Billboard Music Awards is also revealing performers and posted this teaser which people are guessing is Christina:

"The BBMAs stage has missed this performer's powerhouse vocals.
Over 20 songs in the Billboard Hot 100 with no signs of slowing down.
The new era continues on 5/20."


The 'no signs of slowing down' could be hinting the song "Accelerate" ft. 2 Chains and Ty Dolla $ign. Xtina hasn't performed at the BBMA since featuring with Pitbull for "Feel This Moment", and as a solo artist since her greatest hits medley in 2008.

The Terror's Adam Nagaitis talks episode 7; showrunners answer fan questions on Twitter

Adam Nagaitis, who plays Cornelius Hickey on The Terror, answered questions on AMC's blog about his character and the latest episode, "Horrible From Supper."

Some points from the interview, but under a cut because there are spoilers.

  • He hadn't read the novel before the show, but started to once he was cast. Showrunners told him to put down the book because their Hickey was going to be different from the one author Dan Simmons created.

  • Says his character is intriguing because he's "playing somebody who was playing somebody or who was pretending to be somebody else."

  • He discusses how his character felt in episode 2, when Crozier offers him a drink ("Hickey is predisposed to see gestures from the universe as illustrations that he’s worthy and that he’s capable of ascending his birth in ways that people in his position wouldn’t normally be able to ascend.")

  • He discusses when his character claims there was a connection between him and the Tuunbaq, in Episode 4 ("[It] acknowledges him, looks right at him and walks away. It’s just one more sign from the universe.")

  • He talks the effect of his character finding Crozier's resignation letter ("It means that Hickey becomes ready to make some bold moves.")

  • On the latest episode, where his character is starting to plan a possible mutiny: "Hickey is an incredibly adaptable survivor. That is what he does best. [...] He doesn’t see the value in revenge. He doesn’t see the value in glory, but he has questions. He has questions that he wants answered and he has things he’s seeking."

  • Adam says that out of all the "terrors" that the men have to face, in real life he would be most afraid of the cold.

  • He also talks the reveals in Episode 7, when his character kills Irving ("It’s no mind to him, but it just happens to be Irving and that’s further proof that the universe approves of it.") and when the audience learns that he's not the real Cornelius Hickey ("For an audience, all bets are off because they now have absolutely no idea what this person is capable of."), so go read the rest of the interview - it's quite good!

X-Men alum James Marsden stars in Westworld, HBO's science fiction series about artificial intelligence. But he himself doesn't even use a cell phone, preferring not to try to keep up with ever-advancing technology.

"I kind of got off the merry-go-round a while back. I like to keep it simple. I’m not going to try to keep up. I am going to drive my manual five-speed car. I will use my rotary phone. I am fine with analog. You have to run 90 miles an hour to keep up with everything and it can be too much.”

Tom Holland is seen leaving Zendaya's house after spending the night

  • Tom Holland was caught by paparazzi leaving Zendaya's house yesterday (May 1st) with a suitcase.

  • He was picked up to go to the airport.

  • According to some sightings, Tom and Zendaya went to see Infinity War together on Friday, then again on Sunday. On Saturday, they attended the City Year Los Angeles event at Sony Pictures Studios. The were also seen at an In-N-Out.

  • It has been rumored for months that whenever Tom is in LA, he stays at Zendaya's house because he's always caught around the area when he's visiting the city, but this is the first time there's proof.

  • They will probably still deny that they're dating.

Details on another new lead female lead for the film
Casting director Nina Gold is on the hunt for an “ethnic female”, with a strong preference for an African-American, 18-26 years old,

"Caro is described as having a captivating naturalness and ease to her manner. She is a leader and  problem solver, smart with a great sense of humor and a strong will. All this comes to her effortlessly."

Star Wars: Episode IX, is scheduled to begin production this July.

Harry and Meghan will ride in the Ascot Landau for the procession after the wedding. Meet two of the horses







Harry and Meghan have also announced the musicians that will play during the wedding.













There's also an official wedding coin.




In anticipation of the wedding, neither Harry nor Meghan will be seen in public until May 19th. They'll still have private meetings, however.




It seems like Amal Clooney introduced her hairstylist, Miguel Perez, to Meghan when she moved to London. He's likely doing her hair for the wedding on the 19th. In addition, it seems like the Clooneys will also attend since he says he'll be doing Amal's hair that day.




Guests have been asked to keep quiet but it's looking like the Suits cast and showrunner, Priyanka Chopra, and Serena Williams are going, along with Meghan's agent, business manager, and lawyer.

Jake Gyllenhaal to Play Leonard Bernstein in Cary Fukunaga's 'The American'

  • Jake Gyllenhaal has been cast as Leonard Bernstein in The American, directed by Cary Fukunaga.

  • Based on Humphrey Burton's biography, with a screenplay written by Michael Mitnick (The Current War).

  • The film is a biopic that chronicles Bernstein's rise to fame after conducting the New York Philharmonic at age 25. He went on to write the scores for On The Waterfront and West Side Story, and struggled with the fame his career brought him.

  • Jake says this about Bernstein: "Like many people, Leonard Bernstein found his way into my life and heart through West Side Story when I was a kid, but as I got older and started to learn about the scope of his work, I began to understand the extent of his unparalleled contribution and the debt of gratitude modern American culture owes him. As a man, Bernstein was a fascinating figure — full of genius and contradiction — and it will be an incredible honor to tell his story with a talent and friend like Cary.”

Pauley Perrette of ‘NCIS’ is the most-liked female star on primetime

Each quarter, the Q Scores Company uses consumer survey data to rate famous personalities on their likeability or "consumer appeal." These ratings are used by casting and advertising agencies, PR firms, syndicators, theme parks, and more. The Q Score database includes more than 25,000 people in its Performers category.

The average Positive Q Score for a primetime female star is 21. Longtime cast member of NCIS Pauley Perrette earned a score more than double that, making her the most-liked female star on primetime TV; over 40% of respondents identified her as one of their favorites.

Though she is at the height of her popularity and NCIS was recently renewed for its 16th season (it is particularly popular with Trump voters), Perrette is leaving the show at the end of this season. There was speculation that her departure had to do with a coworker's dog. Her final episode airs Tuesday, May 8.

Perrette is best known on ONTD for her passive-aggressive use of fashion after her co-star Cote de Pablo announced she was departing the series, her regulartrouble with the homeless, and her awfulex-husband.
