Kourtney Kardashian Shares Detox Diet

- on her app she talks about her diet and how she keeps her body in ketosis: "My doctor said one of the fastest ways to detox metals is to try to keep my body in a state of ketosis, which occurs when the glycogen in your liver is depleted and the body burns fatty acids for energy. To do this, I stick to a low-carb diet, with high proteins and healthy fats, and I eat 3 meals a day—with no snacking in between." Emphasises consulting with a physician first before going on a detox
- when detoxing she avoids eating 14-16 hrs after dinner, and does a 24 hour fast once a week
- she has also cut beans, grains and legumes out of her diet

Bella Hadid did an interview for her August cover of InStyle.

She's extremely busy:
“At the end of the day, I think working this much is going to give me a better platform to do bigger things in the world,” she says. “I’m not saying I don’t love my job, but people think modeling is just a bullsh— thing to become more famous. I was 100 percent independent by the time I was 18, and I paid for my own apartment. That wasn’t because of my parents. I worked my ass off for two years.”

Her ex-stepfather is David Foster and he used his home as his studio so there were always celebrities like Whitney Houston or Gwen Stefani around as she was growing up:
“It made me feel really lucky to see that side of celebrity before. I mean, not that I’m a celebrity. That’s so weird. I don’t even want to say that.”

Her dream was to be an Olympic equestrian rider until she got Lyme disease:
“At the time I didn’t know about Lyme or what I was really diagnosed with. I thought going out and being with my friends would make me feel better, but it didn’t.”

She's feeling better now that she takes 30 pills a day and administers two shots to herself daily.

Fame has been an interesting experience for her
“I learn new things about myself every day because of the stories that are put out about me. They’ll say that I had a conversation with someone I’ve never even met before. Or people will judge me for things I can’t change. Imagine that somebody is telling you that you’re a piece of sh— every day on social media. You kind of feel like, ‘Well, am I a piece of s—?’ You don’t really know.”

She sometimes wants to “go to the house of that random person from Twitter who is in Missouri and tell them, ‘I promise, I’m a nice person! We could be friends! It doesn’t have to be like this!’ But it’s a very strange world.”

Bella was the only model to issue an apology after the Fyre Festival incident and says she takes a lot more precautions on her social media now:
“Now I tag everything as an ad.”

Social media isn't all bad. It helped her meet Kendall Jenner:
“I met her for the first time seven years ago over Twitter,” says Hadid. “That was before we started modeling; I was probably 14 or 15. We met up and had sushi, and now we’re best friends. She’s a pretty significant human I met online.”

She may get into acting:
“People think that I don’t smile and I’m super cold. With acting you can show more of who you are. I would have to get a hold of my ADD, but otherwise I think it would be fun.”

Adele suggested she might stop touring in a handwritten note inserted into the programs handed out at her final run of shows at Wembley Stadium in London. She said, "So this is it. After 15 months on the road and 18 months of 25, we are at the end. We have taken this tour across UK+ Ireland, throughout Europe, all over America and I finally got to go to Australia and New Zealand too. Touring is a peculiar thing, it doesn't suit me particularly well. I'm a real homebody and I get so much joy in the small things. Plus I'm dramatic and have a terrible history of touring. Until now that is! I've done 119 shows and these last 4 will take me up to 123, it has been hard out an absolute thrill and pleasure to have done. I only ever did this tour for you and to hopefully have an impact on you the way that some of my favourite artists have had on me live. And I wanted my final shows to be in London because I don't know if I'll ever tour again and so I want my last time to be at home. Thank you for coming, for all of your ridiculous love and kindness. I will remember all of this for the rest of my life. Love you. Goodnight for now".

-Critics say Tom Holland is the best Spider-man and Michael Keaton was amazing as Vulture
-Vulture is not evil for evil's sake
-This movie portrays teenagers realistically
-The actions scenes are fantastic and must be seen in theaters

Rob Lowe claims he encountered Bigfoot in the Ozark Mountains while filming The Lowe Files, an upcoming A&E series where he and his sons Matthew and John Owen investigate unexplained phenomena across the U.S.

“We had an incredible encounter with what locals call the ‘wood ape,’. I’m fully aware that I sound like a crazy Hollywood kook right now.".

“We’re 100 miles from the nearest town. We spent 45 minutes on the most rugged, brutal mountain trails. It’s 1 in the morning. There are a lot of serious former military men with loaded weapons (with us), then something starts approaching our camps that is defying their orders to stop and their warnings that (they were) armed.”

Lowe says he lay on the ground during the encounter "thinking I was going to be killed."

The Lowe Files premieres on A&E August 2nd.

Warner Bros TV to showcase DC shows at SDCC; HBO brings Westworld & Game of Thrones

*Warner's TV division is bringing 20 series to SDCC, including Krypton, Black Lightning, The Flash, Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow, and Arrow.

*Non DC shows include Lucifer, Riverdale, and the new series Deception. Full list of all the WB panels is at the source.




*HBO will be bringing Game of Thrones back to Hall H, as well as bringing cast from Westworld for their SDCC debut.

*Anthony Hopkins will not attend, but nearly all of the rest of the cast will attend.

*Both shows will have cast members signing autographs at the Warner Brothers booth.

Voletta spoke on behalf of herself, Biggie's estate, and Tupacs against the use of Tupac and Biggie's faces on the Kardashian line.
She says that nobody reached out to her or her estate about it.

I am not sure who told @kyliejenner and @kendalljenner that they had the right to do this. THe disrespect of these girls to not even reach out to me or anyone connected to the estate baffles me. I have no idea why they feel they can exploit the deaths of 2pac and my Son Christopher to sell a t-shirt. This is disrespectful, disgusting, and exploitation at its worst!!!
