Courtney Stodden Joins Celebrity Big Brother U.K.

Attention Celebrity Big Brother fans!

Courtney Stodden is hoping across the pond to spice up the hit show.

While the cast of the new season of U.K.'s Celebrity Big Brother has not been announced, a source exclusively tells E! News the teen bride will be one of the celebrity contestants.

Which of course means there'll be plenty more skin, skimpy outfits and words of wisdom to come from the 18-year-old stunner (can't wait!).

So will the blond bombshell's hubby, Doug Hutchison, be joining the show (à la Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt last season)? Nope! The insider adds Doug will not be living in the house with Courtney.

A rep for Stodden declined to comment on the casting rumors.

Stodden—who is apparently already embracing her role on the Channel 5 show—was spotted wearing a Manchester United jersey in Los Angeles on Saturday en route to LAX for a flight to London. "In the plane & ready for takeoff ... here I come!," she coyly tweeted Saturday, posting no further clues about her trip.

Courtney's casting comes on the heels of Bobbi Kristina Brown's reported exit after the 20-year-old daughter of the late Whitney Houston apparently dropped out due to alleged online abuse she received over her decision to become a castmember.

Additional contestants rumored to be joining the hit show include model Sophie Anderton, Geordie Shore's Charlotte Crosby and former Coronation Street star Bruce Jones.

Celebrity Big Brother kicks off Thursday at 9 p.m.

X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST (ROUND UP)

X-MEN and FANTASTIC FOUR WILL NOT CROSSOVER
If you guys have any information as to what’s going on over at Fox Studios and the Marvel properties they have in their hands, please tell us. Recently there have been a lot of rumors circulating that Marvel’s first family of heroes would crossover into the X-Men franchise on screen; unfortunately, this is not true. Mark Millar just recently tweeted this important bit of information.

This may look like the nail in the coffin about these rumors, but I think a see a sliver of hope in his tweet. Mark Millar did say:

They exist in the same universe but movies stand alone.
Just that one line could be the only good piece of information to come out of this. Fox is rebooting the Fantastic Four and we all know they are going to re-introduce them for this generation of movie goers. Yes, that movie will be a standalone, but I’m willing to guess that this franchise will eventually crossover.
With everyone following the coattails of Marvel Studios, Fox would be smart to deploy the same type of strategy if they want their version of heroes to remain fresh. If not, GIVE THE RIGHTS BACK TO MARVEL.

70s Fashion Abounds In Still For X-Men: Days of Future Past
From the looks of his Twitter account over the past few weeks and months, Bryan Singer isn’t the best person to trust with a secret. He’s been posting loads of on-set photos of X-Men: Days of Future Past showing all of your favourite mutants in costume and make-up.

But now the first official image for the movie has finally been released, and it’s an interesting one to say the least. Charles Xavier, Wolverine and a young Hank McCoy (also known as the Beast) are rocking some great 70s clothes – and some equally interesting facial hair in X’s case – and are standing in what looks to be the modern version of the Xavier Institute; does this mean the whole time travel thing is set to work both ways? If so, imagine the kind of twisting plot we could be in for.

There’s also another interesting point worth mentioning; eagle-eyed readers will have noticed that Beast actually looks like Nicholas Hoult, rather than a giant blue Wookie – an effect of time travel, perhaps?

COLOSSAL CUDMORE BACK FOR MORE FILMING

First Look at Evan Peters as Quicksilver in "X-Men: Days of Future Past"
Director Bryan Singer recently revealed that he started shooting scenes featuring Quicksilver for his upcoming "X-Men: Days of Future Past." He noted that the sets are the brightest he's ever been on due to the fact that he is using slow-motion that requires extra light.
Today, we may have our first look at Evan Peters (Kick-Ass) as Quicksilver, possibly alongside Michael Fassbender.
Quicksilver is the son of Magneto in "X-Men: Days of Future Past." The character (possibly played by "Kick-Ass" star Aaron Johnson) will also show up in "Avengers: Age of Ultron," but due to an agreement between Marvel and 20th Century Fox, his past will not be mentioned.

IT'S A WRAP!! X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST HAS COMPLETED FILMING!

True-Blood-Season7

Pals of “True Blood” star ALEXANDER SKARSGARD say he’s notoriously bad at putting names to faces – even when the face is pretty and famous – but the Swedish-born actor blew the minds of buddies at an LA coffee shop when a sizzling hottie with super-short hair and even shorter shorts waltzed up and said “Hi,” gushed about loving the new season of “True Blood” – then flashed a big smile, purred that she’d see him around and split for the exit.

Said My SpyWitness: “Alex just nodded politely as she walked away until one pal blurted, ‘Dude! You don’t know who that WAS?’”

Alex looked blank until the guy sputtered: “That was MILEY CYRUS, you dumba**!”

Suddenly horrified he might have offended a fellow star, Alex ran to catch up before she exited, gushing, “It was good to see you, MILEY – please have a great day!”

Said the source: “Miley, smiling like she knew Alex was covering his butt, said, ‘It’s all right if you don’t remember who I am!’ – then reminded him they’d met THREE times at Hollywood club Beacher’s Madhouse.”

OUCH!

Meet the Ramen Burger

While a line formed in the West Village on Saturday morning for a cronut, there was another line in Brooklyn, forming for the past three hours in the hot sun of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. They were all there for the Ramen Burger, the newest craze to take over the New York food scene.

Keizo Shimamoto , the creator of the Ramen Burger, was smiling, “I have no idea how this happened,” he said. “It’s crazy.”

Before Shimamoto had sold even a single burger, the press had created the hype, so when he finally showed up at the Brooklyn flea market Smorgasburg last week to sell the 150 burgers he had prepped, the line was over 250 people deep. He’s planning to be there on Saturdays; the flea market runs through Nov. 24.

The Ramen Burger is an all-beef patty, sandwiched between two ramen noodle “buns.” It’s garnished with a secret Shoyu sauce, arugula and green onions. The flavor is a salty-sweet combination, but the texture of the buns is what makes this burger so enticing.

“I experimented with different recipes to get the perfect bun. People think it’s crispy because they see it on the grill, but when you bite into it you notice that the noodles are still quite soft.” But it doesn’t break apart. Why? “That’s a secret,” says Shimamoto.

Shimamoto is a second-generation American from Los Angeles. Previously employed as a programmer, he quit his job to pursue his passion of ramen, taking him to Tokyo. ”They have Ramen Burgers there, but they don’t use beef patties, I wanted to bring the two together here in New York.”

Supermodel Gisele Bundchen pulled in a $42 million salary last year, making her the world’s highest-paid catwalker for the seventh time in a row, according to an annual report by Forbes. The 32-year-old wife of quarterback Tom Brady, immortalized as the “the boobs from Brazil,” not only trounced her colleagues—earning six times more than second place Miranda Kerr’s $7.2 million—she also pulled in more than her husband.

Six of the top ten breadwinning models flew to their place on the list by way of angel wings, enjoying lucrative contracts from Victoria’s Secret. And the list further proves that modeling (the kind that pays) isn’t a young girl’s game: five of the models in the top spots are over 30 (two are pushing 40!) and the youngest is 24 years old, still considered ancient by some in a youth-obsessed fashion world.

Here are the top 5.

1. Gisele Bundchen, 32
Annual Earnings: $42 million

2. Miranda Kerr, 30
Annual Earnings: $7.2 million

3. Adriana Lima, 32
Annual Earnings: $6 million

4. Kate Moss, 39

ONTD's Most Hated Makes A Piss Poor Attempt At Singing

An Excuse For A Shameless Post

$

As I look back at the third season of Shameless - which came to a close last night on TV2 - my thinking is divided into two main lines of thought: where is the show going to go from here, and is it possible that the American version of Shameless is now better than the UK original?

(Warning: spoilers from the third season of Shameless US follow.)

Both are fair questions to ask after a season finale - actually, a couple of episodes - which sent a number of characters off in new directions. For example, Frank Gallagher (William H Macy) is now in a position where he has to stop drinking due to liver failure (and, of course, can't) or face near-certain death. Can we really come back for a fourth season with Frank living a life of sobriety? Is that a version of the character we'd want to watch?

There's also the sudden workplace ascendance of Fiona (Emmy Rossum), who ends the season having been given a promotion. Lip (Jeremy Allen White) is heading off to college. Ian (Cameron Monaghan) has joined the military (under Lip's name, no less). With fewer mouths to feed and (if he can stay on the wagon) a contributing Frank, the Gallagher family has a legitimate chance to get off the bottom rung of the social ladder.

Then there is the disappearance of Jimmy (Justin Chatwin) at the end of last week's episode; when last we see the poor guy, he's being shipped off to near certain death at the hands of drug-dealer Nando. From what I've read, it seems like Chatwin is returning in Season 4, but not as a regular. Maybe Jimmy will be fine and spend the whole year off at med school, appearing sporadically as train timetables allow? Maybe he'll be a ghost in three episodes? Nobody knows.

Regardless of what happens - and which characters are missing- next season, this was a brilliant run of episodes, the best season of Shameless (the American version) so far.

The writing improved on earlier seasons; it was at its absolute best (story-wise) as Fiona fought for custody of the kids, but really doing a better job of using the characters at its disposal throughout. Rossum and Macy were absolutely fantastic, their remarkable talent and chemistry on full display several times during last night's finale. Monaghan deserves special mention, too. He did a fantastic job with a tricky story this year and his final few scenes with Mickey were as emotionally-charged as anything else that happened in the last few weeks.

I think the US version of Shameless is a fantastic show - which brings me to my second question from earlier: is it possible that the US version has superseded the UK version?

I'll be honest, I enjoy the US version more than I ever enjoyed the UK version. The US version has done a far better job of serialising the story and delivering a consistent show: with the exception of David Threlfall (who played Frank), the original shed a cast member or two almost every year - for example, by the third season, Fiona and Jimmy were both gone - while introducing a plethora of new faces.

Also, call me crazy, but I reckon the US version is a far funnier and more entertaining product. Sure, the original could be as raucous as anything you'll find, but I think the mix of actors and situations on the US version makes for a better show.

Whether it's better or not, Shameless is a show I'm going to miss - one of my favourite shows this year (so far).

Are you a fan of the US version of Shameless? What did you think of the third season? How great were Rossum and Macy? And do you think the US version is better than the UK version?

Showtime announced Tuesday (July 30) the January 2014 premiere date for Season 4 of "Shameless" and the third seasons of "Episodes" and "House of Lies."

According to EW.com, the fourth season of hit series "Shameless" will debut on Sunday, Jan. 12 at 9/8 p.m. CT, followed by "House of Lies" at 10/9 p.m CT and Matt LeBlanc comedy "Episodes" at 10:30/9:30 p.m. CT.

The premium cable network also announced that David Duchovny's "Californication," which was paired with "Shameless" and "Lies" this year, will return in April to air after Season 6 of "Nurse Jackie." The exact premiere date has not yet been announced.

Also slated to debut in 2014 is the psychological thriller "Penny Dreadful," starring Josh Hartnett and Eva Green, which is slated to begin production in October. Hartnett will play Ethan Chandler, a charming American who finds himself trapped in the darkest corners of Victorian London, while Green will play Vanessa Ives, a seductive and formidable beauty full of secrets and danger.

Additionally, Showtime has picked up a drama pilot called "The Affair" starring British actors Dominic West ("The Wire") and Ruth Wilson ("Luther"). It follows a young married woman, working in a pancake house, who tries to piece her life back together in the wake of a tragedy.

A comedy pilot, "Trending Down" with Phillip Seymour Hoffman and Kathryn Hahn, has also been picked up by the network.

Peter Capaldi on the new Doctor Who magazine & David Tennant talks about returning for the 50th

The latest issue of Doctor Who Magazine ventures behind the scenes of Doctor Who Live: The Next Doctor, to interview showrunner Steven Moffat, presenter Zoë Ball and features an exclusive letter from Twelfth Doctor Peter Capaldi.

"The Doctor's always said he’s thousands of years old, and suddenly he’s going to look closer to what we know he secretly is" says Steven Moffat, in an exclusive sneak-peek quote given to doctorwho.tv. "He’s going to look like an older man. A fiercer man. He won’t be the dashing young man he was a minute ago, and I think that’ll be rather exciting…"

Of Peter Capaldi, Moffat goes on to say "He’s always looked like Doctor Who, how has this taken us so long?! Because the moment you say his name, you go ‘Of course!’ Because he’s got the hair, and he’s got the look, he’s brilliant, he’s known to be a fan, of course it’s bloody him!"

Also in issue 464, Luther creator and writer of The Rings of Akhaten and Hide, Neil Cross talks about how he came to fulfil his dream of writing for Doctor Who, part two of The Way Back examines the rocky road to the 21st century return of the series, Fact or Fiction scrutinizes Seventh Doctor classic Remembrance of the Daleks, and Time Team do battle with the Weeping Angels of Blink.

Plus, the winners of the 2012 DWM readers merchandise poll are revealed, including your favourite fiction and non-fiction books, audios, and DVD releases, as well as the top features, covers and interviews from DWM itself.

On those rare occasions when current and past stars of Doctor Who filmed episodes together the air has sometimes turned a tad chilly. But “Tenth Doctor” David Tennant says there were no such problems when, earlier this year, he and his TARDIS successor Matt Smith shot this November’s special 50th anniversary show.

“I suppose you’d expect me to say we’re new best friends and I love him like a brother,” the Scottish actor tells EW. “But that is sort of how it was. I had a fantastic time and that wouldn’t necessarily have been the case. I’m coming back onto a show that’s effectively somebody else’s show and used to be mine and that’s potentially quite a weird situation to be in. Going back to something I knew so well and had such fun memories of might have backfired. It’s a quite rare set of circumstances: Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig don’t get to play James Bond next to each other. But actually it felt familiar enough that it was like coming home and working with Matt proved to be a real joy. I hope I’m speaking for him when I say we really enjoyed bouncing of each other and playing sort of two aspects of the same character. It was everything that I hoped it might be and nothing that I feared it could be.”

The special 50th anniversary show — which also stars Jenna Coleman, Billie Piper, and John Hurt — will be broadcast on BBC America, Nov. 23. Tennant is currently starring in the BBC America crime drama Broadchurch, the trailer for which you can see below.

New Couple Alert? Ellie Goulding and One Direction's Niall Horan Reportedly Spotted Kissing

Is there a late summer romance blooming between two of music's biggest names?

British reports claim that Ellie Goulding and One Direction's Niall Horan were spotted smooching at the V Festival last weekend.

The two reportedly were seen enjoying the Kings of Leon set on Sunday and did their best to blend in with the crowd and not get noticed.

During one of the songs, "Niall allegedly launched himself" into the "Lights" singer for a kiss.
The new couple was flanked by bodyguards so their offstage sweet moments could be kept as private as possible—and away from festival-goers' pesky camera phones.

It looks like the boy-bander has had a crush on the blond beauty for quite some time.

In a recent interview with GQ magazine, the 19-year-old singer said, "I'll say one thing: Ellie Goulding—wow. She's absolutely amazing looking."

Whoa there, tiger!
A source tells E! News, however, that Goulding is still with her boyfriend Jeremy Irvine and that there is "no truth" to the romance rumors.
"She and Niall are just friends," the insider added.

On Aug. 13, Horan tweeted to fans to rally up support for Goulding's latest single, saying, "Everyone my good friend @EllieGoulding Has a huge tune out right now! And I really want her t get #1, go get it"

What a supportive friend…no, but seriously.
And just take a gander at their flirty banter back in July where Horan wrote, "Just listening to some @elliegoulding! What a talent she is! Beautiful voice !"
To which she coyly responded, "I knew you loved me hahaha"

Interesting…
Meanwhile, Horan isn't the only one who is seeing his love life heat up.
After tons of speculation, fellow bandmate Liam Payne has confirmed to Yahoo! Omg! that he is dating his childhood friend Sophia Smith.

When asked whether it was public knowledge, he said, "Well it is now! It's new, she's sitting right over there. It's not been long."

lol maybe they mistook Pixie Lott for Ellie

Wesley Warren Jr., TLC's "The Man With the 132-Lb Scrotum" Blames Healthcare System

Wesley Warren Jr., better known as "The Man With The 132-Lb. Scrotum," has two objectives right now: He wants to make money and speak the truth.

In May of 2008, in a household mishap, the Las Vegas man took a blow to his right testicle. "I woke up the next day, and my scrotum was the size of a honeydew melon," he tells Marc Lamont Hill on HuffPost Live. "My personal hell was just beginning."

With every passing month, Warren's scrotum grew 3 pounds or more. And with no health insurance, he had little opportunity to seek help, until he became internationally known for his freakish bulge.

To cradle his watermelon-sized sex organ, he wore a hooded sweatshirt as pants, using the hood as a makeshift scrotum sling.

"Even when I got offers to help, it was hard," he tells HuffPost. "My scrotum was so large I couldn't get on a plane. I was too big to use an airplane restroom."

TLC's "The Man With the 132-Lb Scrotum" premieres Monday at 9 p.m. ET. It's been five months since Warren has had surgery to remove the excess tissue in his groin. But it's hard, even now, for him to look back.

"The show is frighteningly real to me," the 49-year-old man says, recounting how the simplest tasks, like walking or going to the bathroom, became impossible.

Big Brother season 12 winner Hayden Moss to be on Upcoming Survivor season

Earlier this summer, Jeff Probst officially broke the news on Entertainment Weekly Radio that the 27th season of Survivor — titled Blood Vs. Water — would feature returning Survivor players and their loved ones. And now we can officially reveal that one of those pairs will be Survivor: One World’s Kat Edorsson and her boyfriend, Big Brother season 12 champ Hayden Moss. While players from both Survivor and Big Brother have appeared on fellow CBS reality competition show The Amazing Race — and a relative of Survivor’s Russell and Brandon Hantz, Willie, played on last summer’s Big Brother — Hayden will become the first person to have appeared on both programs.

EW.com has also learned that this is not Hayden’s first brush with Survivor. In fact, he was very close to being cast on the show before he ended up on Big Brother in the summer of 2010. “We met with him for Survivor,” reveals host Jeff Probst. “He made it all the way to our finals. Hayden and I met. We were in the room talking and for whatever reason, I can’t even remember now, it just didn’t work out. Either we had somebody like him, I don’t know. And the next thing I know he’s on Big Brother! If you had just waited five minutes we would have put you on Survivor!” Evidently, the wait was worth it, as Hayden not only won $500,000 on Big Brother, but now gets to go for the full million when Survivor: Blood vs. Water premieres with a special 90-minute episode on Sept. 18 at 8pm on CBS.

"Bachelor" contestant Gia Allemand had a fight with her boyfriend hours before she killed herself, and he told her "I don't love you anymore."

Gia had accused NBA basketball player Ryan Anderson of being unfaithful during lunch the day she died. During the ride back to her house -- where they stopped at a Walgreens to get her NyQuil -- Gia told Ryan she still loved him but then he dropped the bombshell about his feelings.

We broke the story ... Gia hanged herself in her New Orleans home. According to official docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Gia used a vacuum cleaner cord to end her life. It was tied to the center section of her spiral staircase and tied to the handrail on the second floor.

It appears Gia was on the phone with her mom when she hanged herself. Her mom told cops during the call the phone "had gone silent" and the mother tried in vain to communicate with her for 10 minutes.

Ryan went back to the house to check on Gia, and found her sitting on the stairs with the cord "wrapped around her neck many times." She had been without oxygen for 30-40 minutes.

Gia left a suicide note on the dining room table and in it left all of her property to her mother.
