The Juggalos are marching on Washington for legitimate reasons today. The FBI classifies them as a gang, so any juggalo arrested for nonviolent misdemeanors is likely to get a much harsher sentence. The gang classification also means they can be discriminated against in housing and employment. Washington DC correspondent for the Toronto Star reporter Daniel Dale interviewed one woman who was fired from her probation officer job because of her clown status.

Dale notes that the rally has a few hundred people and is very calm and peaceful. There is also a so-called "mother of all rallies" pro-Tr**p demonstration that is "tiny." No confrontation so likely.

He performed his new sindle "Two Ghosts" then was joined by producer Jeff Bhasker for a q&a session chaired by Cameron Crowe discuss making his debut album, Dunkirk and his views on the music industry.







Harry talked about how making his debut album because he started without a label so could make the music he wanted rather than thinking about what the label wanted. But added in the 1D he didn't feel suppressed and could write what he wanted then too.


He said the most personal song on his album was "From the dining table" and personal songs are his favorite to listen too but he didn't think a song had to be personal to be good. He also said "From the dining table" was his favorite and most honest song on the album.


Harry said his musical influences came from his parents, that his father listened to “a lot of Queen and Pink Floyd,” and his mother loved Norah Jones and Shania Twain, who Harry is also a "huge fan of". Producer Jeff Bhasker said though that any homage seen was not intentional take is that if any “homage” is sensed, it was not intentional “We were not thinking about [influences] at all,” he said, and said they recorded the album in a very "punk rock" way, the way "classic rock acts did".

- There's a Kickstarter campaign to help fund a Miss Fisher movie. The original goal was AU$ 250,000 and it was achieved on the first day. Right now they are at AU$ 351,186 and there are 27 more days to go, so the movie is definitely going to happen!

- The script has already been written. The movie will be called Miss Fisher & the Crypt of Tears and it's about Phryne going on a global adventure with "romantic wayside stops in the Far East, glamorous sojourns in the mansions of London, and a battle to survive the rolling sands of the Arabian Desert long enough to find the missing treasure, solve numerous murders and break all aviation records as she wings her way home again!"

- The production starts in mid-2018, so the movie will probably be out in late 2018 or 2019.

- They're still planning a prequel tv show.

"Catch Me Outside" girl, Danielle Bregoli signs deal with Atlantic Records

- The “Cash Me Outside” girl from the Dr Phil Show has reportedly signed a multi-million dollar deal with Atlantic Records (that houses labelmates Ed Sheeran, Paramore, Bruno Mars, Kelly Clarkson Coldplay and Cardi B) and will release multiple albums as part of that deal.

- Her debut single "These Heaux", which she released after launching her "rap career" as Bhad Bhabie has already garnered 21 million views within two weeks and earned her first entry on the Billboard Hot 100 chart (currently sitting at No.77).

- Aton Ben Horin, global vice president of A&R at Warner Music Group, said, “Without a doubt, this girl is a real star with undeniable talent,” noting that, at 14, Bregoli is the youngest female rapper to ever to appear on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

George Clooney tackles race, but he isn't optimistic about chances for diversity at the Oscars

The lack of diversity at the Oscars is because of the Industry. Studio executives need to get more interesting in young minority filmmakers getting their films out. (ex : Moonlight)

He was offered recently the lead role in an action film, and thought he was not the right guy for this part. They should have offered this part to Idris Elba. There’s no reason why this character can’t be black.

The star system has changed, people dont come to see the movie for the lead actor. Studio should take risks, have more imagination. (ex Idris Elba as James Bond)

It took him years to tackle race because he had yet to find the right project. He would rather see more minority filmmakers work their way into the industry.

He acknowledged the need for stronger female-centric projects. The business is run by a group of people who can’t see putting a 45-year-old woman as a romantic lead. They dont see them as still sexy.

He’s not hopeful about the prospects of a diverse Oscar season after the "Moonlight" win.

Outspoken, multidimensional, and occasional pop-singer Halsey (Ashley Nicolette Frangipane) has taken her relationship with rapper G-Eazy (Gerald Earl Gillum) public. The two were photographed together all over New York Fashion Week and shared photos via social media. The Oakland rapper last dated Lana Del Rey briefly but the two separated earlier this year. Lana's latest album "Lust for Life" has a song titled "In My Feelings" about the rapper where she sings "I’m crying while I’m cumin’ / Making love while I’m making good money / Sobbin’ in my cup of coffee / ‘Cause I fell for another loser." Is this another loser for Halsey or is it true love?

Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri wins TIFF audience award

  • Why do you care? Because TIFF audience awards often signify commercial success + Oscar frontwinner status. Previous winners that went on to Oscar glory include Silver Linings Playbook, The King's Speech and La La Land.

  • The movie is written and directed by Martin Mcdonagh (In Bruges) and stars Frances McDormand as a woman who erects three billboards questioning why police haven't arrested anyone after her daughter is raped and murdered

  • The filmmakers recently pulled the film out of Fantastic Fest to protest the rehiring of critic Devin Faraci who last year admitted to sexually assaulting at least one woman (Fantastic Fest is hosted by Alamo Drafthouse which was responsible for hiring Faraci)

  • The runners-up were I, Tonya starring Margot Robbie and Call Me By Your Name starring Timothée Chalamet and Armie Hammer as lovers who have a summer fling in Italy

- Avan Jogia and his new girlfriend Cleopatra Coleman attended the 2017 Entertainment Weekly Pre-Emmy Party on Friday night (September 15) at Sunset Tower Hotel in West Hollywood.

- Cleopatra is best known for her work in Step Up Revolution and the Fox series The Last Man on Earth. She will star in Showtime’s new show White Famous.

a follow-up to: Kevin Hart Publicly Apologizes To Wife For His "Bad Error" and "Judgement"

- The person extorting Kevin Hart has a video showing him and another woman in a sexually suggestive situation, followed by another clip of two people (who cannot be identified) having sex in a bed. Afterward, a naked man who "definitely looks like Kevin" is seen walking around.
- The person contacted Kevin's team and made multiple demands, including a payout in the eight-figure range, to keep the video private
- Extortionist also claims Kevin's hurricane relief efforts were a ploy to cover up the forthcoming exposé
- The FBI knows who the woman who secretly recorded the video is, and believes that either she or someone who had access to her phone is the culprit

- lead hairstylist guido palau says he considered the looks to be inspired by '70s glam'
- people have been criticising this, saying that head wraps have historically been worn by african and african-american women, and even today black women wearing them have been told that they look unprofessional
- marc jacobs received criticism last year for having white models in dreadlocks and responded with "I don't see color or race - I see people. I'm sorry to read that so many people are so narrow minded... Love is the answer. Appreciation of all and inspiration from anywhere is a beautiful thing. Think about it."
