Claudia Schiffer's Dog Attacked, Killed A Farmer's Pregnant Sheep

claudia-schiffer-dog-sheep-attack-f.jpg

Claudia Schiffer's German Shepherd, Rollo, escaped from her estate and ran to a farm a mile away. There, the dog killed a farmer's pregnant sheep and attacked two other sheep. Both parties agreed to a voluntary control order, and Schiffer will pay the farmer £8,000 for his damages.

Police had warned Schiffer twice in 2006 and at least once in 2010 about keeping her dogs restrained and under control. Schiffer is apparently "mortified" to be thought of as an irresponsible pet owner, and she is scared that she may have to put Rollo down.

Post pictures of your cute pets, please.

Are 'The Defenders' dead? Netflix's Marvel shows probably won't find a home on Disney+

• An unnamed source informed Variety of a clause in Marvel's deal with Netflix that prevents any of the characters from the four original Marvel-Netflix shows (Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist) from appearing in any non-Netflix series or film for at least two years after their cancellation.

• The original deal between Marvel and Netflix "called for the development of four original live-action series, which would then culminate in the miniseries event 'The Defenders,' which ended up airing in 2017."

Daredevil, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist were all cancelled this year (Daredevil after three seasons, Luke Cage and Iron Fist after two), so if Disney wanted to bring their series or any of the characters to their Disney+ streaming platform, they would have to wait until 2020 to do so.

• Season 3 of Jessica Jones - the last of the four series in the original deal that still has a home on Netflix - is set to premiere sometime in 2019 and it's future at the streaming service is uncertain. If it is cancelled it would be 2021 until the character could appear on Disney+ should they decide to revive the shows (or the team up series The Defenders) with their original actors.

The Punisher is not included in that original deal so it will be interesting to see if Netflix does decide to keep it around after its second season airs in January 2019.

• Disney has already announced that Disney+ will feature a number of original shows, including three limited series that will focus on characters who have actually been in several MCU movies. Even though the Defenders need Disney+, Disney+ doesn't seem to need them.

Her brother believes that America needs "her positive, unifying voice on television every day" in the age of Individual-1.

Portia de Rossi, however, disagrees with him, "I just think she's such a brilliant actress and standup that it doesn't have to be this talk show for her creativity. ... I don't see the end of her show as her career ending."

The Ellen DeGeneres Show is currently in its 16th season.

This just in - a very hot topic in the beauty pageant communities on Instagram. Miss USA Sarah Rose Summers was caught in a racist tirade towards Miss Cambodia and Miss Vietnam. She was making fun of the other mentioned Asian beauty queens for not being able to speak English in an Instagram live video.

Sarah Rose Summers is an advocate of women empowerment (based on how she markets herself on Instagram and in Miss Universe), but these mean girl racist rants say otherwise about her...

'Sesame Street' introduces first homeless character

The character of Lily was first introduced to the series in 2011 where she explained that her family was experiencing food insecurity – they didn't have enough to eat.

Sesame Workshop, the nonprofit organization behind "Sesame Street," is reintroducing Lily as the first homeless character on the show in order to provide hope for those children that are currently without a home of their own. The story line was created as a new initiative, and part of the Sesame Street in Communities program, to alleviate the stigma around homelessness.

One in 20 children younger than 6 years old in the United States experienced homelessness, according to a 2017 release of a 2014-15 report by the Administration for Children and Families, a division of the Department of Health & Human Services.

And we will see that play out in a loving way, but problems are going to start arising. -Alice will dive deeper into the Farm's cult clutches
-On Betty's storyline:"That is absolutely a story that we're telling, 'What happens to all of the Sisters of Quiet Mercy kids now that Betty (Lili Reinhart) has freed them?' I can tell you Betty feels very responsible for their safety and well-being, and that's the story that we're telling right when we get back."

She was a Serpent, after all. She has a real code of loyalty, but I don’t think she trusts many people, so you’re not quite sure where Gladys is coming from.”

Lucrecia Martel Turned Down ‘Black Widow’ After Marvel Told Her ‘Don’t Worry About’ Action Scenes

Film director Lucrecia Martel was on the shortlist to direct the Black Widow movie.

“I received an e-mail from Marvel for a meeting,” Martel said. “So I went to the [Marvel 10th Anniversary] reunion. I actually signed this thing where I can’t talk about that reunion. Marvel and other such production houses are trying to involve more female filmmakers…What they told me in the meeting was ‘we need a female director because we need someone who is mostly concerned with the development of Scarlett Johansson’s character.'”

Martel continued, “They also told me, ‘Don’t worry about the action scenes, we will take care of that.’ I was thinking, well I would love to meet Scarlett Johansson but also I would love to make the action sequences.”

“Companies are interested in female filmmakers but they still think action scenes are for male directors,” Martel said. “The first thing I asked them was maybe if they could change the special effects because there’s so many laser lights. I find them horrible. Also the soundtrack of Marvel films is quite horrendous. Maybe we disagree on this but it’s really hard to watch a Marvel film. It’s painful to the ears to watch Marvel films.”
