Octogenarian: Term 'Child Molester' Should Be Taken More Seriously

$

When Doug Hutchison married his teen bride, Courtney Stodden, he was called many names, including "pervert" and "child molester," and although Hutchison says "sticks and stones may break his bones," he warns that the term "child molester" needs to be taken very seriously.

The thing is, it's interesting that anyone would call me a child molester because what I think that does is belittles true child molesters, the ones out there that are really molesting children. We can’t do that,” says Doug, 52. “My and Courtney’s marriage is legal, it's moral and its within the law. I’m not a child molester, so anyone who says that I'm not going to take it to heart. I only care about what my loved ones think about me and no one else.”

The couple insists they live a very "normal" life together, and have found happiness with their dogs and watching old TV reruns together.

“We wake up in each others' arms in the morning and start our day together. We take care of our puppies. We feed the puppies and let them out,” Doug said. “Courtney gets on the computer to tweet and I take care of business on the computer. Then we come together during segments of the day, and then in the evening we have dinner and watch ‘I Love Lucy' episodes. Within our house, we are extremely ‘normal.'”

Courtney and Doug can be seen Wednesday night on VH1's "Couples Therapy."

I can't wait for the day when Courtney decides to drop his ass. Then VH1 should revive their old trashy dating shows and give one to her. Rill Love with Courtney Stodden. I should copyright that and use it as leverage to become a producer.

Taylor Swift's New Album has Leaked

Taylor Swift‘s much-anticipated fourth studio album Red has leaked in full, and the song many fans were most eager to hear is her duet with British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran, “Everything Has Changed.” As expected, the track is a spare, elegant guitar-driven ballad with sweet, lovely vocals from Swift, anchored by emotional lyrics and light harmonies from Sheeran. It sounds as much like a live recording of an acoustic jam session as it does like a studio cut, which provides a nice contrast to the highly produced, slick sound of much of Red.

“All I know is you held the door / You’ll be mine and I’ll be yours / All I know since yesterday is / Everything has changed,” the pair sing together on the chorus. It’s certain to please fans of both artists, and doesn’t disappoint on the promise of their precocious songwriting talents.

'Philly Justice': 'Parks And Recreation' Inside Joke Coming To Funny Or Die

$

"Philly Justice," an elaborate inside joke amongst the stars of NBC's "Parks And Recreation," may be close to actually becoming a reality ... in the form of a Funny or Die video.

The running gag apparently began sometime during the filming of "Parks & Rec" Season 4 when somebody took a serious-looking picture of Amy Poehler, Adam Scott, Rashida Jones, Kathryn Hahn and Paul Rudd standing on courthouse steps that looked like it should be the poster of a cheesy legal procedural. Since then, as Poehler and "Parks" executive producer Mike Schur explained in the Paley Center video above, the show-that-never-was has taken on a life of its own, as the cast created a fictional backstory that "Philly Justice" was a pilot they shot together in 2003.

Now, according to a tweet from Dylan McDermott (who in Poehler's elaborate "Philly Justice" mythology was cast as a fill-in for Paul Rudd's fill-in Dermot Mulroney) the show will actually see the light of day on Funny or Die.

Funny or Die confirmed to HuffPost TV that the project is actually happening. If it's anywhere close to being as weirdly hilarious as Scott and Rudd's recent "Simon & Simon" mockumentary remake, it should be awesome.

This cast... rofl.

Bachelorette's Emily Maynard and Jef Holm End Engagement

$

Despite a happy ending on The Bachelorette finale in July and the hope of building a life and a family together, Emily Maynard and her fiancé Jef Holm have ended their engagement.

The pair open up about the split in exclusive statements to PEOPLE:

"I am sorry to tell you that Jef and I have, indeed, parted ways," Maynard says. "It was a very difficult and heartbreaking decision.

"As you know, at first I wasn't sure that I should even be The Bachelorette, but I am a hopeless romantic and I do believe in the show. I have no regrets because I did find love and shared an incredible journey with a really special person – and you know what, we tried our best because the love between us was so real.

"I have nothing but respect and love for Jef and his family, but ultimately we are just at different points in our lives.

"I've learned so much and I'm grateful for all of the support I've received. I'm excited and hopeful for the next chapter in my life with my daughter, Ricki. I do hope that you will respect our privacy and allow us the time we need to heal."

And Holm tells PEOPLE:

"Meeting Emily on The Bachelorette was an incredible experience, we've had quite the journey. I've never loved someone so much in my whole life, Emily is the best person and mom I have ever met. She opened up her world to me and I fell in love with her, [her daughter] Ricki, her family and the Hendricks.

"She has a great group of people who surround her. What we shared was completely genuine and real and it breaks my heart but we have decided to break up.

"Emily will always have a special place in my heart. I don't regret a single second I spent with her or Ricki. They both have been a huge part of my life. Who knows what tomorrow will bring but we are moving on to the next chapter of our lives.

"Emily and I are great friends and I hope we can continue to be friends forever. Everyone wants a salacious story to break, but the truth is we are just two people who fell in love and tried our hardest to make it work. I will always love her."

The official confirmations follow weeks of rumors that the couple, affectionately known as "Jemily," was on the verge of splitting up.

In recent weeks, Holm and Maynard have spent significant time apart.

Holm, who relocated to Charlotte last month, has been spending more time in Los Angeles promoting his company, People Water. Maynard, meanwhile, has been going about her life quietly with daughter Ricki, 7, in Charlotte.

Three questions to ... Kristen Stewart

The 'Twilight' actress became the face of Balenciaga's perfume Florabotanica.

At 22 years old, are you proud to be the Balenciaga's ambassador?

Of course, I said yes without even thinking! I greatly admire Nicolas Ghesquière. His work inspires me, he puts all his soul ... I totally agree with this perfume. It has a certain audacity and gives an impression of maturity. At the same time, you feel young by putting it. It is not the smell of your grandmother! I am very happy to wear it.

How do you feel about the end the saga of vampires?

This represents five years of my life and an extraordinary experience. This series has been very intense, We have put all our heart in it. I grew up with Bella. Play characters, but also discover their self-aspects.

What movies are you interested in doing today?

I keep all the doors open. I love the great comedies, but also independent films. To accept a role, I need to be receptive to the subject. In my beginning I stayed on the surface of things. Today I need to go deeper.

Why did Rob attend the premiere of the LA Dance Project?

Like any great dancer, Benjamin Millepied knows how to make an entrance. For the world premiere of his new collaborative, L.A. Dance Project, at the Walt Disney Concert Hall Saturday night, the former New York City Ballet principal choreographed a lavish evening (together with cohost Van Cleef & Arpels) complete with an intimate VIP dinner, a boisterous after-party, and even a Robert Pattinson sighting. “I live near Natalie [Portman] and she invited me to come,” said the Twilight star, who chatted with fellow guests Dita Von Teese and Jaime King and gamely posed for fan photos.

Wyclef, What's Up With That Picture In Your Birthday Briefs?

Wyclef, Wyclef, Wyclef. I – just like the next gym fanatic – can appreciate a good look-at-me, I-work-out photo but seeing you in some briefs on a Ducati warranted a nice “WTF!” For those of you who missed it, a few hours ago, Clef tweeted out a birthday pic of himself “looking and feeling 26.” To him, that meant showing his 2.8-million Twitter followers his nice physique.

To everyone else, it was a “what is Clef smoking?” kind of moment. Now, don’t get me wrong, I’m probably one of the biggest Clef fans around but this photo caught me off guard.

As someone who’s 25 (with a little beer belly), I have to give you your props and would be happy to steal your workout routine. I’m going to sit here and wait on your next tweet because there has to be a good reason this pic left your phone and made it to the Internet. And, please tell me why the Turtle Wax is on your chest and not the bike? Nah, we’re messing around – enjoy your birthday, bro. Eff the haters.

On how ‘real’ The Hills was: “I think the story they told wasn’t a dishonest one. The way they did it sometimes was. They aren’t going to be there for everything. Sometimes two of their main characters will get into a fight, and that’s important to the story line. The [producers] need that reenacted. Their things was always: It did happen. They’re not making this up: you just didn’t see it… Brody and I did date. It was pretty brief. There was definitely editing to drag it out.”

On dating in LA: “You don’t want a slob, but you don’t want a guy whose constantly borrowing your tweezers… the last year and a half, I was dating a lot, and it’s slim pickings.”

Interview excerpt regarding haters:

“People felt that a lot of the things I had were undeserved, maybe because I didn’t have a specific talent; I was more of a regular girl and maybe didn’t deserve the attention. I think anyone in the public eye is going to be hated, and a lesson that I needed to learn quickly is that it is impossible to please everybody. LIVE NOW - X FACTOR DISCUSSION + Demi rules out hot romance with boss Simon Cowell

No Sex Factor for Demi: "I would never date him even if he was 25 years younger."

Despite appearing alongside the legendary Britney Spears at The X-Factor judges table, Demi Lovato continues to steal the show with her youthful banter. In fact, fellow judge Simon Cowell’s absolutely charmed by his young co-judge and he barely manages to hide his glee when she teases him on air.

Unfortunately for him, she’s horrified by the mere thought of him. I’m sure she’s thinking of him right now and reaching for the Pepto Bismol. Not only is he the most ancient human being alive, but he’s also totally unappealing.

Talking about the recent seat swap on The X Factor USA - which saw Demi take Britney Spears' spot next to Simon at the judges table - she was asked if this meant she could now stare down his shirt. "Well that's not really hard to do - he has it open 24/7," joked Demi. "He shows more cleavage than I do!"

There was still time for Demi to throw one more insult at the music mogul - asked if she would date the 53-year-old were he 25 years younger she said: 'No! He parts his hair down the middle!'

That’s right up there with wearing cargo jorts in the summer and staying in on a Saturday night to watch a The Secret Life of the American Teenager marathon — totally unacceptable behavior for people who want to date other people.

"I get the privilege of being paid to mess with my boss all day," said Demi. "When we're not on the panel we get along really well." Saying that, she did also add: "He's really smart and I hate him." Poor Si-Si.

Since giving birth to a baby girl on July 15, Uma Thurman and her beau Arpad Busson have stayed publicly mum on their daughter‘s name. Until now.

And it sure was worth the wait.

“I would like to announce Uma and Arki’s daughter’s name for the first time officially: Rosalind Arusha Arkadina Altalune Florence Thurman-Busson, better known to family and friends as Luna,” the actress’s rep Gabrielle Kachman tells PEOPLE exclusively.

a miley and liam post!

While Nick Jonas' new song 'Wedding Bells' is about love, we're pretty sure it wasn't music to Liam Hemsworth's ears as the star is reportedly fuming about the Jonas Brothers' track reportedly penned about his fiancé, Nick's ex-girlfriend, Miley Cyrus. The pair dated in their early teens and it seems Nick has drawn on his first experience of love for the single, claiming the song is about “history” with “someone” you care for, with speculation it is referring to Miley. The lyrics refer to a former flame, who is set to get married, with Nick singing that he “can't love” anyone else and with Miley and Liam getting engaged earlier this year, it's not hard to see why people have guessed the inspiration behind the song.

The lyrics read: “She says, can you keep a secret/ A ceremony set for June/ I know it's a rush but I just love him so much / I hope that you can meet him soon." Fans also noticed that it references the couple's anniversary which was June 11, with the lyric: “Cause if you recall our anniversary falls/ 11 nights into june.”

While the Jonas brothers haven't confirmed who the song is about, Aussie hunk Liam is said to be not happy about the track. “Liam, I know he’s not too thrilled with the song and I know he doesn’t like it,” a source told HollywoodLife. “Not that he doesn’t like them as artists or anything, he just doesn’t like the song. He’s not a fan of the song and I don’t blame him one bit.” One person who is a fan is Miley herself, who reckons it's a “sweet” tune. “She’s heard their new song but doesn’t think it’s about her,” an insider explained.“It could be though. You never know and there could be some feelings there from Nick but I know totally not from Miley. She thinks its a sweet song and she likes it but whether it’s about her, who knows.”

But is it about Miley? Referring to the inspiration behind the track, Nick said: “I don’t think I’ve ever written a song that makes me as uncomfortable as this song does. “Some things happened in this past year that affected me a certain way in that moment and I had to go write a song about it in that moment and although it’s not the way I feel at this moment in time, hopefully this gives you a glimpse into what that experience was like for me.”

Hype has been up for Miley Cyrus' new music, with a new single expected out by the end of the year, with an album following in Spring 2013. Miley's mom, Tish Cyrus, recently took to her blog to announce that her daughter is in the beginning stages of planning for a tour next year!

"We are in the beginning stages of working out all the details for her next tour," Tish shared. "[Miley] is so excited, not only to go back to all the amazing places we've been, but also, to play in areas of the world she has never had a chance to play before!"

Miley recently performed at the City of Hope 'Spirit of Life' gala. At the event, she sang a collection of songs including her 'Backyard Sessions' covers. She gave a beautiful rendition of Melanie's "Look What They've Done To My Song", and a video of that performance is available below.

Fans of Cyrus can look forward to a new Miley record AND tour in 2013, with a single out by the end of this year. Miley's said to have worked with producers like Pharrel, Mac Miller, and Dr. Luke.

Ashton Kutcher Rules as Highest-Paid Actor on Television

$

Ashton Kutcher, on his own, is worth way more than your average two and a half men put together.

The 33-year-old actor-producer-investor and his $24 million tops Forbes' latest list of the highest-paid actors on TV over the last 12 months. And you get one guess as to who Kutcher displaced as No. 1.

That's right, former Two and a Half Men star Charlie Sheen, who was the biggest money-maker pre-meltdown with $40 million but fell off the list entirely this year.

Despite his absence from prime-time this year (yeah, we're still not over it, either), Hugh Laurie comes in second on the list with $18 million, the British thesp obviously having collected a pretty penny for the final season of House.

Men of a Certain Age was canceled, but Ray Romano's Everybody Loves Raymond is still pretty ubiquitous via syndication, resulting in an $18 million payday for its star and coexecutive producer.

Tied for third place are 30 Rock standout Alec Baldwin and Mark Harmon, whose NCIS is frequently the most-watched scripted show on TV, with $15 million.

Last Man Standing didn't make any critic's list of favorites last season but it did help Tim Allen secure fourth place with $14 million. And Jon Cryer, who just won his first lead-role Emmy for Two and a Half Men, rounds out the top five with $13 million.

In honor of eminem's 40th bday!! Em's 40 best songs!

$

Wednesday marks Eminem’s 40th birthday, but don’t go calling the Detroit rapper over-the-hill just yet.

While 40 was once an unthinkable age for a rapper, Em finds himself in good company in the “40” club: Jay-Z is 42, Em’s mentor Dr. Dre is 47, and Nas, 39, will join next year.

We’re marking the milestone by ranking Em’s 40 best songs. The criteria: We culled only from his studio albums, ignoring leaks, mixtape tracks and other songs floating around the Internet. We included the “8 Mile” soundtrack and his Bad Meets Evil project, as well, but left off his collaborations on other artists’ albums, which we’ll mark with a separate list.

The list is purely subjective, but takes into account impact, legacy and chart power. To our surprise, Em’s 2010 “Recovery” album notched the most entries, with eight, but “The Marshall Mathers LP” ranked the highest, earning four slots in the Top 10.

Overall, compiling the list proved Eminem has amassed an impressive body of work and he’s truly worthy of being called one of hip-hop’s all time greats.

The full list is below. (Warning: Explicit lyrics in just about every song.)

40. “Stay Wide Awake” (from “Relapse”)
39. “Mockingbird” (“Encore”)
38. “Fast Lane” (“Hell: The Sequel”)
37. “Rock Bottom” (“The Slim Shady LP”)
36. “My 1st Single” (“Encore”)
35. “White Trash Party (W.T.P.)” (“Recovery”)
34. “You’re Never Over” (“Recovery”)
33. “Déjà vu” (“Relapse”)
32. “Rabbit Run” (“8 Mile” soundtrack)
31. “My Mom” (“Relapse”)
30. “Encore” (“Encore”)
29. “A– Like That” (“Encore”)
28. “White America” (“The Eminem Show”)
27. “Not Afraid” (“Recovery”)
26. “Lighters” (“Hell: The Sequel”)
25. “Cold Wind Blows” (“Recovery”)
24. “Business” (“The Eminem Show”)
23. “Drug Ballad” (“The Marshall Mathers LP”)
22. “3 a.m.” (“Relapse”)
21. “Won’t Back Down” (“Recovery”)
20. “So Bad” (“Recovery”)
19. “Criminal” (“The Marshall Mathers LP”)
18. “Square Dance” (“The Eminem Show”)
17. “My Dad’s Gone Crazy” (“The Eminem Show”)
16. “Kill You” (“The Marshall Mathers LP”)
15. “Love the Way You Lie” (“Recovery”)
14. “Cleanin’ Out My Closet” (“The Eminem Show”)
13. “Without Me” (“The Eminem Show”)
12. “Guilty Conscience” (“The Slim Shady LP”)
11. “No Love” (“Recovery”)

10. “8 Mile” (“8 Mile” soundtrack)

Overshadowed by “Lose Yourself,” “8 Mile” is the unheralded gem of the “8 Mile” soundtrack, an in-character missive about the struggles he faced to make it in the rap game.

9. “My Name Is” (“The Slim Shady LP”)

The world’s introduction to Eminem, Slim Shady and Marshall Mathers established him as a pop-culture skewering psychopath with serious parental issues who could out-shock anyone put in front of him. Beyond that, it established his penchant for bizarre, complicated rhyme schemes (“extraterrestrial running over pedestrians”) and showed he was an MC first and foremost.

8. “Mosh” (“Encore”)

A pointed jab at George W. Bush, “Mosh” came out a few weeks before the 2004 election and found Eminem at his most political, slowing down his flow to make sure each word landed like a death blow.

7. “The Way I Am” (“The Marshall Mathers LP”)

So, how did Eminem enjoy the success of “The Slim Shady LP?” “I’m so sick and tired of being admired that I wish that I would just die or get fired,” Em seethes on this livid track from “The Marshall Mathers LP,” which acts as a bitter indictment of fame and the media spotlight.

6. “Till I Collapse” (“The Eminem Show”)

This “Eminem Show” cut has thematic similarities to “Lose Yourself” and an infectious militaristic stomp, and is hammered home by Nate Dogg’s confident chorus. Despite never being released as a single, the song has sold 2 million digital copies, in part because of its popularity in movie trailers (“Real Steel,” “Savages,” etc.).

5. “The Real Slim Shady” (“The Marshall Mathers LP”)

The song that marked Eminem’s pop peak and cemented him as a cultural force. The references are now dated — Tom Green, anyone? — but “The Real Slim Shady” is Eminem the celeb-skewer at his finest.

4. “’97 Bonnie & Clyde” (“The Slim Shady LP”)

This track — where Em calmly describes the murder of his daughter’s mother to his baby girl — established the bond between Eminem and his daughter, one of the most important themes in his work, and also proved Em to be both a scary-good storyteller and a good scary story teller.

3. “Stan” (“The Marshall Mathers LP”)

A story of demented fandom told from the prospective of an obsessed fan over three increasingly hostile verses and closing with a measured response from Em, “Stan” is a triumph of conceptual storytelling and one of Em’s most impressive efforts both as a rapper and a producer. It also helped break the career of Dido, whose tender “Thank You” forms the unlikely backbone of this dark, moody tale.

2. “Kim” (“The Marshall Mathers LP”)

A disturbing, shockingly violent murder fantasy that is the rawest, angriest song Eminem has ever recorded. It also contains his most complex, intricate rhymes ever; when he lays out the particulars of a grisly crime scene, he does so with a clarity and attention to detail that would make a “Law & Order” screenwriter proud. Truly haunting.

1. “Lose Yourself” (“8 Mile” soundtrack)

Eminem’s Oscar-winning masterpiece, “Lose Yourself” represents the peak of Em’s artistry and songwriting. Rousing and inspirational, it has become hip-hop’s “Eye of the Tiger”; listen closely and you can hear Em taking deep breaths between each line, as if he was losing himself in the music while recording. It worked; mom’s spaghetti hasn’t been the same since.

Smizer of the World wants babies before her eggs are scrambled

Her modeling career has spanned over 22 years, and it could keep going (and going), but Tyra Banks admits she's ready to try something new ... motherhood.

In an interview airing Oct. 17, the 38-year-old "America's Next Top Model" host tells Steve Harvey that she's eager to start a family and feels like her biological clock is running out.

"I'm really ready to have some babies. I want babies!" she explains in a clip from "The Steve Harvey Show." "I've always wanted them, but I've been saying 'I want babies in three years' since I was, like, 27. And now I'm 28," Banks says with a chuckle. "No, I'm 38 -- I think it's time. [My eggs are] going to be hard-boiled and fried and scrambled up in there, so it's time to get those eggs working!"

As for who she wants to have kids with, Banks says that's still up in the air. But, she wants to set one thing straight -- she's not dating her 24-year-old "ANTM" co-star, Rob Evans.

"There's been a lot of rumors that I've been dating certain people, all these young boys ... ain't true," Banks admits with a scowl. "I ain't a cougar!"
