it had only taken two weeks to get the canvas on the plane, a significant amount of planning had gone into it and the airline is condident it will help to convert many people to come to New Zealand.

Media who joined the stars as they boarded in Auckland had the chance for a last quiet chat before the premiere-madness went under way.

"It's all a bit crazy. This is a bit bit weird," Aidan Turner, who plays "hot dwarf" Kili, said about staging a media call on a plane.

"My ears are popping and I keep looking out the window and realising we are on a plane," said New Zealand actor Dean O'Gorman, who stars as Fili, Turner's brother.

The flight's special guests were joined by cabin crew decked out in Hobbit habits: leather arm-pieces for the men and silver crowns for the women. And if they got bored, they could always watch Lord of the Rings on the in-flight entertainment.

But the cast had bigger things on their minds, as they contemplated watching the film they spent a year and a half filming for the very first time.

"We get a cast viewing today in case we hate it," said Turner.

"Then it would be jumping on a plane back to Dublin quickly."

And they brushed aside talks of animal cruelty on the set of the film.

Kiwi actor John Callen, who plays Oin in the film, discounted the validity of complaints horses were treated badly on set.

"The big question has to do with timing. My feeling is, if people were 100 per cent genuine in their intentions, then perhaps something should have been done sooner."

And after less than an hour, the five men arrived in Wellington to join the rest of the cast on the boarding steps of the plane waving to fans who lined the airports viewing areas.

Celia Ceo from Taiwan, who lives in Christchurch, had just landed in Wellington for the premiere, when she spotted the surprise. "Everybody is a big fan of the Hobbit," she said.

Tourists, who were arriving in scores to get into all things Hobbit in the next days were excited to get a glimpse at Jackson and the cast.

Most named a trip to the Weta Cave, and a stroll over the Hobbit market as their highlights for today and - of course - the premiere tomorrow.

After tomorrow's premiere the cast will start a promotional tour around the world.

Although Warner Bros. have yet to announce solid plans for a Justice League movie, countless rumors seemingly indicate that the flick is definitely in the works, low key. And now endorsing speculation that started with the closing sequence of director Christopher Nolan's epic Batman conclusion, The Dark Knight Rises, the folks from HitFix seem to know who'll take up Christian Bale's ‘Batman’ mantle in the DC superhero team-up movie. And if true, it's no big surprise.

According to their sources, The Dark Knight Rises' Robin ‘John Blake’ actor Joseph Gordon-Levitt will “absolutely” be starring in the Justice League movie as the new Dark Knight.

While this claim should be added to the pile of rumors that already exist, the site further claims that Warner Bros. are currently “solidifying deals for Gordon-Levitt and another actor from the trilogy. If true, however, the Justice League film will definitely be in continuity with Nolan's trilogy. And Gordon-Levitt would considerably be reprising his role from the The Dark Knight Rises, in which his character's true identity was revealed to be Robin. And that evidently means Justice League's Dark Knight won't be using the respective alias “Bruce Wayne.”

It is also worth noting that Joseph Gordon-Levitt was asked last month whether there were plans of what's being reported now. While denying there was anything underway at that moment, he did add, “If the script inspires me and if there's a filmmaker that I respect and connect to...I'd consider anything.”

Anyhow, with Gangster Squad scribe Will Beall reportedly penning the film's screenplay, Justice League is said to follow next year's Man of Steel, and is scheduled for release in 2015.

If this is true, I wonder who the "other actor" from the Nolan Batman movies is?

Kevin Clash is being accused of a third sexual relationship with an underage boy  -- and the former voice of Elmo could be sued as early as Tuesday, according to a report.

The latest accuser claims he was 16 when he engaged in "sexual activity" with Clash back in 2000 -- and alleges they met on a gay chat line.

It's a very similar claim to the one made by accuser #2, Cecil Singleton. TMZ broke the story when Singleton filed suit last week -- and a few hours later Clash resigned from "Sesame Street."

The third accuser's attorney, Jeff Herman, told the NY Daily News his client plans to file a lawsuit in Manhattan Federal Court as "John Doe" ... because he doesn't want to go public.

Taking a break from her busy schedule, Lea Michele soaked up the spotlight by covering the January 2013 issue of Flare magazine.

Adorning her hand with a massive Stephen Webster ring, the 26-year-old actress looked picture perfect for the Max Abadian shot front page while opening up about everything from her upcoming album to being "glee-fully" happy with her beau Cory Monteith.

A few highlights from Miss Michele's interview are as follows. For more, be sure to pay a visit to Flare!

On her personal sense of style:
"I’m very simple with clothes and I don’t like to wear a lot of makeup. I really feel like I’m the only girl who will do a photo shoot and want to take all the hair and makeup off. ‘Cause I like to let my skin breathe and you know, I’m pretty minimal in my wardrobe. "

On how many tattoo's she has:
"I think about 12. But they’re all very very very little. I have a butterfly with my mom that we got together. This heart on my finger that I got with [my] cousins, that I’m actually in the process of removing, ‘cause it didn’t take well to the red."

On her Canadian boyfriend, Cory Monteith:
"Canada makes some great dudes, and he’s definitely one of them—just the nicest, sweetest guy in the world. And it’s really great that I’ve gotten to go to Victoria and Vancouver a lot—it’s so beautiful."

On working on her first album:
"I’m beginning the process of it. I’m working with some really great writers. I definitely think that it’s a long process. You know, I don’t know when exactly that will happen, but it’s a goal of mine for sure. I want to make sure that it gets a lot of attention. But I’m beginning a very slow process."

Chris Colfer on Lea Michele from Flare Magazine:

“Usually when Lea is parodied, Rachel Berry is the one being impersonated. They have similarities, but Lea and Rachel are very different people. They just look alike.”

Lucky for him, Michele is a skilled cook; in fact, Colfer says that if she weren’t an actress, she’d be a chef. “The way she describes food is like a romance novel. The details turn you on. You forget she’s describing hummus.”

Lea Michele & Cory Monteith: Weekend in Whistler

Lea Michele and Cory Monteith are all smiles as they arrive at Vancouver International Airport on Sunday evening (November 25) in British Columbia, Canada.

The on-and-off-screen Glee couple spent the long holiday weekend in Whistler, a popular ski town.

“I’m on the fourth season of my television show which is probably the most near and dear [to me],” Lea recently shared in an interview with WWD.

She added, “I’m so happy on the show. I love it so much. The fact that we are going into a fourth season so strong is really awesome. I really think that it’s been such a blessing to be on a TV show that portrays inner beauty as well as external beauty.”

    Via Cory's twitter

Michele dishes to the late night talk show host about a few of her favorite things.

In her own words, Glee star Lea Michele has finally made it. What pushed the singing sensation over the top? She’s had a fake pregnancy rumor.

“I really felt like I finally made it. Having your first fake pregnancy rumor. It was really awesome,” Michele told Jay Leno on Monday night. “I feel like it’s part of what happens in this business, but that’s a real one. That’s a cool one to get. You’re in.”

The native New Yorker also talked about her love of food and cooking. Michele, an avid cook, admitted her obsession with the show Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. “It’s like porno. It’s food porno,” Michele said.

“That’s going to be the next rumor. Lea’s obsessed with porno.”

Perhaps the highlight of the interview was a story Michele told about a recent spray tanning mishap involving a manager’s dog.

After getting a spray tan, (because “the sun’s bad, apparently”) the native New Yorker went into the studio to work on her upcoming solo album (her first). During a break, a manager’s dog jumped onto her lap and it went downhill after that.

“[The manager] went over to pick up the dog and the dog peed all over me, which wouldn’t have been so bad,” Michele said. “Because I didn’t wipe off the spray tan yet it left pee streaks all over my legs for days. I had these zebra stripe pee marks on my legs.”

“That’s so much better than going out in the sun for 20 minutes,” Leno joked.

    Full Interview:

    Her parents sound hilarious.

p.s. Sorry for my flopping mods. Fixed everything.

p.p.s.Can I just say how excited I am for her album? Especially since finding out she's working with Sia!!

p.p.p.s Also, today I discovered the many, many, many ways in which I inadvertently fail at staying on top of my own finances, (is there an app for that btw?), so be kind to me while I drink a lot of red velvet cupcake wine, listen to O'Holy Night a million times, mourn the death of my bank account and attempt to recover from my own stupidity. Gabriel Aubry Asked Cops To Secure Surveillance Tape Before It Was Destroyed Following Brutal Beat Down, Court Docs State

Gabriel Aubry repeatedly asked cops to secure security footage before it was destroyed, following the brutal fight he was involved in with Halle Berry's fiance Olivier Martinez on Thanksgiving, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

Radar was first to report on the existence of the footage, which was captured on Berry's security cameras at her property, and Aubry references it in his application for a restraining order against Martinez, which was granted on Monday.

"I told the officers that [Martinez] was the one who attacked me, and repeatedly told them to get the security tapes from Ms. Berry's security cameras before she and Mr. Martinez deleted them," the Canadian born model writes in his sworn declaration.

Also included in the TRO application are shocking photos showing Aubry's battered and bloody face, and his allegation that despite him being the one arrested, it was actually Martinez who started the altercation.

I've included the disturbing pictures under the spoiler in case anyone does not want to view them.

According to the sworn declaration within his TRO application, Gabriel took his daughter Nahla to her school play the day before Thanksgiving. Halle and Olivier also went and Aubry alleges that Olivier walked up to him and whispered in French in his ear: "I wish I could beat the s**t out of you right now. You're lucky we're in a school right now. We're going to take Nahla right now and you're not going to follow us."

The following day, Gabriel arrived at Halle’s home with Nahla around 10 a.m. Gabriel states in his declaration that contrary to their usual arrangement, Olivier was the first to come out of the door – stating that normally he is met by a nanny. Gabriel then claims in his TRO application that Olivier said: "We need to talk."

Gabriel goes on to allege that he turned his back on Olivier and walked towards his car. Gabriel then claims in the court documents that Olivier jumped off the stairs and knocked him to the ground before brutally beating him. Gabriel also claims in his sworn declaration that Olivier screamed that he has cost them $3 million in their custody battle.

Gabriel then claims in the court documents that Olivier took his head in his hands and slammed it on the concrete driveway and raged that the family was going to move to Paris and Gabriel should follow too or Olivier would kill him.

Then, Gabriel claims in his sworn declaration, Olivier said, "We called the cops," and when they arrive, "you’re going to tell them that you’re the one who attacked me, or I’m going to kill you."
