Amanda Seyfried Gets Graphic About Her First Encounter With Porn

GQ recently sat down with Amanda Seyfried and Peter Sarsgaard, stars of the new movie "Lovelace," out this Friday, and discovered some raunchy secrets about the leading lady.

Amanda revealed that she had her first encounter with porn at the extremely young age of 6.

"It was a cop -- a guy dressed in a cop costume, and it was a girl going down on him," the 27-year-old actress said. "It was the first time I’d ever seen a penis, and I remember it being very graphic, and I remember when he came: it was so terrifying. It was funny. But it was also, like, so, so, so wrong. It was 1990 or 1991, and so AIDS was really rampant. Watching any kind of sexual acts when you’re a six-year-old would make you think you were going to contract AIDS somehow."

The erotic talk continued when GQ asked her what her "porn name" would be (her first pet’s name and the street she grew up on), and it is likely the best one ever to have existed.

"Mine’s Bad Pussy St. Cloud," she said.

30 Seconds To Mars - Do or Die

Awesome! Check out now 30 Seconds To Mars' newly-premiered music video for "Do or Die", the official second single from the American rock band's latest album "Love, Lust, Faith and Dreams", released in stores last May via Virgin Records and Universal.

This is the 'Closer to the Edge' video of this era! We have an anthemic rock song, with a real message behind, and an accompanying music video featuring a lot concert footage, backstage footage, fan commentary, and random scenes (like one where a hot shirtless Jared Leto runs without any purpose or defined finish line across a forest). This is vibrant, 'in your face' and gets pumped up. I don't see "Do or Die" topping any charts anytime soon, or getting any relevant radio presence, but I don't think that's what matters the most to 30 Seconds To Mars. They just wanna make fans happy, and feel good with their music.

Daft Punk cancels on Colbert Report due to contractual agreement with MTV VMAs

Bad news: Daft Punk were the scheduled guests for tonight's episode of "The Colbert Report". They were headlining this year's StePhest Colbchella, and were presumably going to perform "Get Lucky", but the appearance has been canceled. Apparently, this is because they're scheduled to make a surprise appearance at the VMAs, and performing on "Colbert" would breach their contractual obligation with MTV.

Update: Robin Thicke filled in and performed a different song featuring Pharrell, "Blurred Lines". So maybe it was the plan all along-- an elaborate fake out to promote Daft Punk's appearance at the VMAs. But maybe Robin Thicke, his dancers, and his band were actually able to pull off an elaborate performance with only two hours' notice.

#Twittersilence, death threats and how to stop trolls

$

In the past week on Twitter the staff of GQ have been threatened with kidnapping, bombing, burning, several types of stabbing, and, more than once, being forcibly penetrated with a cactus. But let's be clear: a few overzealous reactions to our One Direction covers is a different issue from the horrendous abuse and threats of violence currently being suffered by women online every day. Inspirational women - from Stella Creasy MP to The Times' Caitlin Moran and historian Mary Beard - have been the subject of particularly high-profile spate of threats recently, including messages of sexual violence and bomb threats so chilling that the police had to get involved.

The response, sparked by a tweet from Moran, was #TwitterSilence - a 24-hour Twitter walkout in protest yesterday, as some of Twitter's most influential and prolific tweeters went missing from the service. The problem is, as many suggested, it didn't really work; tweets - about Doctor Who, Gareth Bale and all of the conspicuously uniform mundanities of modern life - still spilled forth in their millions. By now it's clear: staying silent, though for a good cause, is not the answer. Go silent and the trolls win. Something else needs to be done.

Troll hunting is a process fraught with difficulty. Many have requested that Twitter install a report button (which it already has on its mobile apps). But such measures are often ineffective: there are simply not enough people in the world to monitor all these tweets, and automated processes result in misuse and innocent casualties. (Some upset Harry Styles fans, for example, attempted to report @BritishGQ regarding the cover lines to the One Direction issue.) Similarly, a language filter to ban offensive words is an unnecessary strain on the freedom of the foul-mouthed-but-innocent; imagine silencing the joyously profane reactions to Peter Capaldi's announcement as Doctor Who, for example.

Perhaps a better response would be to take away the veil of anonymity. "This #Twittersilence thing is pointless," wrote experienced troll-baiter Piers Morgan yesterday. "Only way to deal with trolls is public exposure." Slightly obsessed teens threatening to kill people with their poor grammar are clearly not worth wasting police time over, but being quoted did cause many to apologise and delete their abusive messages. Naming-and-shaming might seem unfair to some, but it works. Nothing kills a troll like direct sunlight. As such, Twitter could install a form of identity verification, like a Facebook account or mobile number; this could be done behind-the-scenes to allow for anonymous accounts to remain anonymous, while allowing the legal system to charge the worst abusers. There would need to be air-tight security, but it's worth debating.

There will always be people who use the internet to abuse people. (If you think Twitter is bad, try venturing into the cesspit of vileness and cat GIFs that is 4Chan.)

But let's be clear: pop fans aside, the worst trolls, the ones threatening women with rape and violence every day, are almost exclusively men.

There is something worryingly wrong with our gender when these men - cowards using the internet as a mask to hide behind - are targeting talented women for nothing more than having an opinion. Twitter isn't the problem; misogyny is. We need to have that discussion - and for that to happen, we can't stay silent.

Mugumogu, the mysterious owner of everyone's favorite box-diving cat Maru, just posted an update after almost a week informing us that she's got a new feline in the house, a two month old... I'm not sure. It's a shorthair and not a Scottish Fold. She is promising a translation but Google Translate gave me this much to go on.

Interesting that she would adopt a cat now, when Maru has been alone for six years. Now we'll see if this new guy develops a love of boxes, too.

Marvel’s ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’: Loki Appearance Possible, Says Tom Hiddleston

‘Avengers‘ fans the world over were recently saddened to learn that Tom Hiddleston‘s fan-favorite fiend Loki wouldn’t make an appearance in ‘The Avengers: Age of Ultron‘ after ‘Thor: The Dark World,’ but that doesn’t mean Loki couldn’t put in appearance in Marvel’s upcoming ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.‘ TV series on ABC! So, what does Hiddleston have to say about the prospect of Loki popping up for some small-screen mischief?

Hiddleston remains not only open to the idea, but has actively discussed the possibility of an ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’ appearance with executive producer and pilot helmer Joss Whedon! “It would be something that would depend upon script and story but yeah, of course,” teased Hiddleston, who of course said nothing of the character’s fate after the upcoming ‘Thor’ sequel. “I’ve spoken to Joss about it. I saw him down in San Diego. I hear it’s good fun.”

Hiddleston isn’t the only Marvel Cinematic Universe vet to express an interest in crossing over to Marvel’s ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.,’ as ‘Iron Man 2‘ star Sam Rockwell told Vulture in July that “Maybe S.H.I.E.L.D. is the way to go,” seeing as his character Justin Hammer wasn’t likely to have any place in future Marvel films. As ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’s already-established fanbase well know, ‘Avengers’ star Cobie Smulders has officially been confirmed for the pilot episode as well, with and open interest in future appearances down the line.

As we await the September 24 premiere, Marvel’s ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’ features a cast that includes Clark Gregg’s resurrected Agent Phil Coulson, Ming-Na as veteran agent Melinda May, Brett Dalton as Agent Grant Ward, Chloe Bennet as hacker Skye, and Elizabeth Henstridge and Iain De Caestecker as science team Gemma Simmons and Leo Fitz. Nick Fury himself, Samuel L. Jackson, previously stated that he expected to be involved with the show in some small capacity, while ‘Ghost Whisperer’ vet David Conrad has joined in an unknown part as well.

TMZ obtained pics of Charlie and his harem vacationing in Hawaii recently. Keeping to the theme, he chose a blonde, a brunette and a ginger -- who go by JL, JJ, and CS. Who knows which is which.

From the pics it's clear Charlie had a great time with his ladies -- probably because they were topless.

We're told the orgy party didn't stop in Hawaii either ... the XXX stars are now shacking up with Sheen in L.A. ... kind of like it's 2011 all over again.

VIDEO: Lorde - "Tennis Court" Live at Le Poisson Rouge

Music blogs have been buzzing about Lorde for quite some time now. The 16-year-old indie pop mastermind dropped her debut EP, The Love Club, in January of this year and you'd be damned to find someone who wasn't hooked by the time they had finished listening to "Royals." Fast-foward to August, Lorde (aka Ella Yelich-O'Connor) is now a chart-topper in her home country of New Zealand and she's ready for worldwide domination.
Signed to Universal Republic in the US, Lorde made her first-ever trip (!!!) to the United States for a couple of special appearances--Le Poisson Rouge in New York on August 6 and LA's Echoplex on August 8. As we've previously seen with acts like Lana Del Rey, having the ability to translate your sound to a live stage is essential to building the career of up-and-coming artists. As it rolled around to 9 PM and the band took the stage, the entire crowd at LPR this evening was all wondering the same thing--would Lorde deliver the goods & live up to the hype?
After a stunning, 50-minute, 11-song set, I can only answer that question with a wholehearted, resounding "yes."

The energy in the room was electric as soon as Lorde took the stage, kicking off with the fitting "Bravado" off her debut EP. "I want the applause the approval the things that make me go oh" Lorde crooned as the crowd went wild. Under the gloss and production of her studio tracks, Lorde truly is a talented vocalist who can one-hundred percent hold her own. She sounded just like the record. One of the night's highlights was Lorde's performance of "Tennis Court," the New Zealand follow-up to "Royals." With a lion's mane for her hair, the 16-year-old prowled around the stage as she breezed through the grimy track and the audience sang to every word.

For those doubting the singer's ability to craft a track that measures up with monster singles like "Royals" or "Tennis Court," brace yourselves. Because if the live versions are any indication, we are all in for a real treat when we get Lorde's debut album next month. Of the new tracks, "Still Sane" and "Ribs" were instant favorites. In "Still Sane," Lorde sings of dealing with her newfound and rapidly growing fame. With a hook in which the singer beckons "I'm little but I'm coming for the title," we get a special snapshot of the singer on her catastrophic rise to fame. "Ribs" is a bit of a sonic departure for the singer, as the track features a pulsing dance beat underneath Lorde's vocals. The crowd erupted as the singer delivered the top-notch chorus with such conviction, singing lyrics like "I've never felt more alone. I feel so scared of getting old."

While this was Lorde's big debut in the US, whatever nerves the singer had felt before taking the stage soon disappeared after a warm reception from a sold-out crowd. Specials moments with the intimate crowd were a dime a dozen, such as the singer's reaction to the audience cheering after the "Tennis Court" lyric "pretty soon I'll be getting on my first plane." Written just months ago, the singer's words had become a reality days before on her first trip overseas. Her banter was friendly and often funny--particularly when the singer announced "I can smell it" after an audience member decided to smoke some marijuana during the singer's set. While she will surely grow with more practice, Lorde's stage presence and crowd banter was nothing short of impressive, considering the singer's age and lack of prior performance.

As soon as the "Royals" backbeat began to play, the entire audience knew what was coming next. "This one's for everyone who still takes the train" Lorde proclaimed before starting her performance of the soon-to-be worldwide smash. That's what makes Lorde so appealing--she's young, she's unique, and she's an underdog. But tonight's show just confirmed what the majority of the music industry was already thinking: Lorde is here to stay.

New track: "A World Alone"

New track: "Ribs"

Bravado / Biting Down / Tennis Court / Buzzcut Season / Still Sane / Ribs / The Love Club / Royals / White Teeth Teens / 400 Lux / A World Alone

Twisted Review: Blurred Lines

$

Only three episodes of Twisted remain this season and we're finally getting somewhere with the evidence. In the "The Truth Will Out," everyone worked to get Karen Desai to retract her very false confession about killing Regina.
So what, exactly, was the key to reasoning with Karen? It was Danny finally realizing how much his mother loved him and expressing how much he needed her.
There were a lot of helpful flashbacks. First, we found out that Danny and Karen kind of had a strained relationship when he was younger and that she once blurted out how she wished she had a daughter. Then, we saw how Vikram and Karen had an agreement that she would lie whenever he was in Connecticut. This is after Karen said at the police station that Vikram never went to Connecticut.
After what Kyle uncovered about Manor, the company that paid Regina, there was obviously something going on with Vikram in Connecticut. That symbol of the company was that damn necklace! Karen may not have killed Regina but she knows a lot more than she's telling. What's your theory on Karen?
All of the relationships were blurred. Danny didn't realize how much Karen loved him. Danny and Kyle found out about Karen's affair with the principal. Jo walked in on Lacey's dad making out with another man. Danny and Kyle decided to team up. Jo and Lacey decided to stay friends even if Danny leaves.
The thought of not living here is unbearable sir, and it’s because of your daughter and Lacey. | permalink
I was glad to see Kyle give Danny a break this week, let him stay at his house, then eventually even work with him. This story goes so much deeper than just "who killed Regina?" Everyone honestly needs to start being more honest with each other or we will never have a clue. The honesty between Danny, Lacey, Jo and Kyle about the cash and letter is what helped Kyle get further on this case than ever before.
I can't believe there are only three episodes left on Twisted Season 1. I have a feeling things are going to get more intense as we near the finale. What do you think Karen knows? Will the girls forgive Danny for not telling them about the necklace? What's so special about Connecticut?

The Fashion Editor Who Resisted Sex for 12 Years

$

When she was 27, Sophie Fontanel decided to stop having sex. While traveling alone, away from her then-boyfriend, it occurred to her that having no sex was infinitely preferable to having bad sex— a conviction that would, to the shock of her friends and colleagues, see her through a twelve-year period of celibacy.

But Fontanel, a novelist and senior fashion editor at French Elle, believes her experience wasn’t as unusual as those confidants seemed to think. When her memoir of celibacy (which she calls an “insubordination”) came out in France last year, it hit the best-seller list within weeks. “It really struck a chord,” said Fontanel, who received a deluge of correspondence from men and women who had found themselves in similar circumstances but were too afraid to tell anyone. The English translation of Fontanel’s book, The Art of Sleeping Alone, will be published August 13.

Fontanel says that, for her, living without sex was no big deal — not because she didn’t desire it, but because she doesn’t ascribe sex the overblown importance she believes it’s taken on in the media. Yet her position is not a moral or religious one. She wants to dissociate abstinence from connotations of chastity and asexuality. “I don’t know when sex became the most important thing,” she says, pointing out that, despite all our talk of sexual liberation, celibacy remains taboo or, at least, a pitiable offense. “We are not making love as easily as we boast we are,” she wrote in a New York Times op-ed last month. She’s become something of a spokeswoman for sexual candidness.

The Cut spoke with Fontanel about the common plight of disappointing sex and the stigma of abstinence.

So, you talk about, like many of us, having disappointing sex in your twenties. Why did you decide to stop having sex entirely rather than, say, find another partner?

Throughout my sexual life, I have had periods with lapses in sexual activity and long periods with nothing. For me, it’s absolutely not a problem. And believe me, I’m not a prude — I’m not a prude at all. I began my sexual life very early. I had some boyfriends, but a lot of the time I was in bed, I was not present. I know a lot of girls like me — I was doing the things because everyone else was. And when I was 27, I had a boyfriend of five years, and he thought that we were very happy. But I was not so happy. I realized that I was happier alone than when I was with my boyfriend.

I wanted to recover my body. My real desire was to re-want having sex. When I stopped, I was so excited to be alone in my bed. I immediately bought a bigger bed, and for me, it was freedom.

What did your friends say?

At the beginning, I kept silent. But when the first questions arrived, I decided to tell the truth. The reactions were bad. Everybody was trying to find another boyfriend for me. I was young, and everyone thought that I had the right to take a stand, but not for too long. Everyone was telling me, “Sophie, you’re single. Why don’t you put on a miniskirt and high heels so you will be sexy, and then you will find a man.” But I didn’t want to do that. I told them, “I’m not interested in having sex right now.” Everybody thought I was a fool. You have to say that sex is very, very important. If you don’t, you are considered a very strange animal.

You ended up being abstinent for twelve years. Were you dating during that time?

Oh, of course I went on dates. My reaction was always, “Well, I’ll meet him, and then I’ll see.” I was hoping, but it was very abstract. It’s rare to find a man who really charms you. During that period, I fell in love twice. But, obviously, it was with impossible men. Married men, gay men. It’s very difficult to find a partner. That’s why I waited so long. Because I told myself, Okay, I give up. I will return to sexual activities when it is worth it — and it took more than ten years.

Do you know anyone else that’s been abstinent for as long as you were?

Well, I didn’t. But now I know a lot! As soon as my book came out in France, a lot of people — a huge amount of people — began to say that they had the same experience. A lot of women, but a lot of men as well. I had a lot of people tell me that they’ve had the same experience as me, but they haven’t been able to tell anyone.

When I was writing the book, I knew it had a force. I knew that it was going to make some noise. It’s the story of a lot of people.

What kind of responses have you gotten to the book in France?

At first the media treated me as if I was a rare bird — a strange case. I heard everything. I heard that I was a lesbian — because it’s easier for society to accept that you are a lesbian than that you are abstinent. I have heard that I’m a religious fool, which I’m not. For me, it’s not about morality at all.

And there were bad reactions sometimes. People talked a lot about my physical imperfections. They’d say things like, “Maybe you’re not so young and beautiful, and that’s why nobody wanted to sleep with you.” But I wasn’t saying that nobody wanted to sleep with me. I was saying that I didn’t want to sleep with anyone.

Do you recommend abstinence to other people?

I recommend being true to yourself. If you are making love and you’re disappointed, then stop. Recover your freedom. Don’t be afraid of being single, and don’t be afraid of being single for a long time. I don’t believe that the more you have having sex, the more you want to have sex, or the more you are having sex, the better you are at it. I think it’s the more you want to do it, the better you will be. You’re not going to forget how to make love, you know? You never forget it. But when you have waited a long time and you return to sexual activity, it’s very amazing because everything is new.

Are you single now?

Right now, I’m single, yes. I was never married. I had a boyfriend a year ago, but now I am alone. And it’s very peaceful. I go and have dinner alone and get a coffee. I travel a lot, and I make my life beautiful. I think it’s the beginning of happiness. It’s very important to learn that it’s not a sin to be alone.

Usher Breaks Silence on Son Nearly Drowning, Thanks "True Heroes" Who Saved His Child's Life

It's been a rough and scary few days for Usher Raymond.

The R&B singer's 5-year-old son Usher Raymond V is currently in an Atlanta hospital after nearly drowning in the celeb's pool on Monday, and tonight, Usher has decided to address the situation for the first time since the horrific accident occurred.

"I am blessed and fortunate to say that my son Usher V is doing well and is recovering," Raymond said in a statement.

"I am overwhelmed by the outpouring of prayers, love and support for my family's well-being. I would like to thank my Aunt Rena as well as the doctors and nurses who are working with us around the clock," he continued.

"I would especially like to thank the two men who saved my son's life, Eugene Stachurski and Ben Crews. They are true heroes and I am deeply grateful to them."

A friend of Usher's ex-wife Tameka Foster took to her blog to give an update on Usher Raymond V, saying that he's doing "fine," and "currently in stable condition at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Scottish Rite and is being held for observation."

The incident happened two days ago when the young boy's arm got stuck in a pool drain while he was underwater trying to retrieve a toy. His aunt and a housekeeper unsuccessfully tried to free him before contractors working in the house got him out of the pool and performed CPR on him.

Earlier today, Foster filed paperwork requesting an emergency custody hearing in the wake of the pool accident that will take place in Atlanta on Friday. Foster is asking a Georgia judge to immediately award her temporary custody of all her minor children currently under Usher's care, including their other son together, 4-year-old Naviyd.

This comes just a year after Usher's late stepson, Kile Glover (Foster's biological son), died after being struck by a personal watercraft on Lake Lanier.

The 12 Essential 'Breaking Bad' Episodes (According to Flavorwire)

$
0
0
"Let’s get this out of the way right off the bat: you should just watch all of the episodes of Breaking Bad, and I’m going to presume that you have. Making the deliberate choice to forgo the experience of watching television’s best drama, and to instead pick and choose and shortcut, is a shameful activity. This isn’t The Iliad, and these aren’t Cliff Notes. No, the idea behind this guide to Breaking Bad’s essential episodes is not to suggest that these are the only ones you should watch — but merely to nominate the show’s finest hours, and the ones you might choose to revisit in preparation for the final season, since every episode to date is currently streaming on Netflix. So they’re chosen for plot progression, yes, but also for providing the series’ finest moments and its characters’ key points of evolution. And with that, may I humbly offer Breaking Bad’s dozen essential episodes. (Note: there will be spoilers. I told you that you should’ve already seen these!)"

“Peekaboo” (Season 2, Episode 6)

Forgive the personal sidebar: my wife does not watch Breaking Bad. We got to it separately, her a few months behind me (and on my recommendation), and “Peekaboo” was the episode where she had to stop. She’s basically a sunny person, kind and wonderfully sweet, and this was the point at which the show had become, for her, “too much,” “too dark,” and “too sad.” I can’t fault her response — this is the episode that spends much of its running time excruciatingly detailing Jesse’s attempt to collect stolen money from a drug-addled couple with a hijacked ATM in their living room. But for me, this episode spotlights one of the primary draws of the show’s early seasons (before Walt and Jesse became the high-tech cooks of Gus Fring’s industrialized lab): the lifting of rocks, and the observation of the various vermin scurrying underneath.

“Phoenix” (Season 2, Episode 12)

If you’re tracking the show via Walt’s steadily declining morality, here’s a big thumbtack on that particular corkboard: the episode in which Walt, while attempting to rouse Jesse from his drug-induced slumber, accidentally causes the choking death of Jane (Krysten Ritter), Jesse’s neighbor, girlfriend, and partner in addiction (and roadblock to Walt and Jesse’s lucrative association). Well, to be clearer, an accident precipitates her death, but Walt clearly could prevent it — and chooses not to. Cranston does some of his most bracing acting in this scene, torn between doing what’s right and doing what’s (maybe) smart, and realizing immediately the weight of his decision.

“Box Cutter” (Season 4, Episode 1)

The introduction of Giancarlo Esposito’s Gus Fring late in Season 2 was important to counterbalance the deadening of Walter White: if he was going to do bad things and maintain at least some degree of viewer empathy, it would help to situate him against a character even more ruthless and coldblooded than he. Any questions about who was the more dangerous human being were laid to rest by this terrifying episode — particularly Gus’s deployment of the titular tool.

“Face Off” (Season 4, Episode 13)

But all good villains must meet their maker (presumably; we’ll find out for certain at the end of this season), and few have done so as memorably — and literally explosively — as Gus. “Face Off,” written and directed by creator Vince Gilligan, is like a master class in suspense storytelling, revealing just enough information to propel the narrative, then revealing its master plan nanoseconds before the big payoff. But that’s not enough for Breaking Bad; the episode’s quiet closing shot is like an extra, unexpected punch in the gut.

“Fifty-One” (Season 5, Episode 4)

Throughout the run of Breaking Bad, Walt’s wife Skyler (beautifully played by Anna Gunn) has remained one of the show’s most enigmatic characters, and her moral ambiguity has led to no shortage of jeering from viewers — weirdly, it seems like she gets more flack online than Walt himself. This most recent season allowed Gunn to dig even deeper into the conflicted fear and emptiness of Skyler, a mental state indelibly dramatized by the unforgettable image of her descending, wordlessly and fully clothed, into their backyard pool.

James Franco posted this odd photo to Instagram recently with no explanation, only a caption that said "Vice.com."

According to the Huffington Post, the photo is of the actor turned artist's head Photoshopped onto two females bodies in Paul McCarthy's piece Snow White Universe. We followed Franco's breadcrumbs to Vice.com and found a long article written by the man himself with the same photo. Franco treats the article as if it were a diary page, gushing about all the cool art that the McCarthy's are doing (Paul and his son Damon), the films he has seen recently, and other art exhibitions that he has seen or that have inspired him, like the James Turrell light installations at the Guggenheim. While the letter is long and rambling and the photo is disturbing, Franco's passion for art really does shine through. Maybe people will start to take him more serious from now on.

In this day and age it is more common to hear about celebrities that are out partying all night, but many celebrities choose to treat their bodies like a temple instead and go to extremes to be as healthy as they can be.

Madonna
Pop icon Madonna has an amazing body for a woman in her 50s and she works very hard to maintain that physique. She's most famous for her workouts that include yoga, Pilates, and barre. She also follows a strict macrobiotic diet that of course doesn't allow any processed foods.

Jennifer Lopez
J Lo has a body that women half her age would kill for. Part of this is due to the fact that she doesn't smoke or drink. While she claims that she has a pretty relaxed attitude toward diet and exercise, she has to be doing something to get a body like that. She even managed to compete in a triathalon only 7 months after giving birth to twins!

David Beckham
David is another one of the rare celebs who has decided to remain a non drinker and that surely contributes to his healthy body. In addition to that, he of course participates in some pretty heavy workouts, which has lead to the development of the muscular bod that so many women lust after!

Kelly Ripa (Kelly is a Madonna stan!)
Kelly Ripa wasn't always healthy. She was a smoker into her 30s when she decided it was time to make a change. Now she is into 5 mile runs, spinning and her favorite workout Physique 57, which she credits with giving her the body she has today.

Jessica Alba
You'd probably never guess it, but Jessica Alba comes from a family that has a history of being overweight. At age 12, Jessica decided that she wasn't going to let that happen to her and she started cooking and eating healthy meals for herself. She continues that healthy lifestyle today as she doesn't eat any processed foods and instead eats fresh organic foods.
