Gwyneth Paltrow is on the latest issue of The Edit and one of the subjects she talks about is how she feels about the criticism she receives and she says:
“It’s got a few layers to it. People were fine with me as an actress, but with Goop it was like, ‘Stay in your lane.’ Women in general get a lot of pushback, especially if you’re successful and attractive … I’m not saying I’m attractive. I mean when you’re considered attractive.”

-The Soundtrack is a compilation of all the key songs in the show starting from episode 1 to episode 120.
-Not much changes were done to the songs because Rebecca wanted to show the overall journey the songwriters and voice actors had throughout the show.
-"Stronger Than You" and "Here Comes A Thought" are meant to complement each other with the first one being about a celebration of Garnet's love manifesting while the latter is about Garnet protecting that love.
-When it comes to the dramatic change in the show with Steven's first song being about "Cookie Cat" to more complicated and deeper songs it lies in conjecture with the character's stories developing more on the show with new levels added each time to them.

Today, Kathy Griffin held a press conference with her attorney Lisa Bloom, as well as a criminal lawyer. She discussed the incident posing with (a replica of) Trump's severed head, and the ensuing blowback.

"There are people I admire [who have been critical of the concert] like [English film director] Ken Loach, who I would never dream of telling where to work or what to do or think. The kind of dialogue that they want to engage in is one that’s black or white. I have a problem with that. It’s deeply distressing that they choose to, rather than engage with us personally, throw shit at us in public. It’s deeply disrespectful to assume that we’re either being misinformed or that we’re so retarded we can’t make these decisions ourselves. I thought it was patronizing in the extreme. It’s offensive and I just can’t understand why going to play a rock show or going to lecture at a university [is a problem to them].

The university thing is more of a head fuck for me. It’s like, really? You can’t go talk to other people who want to learn stuff in another country? Really? It’s really upsetting that artists I respect think we are not capable of making a moral decision ourselves after all these years. They talk down to us and I just find it mind-boggling that they think they have the right to do that. It’s extraordinary.

All of this creates divisive energy. You’re not bringing people together. You’re not encouraging dialogue or a sense of understanding. Now if you’re talking about trying to make things progress in any society, if you create division, what do you get? You get fucking Theresa May. You get [Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin] Netanyahu, you get fucking Trump. That’s divisive."

For the most part this was a boring episode. I wasn't expecting Davina to be resurrected. They also really need to give both Kol & Elijah something other than romance. Hayley being the person who is closest to Elijah is just not at all true, and they really wasted an opportunity to do flashbacks.

She wants to catch up with herself beyond her collaborations and make room to grow as an artist, producer, songwriter, and director. Her name name is symbolic to how iamamiwhoami impacted her creative standpoint.

Not Human "takes place at a never ending celebration. There’s passion, contempt and a necessary battle. I refer to it as a tale of gallant space disco. It’s about finding the raw uncensored essence of the self and embodying that emotion."

It's part of a larger series but stands on its own.

When asked for artists she admires or look to for inspiration she mentions Aleksandr Sokurov, Denis Villeneuve, David Lynch, Christopher Nolan, Natasha Khan, Röyksopp, and Björk.

She's on tour with Röyksopp throughout summer while still working on completing this piece of work.

iamamiwhoami core members are still working together on each other's projects. " The format will be decided by what is right if and when the time comes."
