- Leeann Tweeden, a TV host and sports broadcaster, says Senator and comedian Al Franken kissed and groped her without her consent in 2006 during a USO Tour to entertain troops in the Middle East, and saw photo of Franken groping her while she was sleeping.
- Franken released a statement "I certainly don’t remember the rehearsal for the skit in the same way, but I send my sincerest apologies to Leeann. As to the photo, it was clearly intended to be funny but wasn't. I shouldn't have done it."
- Now, 36 women — including actor Jane Curtin (3rd Rock From the Sun) and Cristina McGinniss, Lorne Michaels’ assistant for 25 years — have signed a statement in support of Franken calling him a 'devoted and dedicated family man, a wonderful comedic performer, and an honorable public servant', as well as thanking him for not sexually harrassing them. - Actress and singer Della Reese has died at the age of 86. She died at her California home yesterday.
- Reese is best known for her role as the angel Tess on the hit CBS series Touched By An Angel, of which she also sang the theme song. With her passing, the only surviving cast member left is Valerie Bertinelli, as actor John Dye passed away several years ago, and Roma Downey's career died.
- An accomplished jazz singer, Reese started out singing gospel trained by Mahalia Jackson, before becoming a born-again Christian. She was the first African-American woman to host a talk show, surpassing Oprah by 15 years.

- She was 11 years old when she was cast in "Léon: The Professional", after that she was called "Lolita" and similar stuff in reviews and that scared her so, for a while, she didn't want to do any kissing and sexual scenes.
- She considers the lack of women on set is a big issue since it isolates women and prevents them from sharing stories and mentorship.
- A producer invited her to fly with him in his private plane, but when she was aboard there was only one bed. She was unharmed but scared.
- A male director yelled at her and called her "exhausting" for expressing her opinions. A male actor stood up for her and pointed out that she was just talking like he had done, yet they listened to him.

Youtube Makeup Guru Drama: Jeffree Star Apparently No Longer Friends With MannyMUA and Laura Lee
Over the past few weeks or so, rumors have been going around about Jeffree Star no longer being friends with MannyMUA and Laura Lee, his supposed "best friends" in the world.
Summary:
-Jeffree's boyfriend unfollowed Manny and Laura on social media and they unfollowed him back.
-Neither Laura nor Manny said happy birthday to Jeffree on his birthday, but Manny went out of his way to wish a happy birthday to a random person. Jeffree later confirmed on Twitter that Manny hadn't called him and told a fan to stop defending someone (Manny) who "doesn't give a shit about you."
-The ~rumor mill~ says that the reason behind the breakup is Jeffree choosing not to financially back Laura and Manny's future makeup lines. Laura's recent eyeshadow palette (which was supposedly shipped and manufactured by Jeffree's facility) apparently underperformed. After seeing that, Jeffree decided to not back her future releases or Manny's makeup line. The two got salty and decided to cut ties.
-Manny and Jeffree have both been liking shady tweets about the situation.
-Jeffree collaborated with Manny this year on products for his own brand. Manny supposedly stole his logo for the collab from Blackmoon Cosmetics, which resulted in Jeffree's company getting sued and him having to pay the settlement.
-Jeffree's bought both Manny and Laura and shit ton of stuff over the years and taken them on a bunch of vacations.

-One time, Reah Bravo said, Charlie “grabbed me by my hair, holding a fist of it at the base of my scalp.” More than once, “he would grip my head tightly while talking to me. He held it so tightly that I couldn’t turn my neck in any direction. I was forced to look at him or to let him talk directly into my ear.”
-Looking back, she is struck by how calculated Rose’s approach seemed.
“He most definitely said, on numerous occasions, ‘I’ve never forced you to do something you didn’t want to do,’ ” she said. “He would say this forcefully and wait for my confirmation after he said this. I remember once wondering if I was being recorded.”
Another woman gave multiple interviews about her experience with Rose but requested anonymity out of concern for her privacy.
She went to Charlie Rose for a job interview, afterwards he invited her to his house, as Rose suggested they see how they traveled together by having her visit his Bellport house, she said.
She gave the following account:
That evening, after stopping for dinner and getting lost, they arrived at the house after midnight. She did not see anyone else there. Rose proposed she choose a DVD of his show that they could watch together. After the show, Rose gave her a tour of the property. The guesthouse, she noticed, was packed with clutter, uninhabitable.
At the pool, Rose dangled his legs in the water and then said that he needed to change because his pant legs were wet. He returned wearing a white bathrobe, which was open; he wore nothing underneath.
“I thought, I’m doomed,” she said. “I was completely panicked. In retrospect, I thought of a million things I could have done.”
She said she was not intoxicated — Rose had drunk his wine and then hers at the restaurant — but said he appeared to be. It was nearly 2 a.m. and she was exhausted, she said. She also said she felt alone and powerless. It was the middle of the night, they were on his secluded property, and she did not know how to drive.
“I started talking in this feeble and compulsive way,” she said. “I started talking about power, how the abuse of power can be. He completely lost it. ‘What are you talking about? That’s certainly not the case.’ ”
She said he then tried to put a hand down her pants.
“By the time he touched me the first time, he was already very angry,” she said. “I was scared, and I was also kind of frozen.”
After that, her memory is “hazy,” she said. They ended up in his bedroom.
“I really, honestly, I’ve tried so hard, especially recently, since I’ve been thinking about this, to try to remember what happened between sitting by the pool and being in his bed,” she said. “I have no recollection of how we went from here to there. I do remember I was crying the entire time.”
He reached down her pants again, she said, and she pushed his hands away. As she wept, she said, Rose asked her, “Baby, oh baby, why are you crying?”
The encounter ended when he appeared to be asleep and she felt she could leave the room, she said.
The next day, she said there was little mention of what had happened. She described the previous night to him “as a bit of a disaster” and he said, “What do you mean?”
A few days later, she followed up about the job.
In retrospect, she said, “Remaining silent allowed me to continue denying what had occurred. It was in that state of denial that I wrote to him asking about the job.”
He replied with his regrets.
“The whole thing was really the most humiliating and most degrading experience I’ve ever had,” the woman says now. A friend she confided in at the time described her as having been “distraught” in recounting what happened.

-Reah Bravo, speaking on the record called Charlie Rose a sexual predator, saying; “It has taken 10 years and a fierce moment of cultural reckoning for me to understand these moments for what they were. He was a sexual predator, and I was his victim.”
