The Divergent franchise was a YUGE flop. The last book was split into two movies in order to make more money even though the prior films didn't break the bank. The first part, Allegiant, was a flop both critically and financially so the second part was axed by Lionsgate. Then there were plans to make it a TV movie but nothing came of it. Lionsgate is now developing Ascendant into a TV series. Theo James and Shailene Woodley have already said no to doing a TV movie so they'll probably say no to a TV series as well.

-Back in 2015 Joanna Krupa (of Real Housewives of Miami fame) sued Brandi Granville (of RHOBH/CBB fame) for defamation after Brandi appeared on WWHL and claimed that Joanna's pussy smelled and that she had had an affair with Yolanda Hadids ex-husband.

-Joanna had claimed that Brandi's comments made her lose work and was suing for 15k in damages before upping it to 2 million

-The lawsuit became so tedious with multiple Bravoleberities depositioned to testify and Brandi's people demanding a gynecologist prove if Joannas puss puss smelled or not.

-Joannas soon to be ex-husband recently testified that Joannas woohoo smelled amazing

-Brandi issued a formal apology “I apologize as I never wanted my statements to affect Joanna Krupa’s reputation and I wish her nothing but continued success in life.”

Four Boston Teamsters are currently on trial for allegedly trying to extort jobs for local members of their union from Top Chef when the Bravo show visited their city in 2014, and for threatening employees of the show - including host Padma Lakshmi - when they were refused. A fifth Teamster has already pled guilty and is serving house arrest.

The above video was shown in court today. It was recorded by the show's producer Ellie Carbajal moments after the men swarmed Lakshmi's car and hurled racial slurs at her as they were picketing the Top Chef set. The men then call Carbajal a "tow**lh**d" and a "cu*t".

Carbajal testified that moments before the video was taken, the men had surrounded Lakshmi's car, coming within inches of her passenger window, and called her racial slurs before one of them said to the others "That's the pretty one. We want to smash her face in."

Lakshmi is expected to testify on Thursday.

Chiwetel Ejiofor is in talks to voice the villainous Scar in Disney's live-action/CGI remake of The Lion King.

He joins a cast that already includes Donald Glover (Simba), James Earl Jones (Mufasa), Seth Rogen (Pumbaa), Billy Eichner (Timon), and John Oliver (Zazu). Jon Favreau will direct.

The movie has a scheduled 2019 release date.

• Crew on the film back up her story


• The actress ended up quiting the film and was replaced with actress Lee Eun-woo


• The Supreme Prosecutors' Office is investigating the case

• According to the actress the director surprised her on set by insisting she act in a previously unscripted sex scene


• He also wanted her to grab a fellow actor's penis despite the fact that the scene was supposed to use a prosthetic penis


• He hit her three times before filming to help "get her in the mood" for the violent sex scene


• A producer on the film admits that she was hit but said it was part of instructions she was getting for the scene

Although she is a proponent for body-positivity and fat-acceptance, Oprah revealed that she can't accept herself if she weighs over 200 pounds, since a heavier weight puts her at risk for heart disease, high blood pressure, and diabetes. Oprah explained that in order for your heart to keep pumping, your body needs the least amount of weight possible to do that. She says that people should totally accept their weight, but that for her personal acceptance meant finding the right weight-loss plan. Oprah says that being in control of her body is more important to her than being skinny.
