Info: 'Nobody' was the title track from their first mini-album entitled "The Wonder Years: Trilogy", the single became a smash-hit on all Korean charts, and sold 4,648,973 digital downloads in South Korea alone. The song was recorded and released in four different languages: Korean, English, Mandarin Chinese, and Japanese.
The group's official MySpace stated that an English version of "Nobody" would be released in the United States sometime in 2009, serving as their debut single there, with JYP Entertainment confirming the release in June 2009. "Nobody" was released to iTunes on June 26, 2009. On the October 31, 2009 issue of Billboard Hot 100, the single debuted at number 76. Wonder Girls became the first South Korean group to enter the chart.
Rain - Rainism

Info: RAINISM is the sixth studio album from South Korean singer Rain. Rain released Love Story, as the first single from the album, shortly followed by the single, RAINISM. Both songs were re-recorded in four languages and served as that version for the appropriate country (an English version was issued to SE Asia radio).
SHINee - Replay

Info: "Replay" is the debut EP of South Korean boy group Shinee, released on May 22, 2008. The lead single, "Noona Neomu Yeppeo (Replay)", turned into a hit, especially with the adult female demographic because of its line about "Nuna (older sister), you’re so pretty".
In 2008 SHINee also released their first full-length album, The SHINee World including songs like "Love Like Oxygen" and "Y Si Fuera Ella'' a solo song cover by Jonghyun. (RIP ♥)
IU - Lost Child

Info: Lost and Found is the Korean-language debut extended play (EP) by South Korean singer-songwriter and actress IU. It was released by LOEN Entertainment on September 24, 2008. IU collaborated with lyricist and producer Choi Gap-won who released countless hits from emotional ballads to dance songs, such as "Amnesia" by Gummy, "Incurable Disease" by Wheesung and "Toc Toc Toc" by Lee Hyori.
TVXQ - Mirotic

Info: Mirotic was a major commercial breakthrough and is TVXQ's most critically successful album to date. The best-selling album of 2008, Mirotic debuted atop the Hanteo charts and sold 110,000 albums in one week, setting the record for one-week sales in South Korea on that chart. Version A of the album sold over 208,000 copies in a month, and cumulative sales surpassed 500,000 copies 109 days after its release. Mirotic is the first Korean album in four years to break 500,000 sales, a number which was last achieved by Seo Taiji's 2004 album 7th Issue.

Info: It's Hyorish is the third studio album by South Korean singer Lee Hyori, released on July 14, 2008. The album has 13 tracks, including singles "U-Go-Girl" and "Hey Mr. Big". A staggering 60,000 pre-order copies were sold 10 days before the official release. It has since sold over 100,000 copies, and became one of the most successful albums by a South Korean female solo artist in 2008. The lead single from the album was "U-Go-Girl", which became a runaway hit for Lee, topping various online and offline charts.
Bing Bang - Haru Haru

Info: Stand Up is the third Korean extended play by the South Korean boy band Big Bang, released by YG Entertainment. The EP sold over 200,000 copies, supported by the popularity of the number one hit single "Day by Day" (Korean: 하루하루, Revised Romanization: Haru Haru). "Day by Day" became one of the most successful singles of all-time in South Korea, selling over 5.4 million digital downloads in the country alone.
Songs like "Lies", "Heaven" and "Sunset Glow" was also released in 2008.
Jewelry - One More Time

Info: On February 20, 2008, Jewelry released their album Kitchi Island. The album featured the single "One More Time", a cover of In-Grid's song "Tu es foutu". "One More Time" has mirrored the success of Jewelry's 2005 hit single, "Superstar" in South Korea, reaching the No. 1 spot on MBC's Music Core and KBS's Music Bank, two weeks after the song's debut. The single has also achieved success online, topping the charts of various music websites, including Melon, Dosirak, Bugs Music, M.Net.com, Muz and Juke On. "One More Time" became the most successful single of Jewelry to date, staying on the no.1 spot for 7 weeks in a row on MBC's Music Core and KBS's Music Bank.
