- Season two of AMC's The Terror will be co-created and executive produced by both Alexander Woo (True Blood) and Max Borenstein (Kong: Skull Island, Godzilla).
- Alexander Woo will also be the showrunner.
- The first season of The Terror was an adaptation of Dan Simmons' novel of the same name, about the doomed Franklin expedition in 1845/1846.
- According to season two's logline, the season will focus on an "uncanny specter that menaces a Japanese-American community from its home in Southern California to the internment camps to the war in the Pacific."
- Woo said of the show: “We hope to convey the abject terror of the historical experience in a way that feels modern and relevant to the present moment. And the prospect of doing so with a majority Asian and Asian-American cast is both thrilling and humbling.”
- Borenstein: “This season of ‘The Terror’ uses as its setting one of the darkest, most horrific moments in our nation’s history. The Japanese-American internment is a blemish on the nation’s conscience — and one with dire resonance to current events. I’m thrilled that AMC is giving us the chance to use that darkness as the inspiration for what I hope will be a trenchant, terrifying season of TV.”
- The season should air in 2019.

NBC has cancelled Timeless after 2 season.
The network also cancelled the show last May after one season, but reversed their decision and renewed the show.
The studio Sony is looking for a way to get a 2 hour movie to resolve the cliffhangers and give the show a proper finale.

The pop star’s El Dorado Tour merch included a necklace that bears a striking resemblance to a sun pattern used by Nazis.
The necklace retailed for $10 on Shakira’s online store has since been removed.

*ABC has pulled the second episode of their new series "The Proposal" after a woman says one of the contestants on the second episode helped facilitate a sexual assault against her.
*While the incident was not in relation to the contestant's appearance on the show, ABC still wants to review the matter.
*In a Facebook post, a woman says Michael J. Friday (which sounds like a made up name if I ever heard one) helped coordinate an attack against her in November 2017
*The victim says she matched with Friday on Tinder, and he invited her to meet up in the game room of an apartment complex.
*Upon arriving, she says that she saw Friday was with two older men.
*Friday left shortly after she arrived, telling her he would be back. While waiting, she consumed a drink she now says may have been spiked, and one of the older men sexually assaulted her for 5 hours in a nearby apartment.
