“Real Housewives of New York” star Ramona Singer had an assistant “routinely” bill Bravo for high-end clothing purchases — and then instructed the woman to take the items back for a full refund, according to the lawsuit filed by an agency called T360, which provided her with assistant services.

Ramona instructed the Plaintiff to submit fake receipts for reimbursement on clothes that she already owned and demanded plaintiff carry out these tasks,” the complaint reads.

The suit — cites breach of contract and is seeking more than $150,000 in damages — claims Singer eventually “humiliated” the woman by firing her in the lobby of her building, and then attempted to force her into signing a non-disclosure agreement.

Singer responded, “I have no knowledge of any lawsuit. Her company did some work for my company. The relationship ended and her company was paid in full for their services.

The lawsuit did not say how much money in total Singer made from the alleged scam. Neither Singer nor her rep returned messages for comment.

Made peace with Jill and had a deeper discussion about Bobby's perspective on their breakup.

Vanity Fair's awards podcast "Little Gold Men" offered insight into this year's Oscar race. They also shared BTS gossip about the financial state of the various campaigns.

Summary of the first 10 minutes of the podcast

-- The gossip at Sundance 2018 was that Sony Picture Classic (Call Me By Your Name) has allegedly given up on Timothée Chalamet winning Best Actor

-- Chalamet's team will throw their full weight behind next year's "Beautiful Boy".

-- A potential Gary Oldman backlash was allegedly tampered by the actor's team.

-- According to Little Gold Men, people of color in the industry are throwing their support (and money!) behind "Get Out".

-- Jason Blum (of Blumhouse and Get Out producer) wants to switch over from "genre guy" to Oscar guy. He has the support of Universal.

-- Get Out has "very smart [campagin] consultants".

-- The two official Gold Derby frontrunners "The Shape of Water" and "3 Billboards outside of Ebbing, Missouri" share a studio (Fox Searchlight). They have to juggle two awards campaign and could overstretch.

-- The team at Little Gold Men speculate that if Fox Searchlight doesn't invest in their frontrunner films buzzy films like Get Out and Lady Bird could win because A24 (Lady Bird) and Universal (Get Out) aren't worried about keeping two sets of people happy.

- He doesn't kiss and tell but yes he dated Selena
- He doesn't kiss and tell but it was"very short-lived, very small, but very impactful. And it really messed me up. I’m trying to put this the best way possible: It wasn’t like I was the only person on her mind. And I think I knew that going in—what I was getting myself into."

Matthew Newton is scheduled to screen “Who We Are Now” at SXSW next month in its U.S. premiere.
He has a history of multiple arrests and charges for stalking, battery, assault, and domestic assault.

SXSW Film head Janet Pierson said in a statement: “We believe that Matthew Newton’s new film is a reflection of changes that he’s made in his life. ‘Who We Are Now’ contemplates the path to redemption and how one learns from their mistakes and makes amends. This feels like an essential conversation to have right now.”

Matthew Newton said: “As I said in 2011, it is absolutely intolerable to harm women, it is intolerable to harm men, it is intolerable to harm anyone. I had done these things, and I utterly regret it, and I have to live with this responsibility every day. I had a severe problem with substance and alcohol abuse then and for almost six years now I have actively worked every single day, one day at a time, to remain sober and live a clean, upstanding life.”

“Who We Are Now,” stars Julianne Nicholson, Emma Roberts, Zachary Quinto, Jimmy Smits, Lea Thompson, Jason Biggs, and Jess Weixler.

Deadline reports that Lauren Cohan, who plays Maggie Greene, is currently fielding up to a half-dozen offers for 2018 Fall TV pilots from other networks after AMC rejected her bid for pay parity with male leads Andrew Lincoln and Norman Reedus.

AMC did not come back to her with a new offer. She is currently contractually free from the show.

According to some Brazilian sources this song will accompany the national release of Black Panther as its theme, although it mentions some heroes from the rival DC. This comes in the heels of the Cataratas do Iguaçu being used as set pieces for Wakanda in Civil War. OP recommends you all watch it with the subtitles turned on and enjoy some great Brazilian rap.

Pile of Shit Woody Allen's French distributors defend him, saying attacks on him are a witchhunt

In series 12 of 'the French are fucking insane', Stephane Celerier, the head of Mars Films which distributes Allen's fucking awful movies in France (BTW Wonder Wheel is bombing hardcore there), totally backs Allen, says the allegations should not be compared to Harvey Weinstein, and that Allen's been wrongly caught up in the #metoo movement as “shameless opportunism” that takes away from the real victims. There's way more garbage at the source.

Says this French asshole: “It seems clear to me that Woody Allen should not be classified in the same category as the sexual predators recently denounced by Hollywood and end his days as a pariah whose work should be burned.”
