Perhaps she is developing a thicker skin, or maybe it's the support of her loving husband...
Whatever the case, Anne Hathaway appeared sprightly and carefree as she stepped out with her doting husband Adam Shulman on Tuesday - despite being a the centre of ridicule yesterday.
On Monday, shock jock Howard Stern laid into the 30-year-old actress in an interview with James Franco, steering the conversation into a biting commentary on 'Hatha-hating'.
Anne was smiling and appeared generally relaxed by the side of her devoted husband of six months.
The Les Miserables star and her 31-year-old man looked to be happily engaged in conversation with one another.
The couple were appropriately wrapped up given the 10 degree conditions, with Adam snuggling up to his wife at one point for extra warmth.
And with such a devoted chap by her side, Anne probably doesn't give a hoot about the 'Hatha-haters.'
In an interview on Monday, James Franco and Howard Stern openly discussed why 'everyone sort of hates Anne Hathaway'.
Franco, who co-hosted the 2011 Oscars with Anne, revealed that although the pair had made up following the huge public backlash about their presenting skills, they 'haven't talked in a while'.
It was Sirius XM radio show host Howard Stern who really dished the criticism, musing that 'she comes off like the goody two-shoes actress and it's just fun to sort of hate her'.
Spring Breakers star James Franco attempted to remain slightly more neutral, insisting that Stern would need to 'take the lead' on the topic of Anne's hate band-wagon.
She better challenge him on Celebrity Deathmatch. Guess who would win.
Kim Kardashian and her six-month pregnant belly has been spotted all over New York these past few days as she promotes Tyler Perry’s new film, “Temptation.” While jetting past the BET offices this week, she not only chatted about her first big role away from the reality TV cameras, but also how she plans on teaching her child about racial identity. When asked if she is prepared to raise a bi-racial baby, she responded:
I have a lot of friends who are of all different nationalities and their children are bi-racial so they’ve talked to me a little bit about it and what to expect. The most important thing is, the way I want to raise my children is to not see color. There are experiences that you won’t really know how to prepare for until you really go through it but raising a child in general is challenging. As long as you are open-minded and don’t have any pre-concieved ideas of how you are going to raise your children, it really keeps this broad spectrum. Obviously, You want your child to travel the world and experience different races and different cultures everywhere. So that’s really important to me.
Who's been watching this season? Happy we are getting to see more of Tim and Rachel. I particularly love Rachel's snark.
NBC "Today" news anchor Jenna Wolfe announced on the morning show on Wednesday that she is having a baby girl with partner and NBC News correspondent Stephanie Gosk, acknowledging her gay partnership publicly for the first time.
"This is big for me, I'm actually pregnant," Wolfe, who is the anchor for "Weekend Today," said. "I'm quite pregnant, actually."
Wolfe said the baby is due on August 27 and that she will keep a diary-style blog about her pregnancy.
"It's ... about documenting my fears, funnies and follies that come with doing this for the first time," Wolfe wrote in her first entry. "I've never changed a diaper ... I don't really understand what a breast pump is."
Wolfe, 39, and Gosk, 40, have been together for three years.
The couple told People magazine that Wolfe underwent artificial insemination from an anonymous donor in December and that they are also planning to wed.
Wolfe made her announcement in the same week that the U.S. Supreme Court heard arguments in two cases regarding same sex marriage.
In a message posted on her Facebook page, Lindsey Morgan has announced her departure from General Hospital. The actress joined the series last April as the daughter of Sonny and Alexis.
Based on the wording of Morgan’s message, one can only wonder if the soap plans on recasting the role once more. Previously, Morgan took over from actress Lexi Ainsworth.
It is with a heavy heart I have to announce that my time at Port Charles has come to an end. I'm not sure where Kristina is headed next but it was a beyond amazing opportunity to portray her... be part of the Davis Girls... have the Corinthos' passion and temper run though my veins and to witness history being made on this momentous show! I learned so much and am so grateful for the friendships I've made and experiences I've had. GH will always have a special place in my heart and I cannot thank y'all enough for tuning in loyally to watch me live my dream. Thank y'all for your endless love, letters, support, encouragement, kind words, even the little hello's or a sweet smiley face that love kept me going when I had difficulty navigating through Kristina's and my own journey this past year. Thank you for your generosity. Now keep watching GH! The Nurses' Ball is mere days away!
A final airdate for Morgan has not been announced.
We've been dying to get our hands on these "Vampire Diaries" senior prom photos -- and now we can finally exclusively reveal them to all the fans! The highly anticipated prom episode, "Pictures of You," will air Thursday, April 18 at 8 p.m. -- and judging from these pics, it's the biggest Mystic Falls event we've seen yet.
First of all, Elena -- who chooses a dress that matches the new hot-pink highlights in her hair -- finds herself caught between Stefan and Damon once again. We're just glad Damon agreed to go to the dance in the first place... after all, he is just a few years past his high school days.
Meanwhile, it seems that Rebekah is feeling a little glum as she slumps at a table. Perhaps she's not exactly the object of Stefan's affection that night? (Though, in that sunny yellow dress, we can't imagine why he wouldn't want to sweep her off her feet.) Luckily, it looks like Matt may be showing up to save the day. Here's hoping that kid finally gets a little action. It is prom night, after all.
As for Caroline -- how breathtaking is her gown? Unfortunately, with both Klaus and Tyler absent from these photos, there's no clue as to whether she's got a date to this particular dance. Maybe that's why she's sharing a drink with Damon in one shot.
And finally, we get to see Bonnie all dolled up! Since she's missed out on a few of Mystic Falls' more glamorous affairs, it's great to see her put on a fancy dress with her friends.
What are your best guesses as to what happens at the prom? Who's dancing with whom? Do you think Elena and Caroline will face off? Any guesses as to whether Katherine makes an appearance? Sound off below in the comments section. Let's discuss!
Ubisoft offering extra content for preorders in the US and four different special editions in the UK.
In North America, customers who preorder Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag at GameStop will gain access to The Black Island Pack. This gives players an additional treasure-hunting quest at Black Island, access to the Black Ship, special silver flintlock pistols used by Captain Morgan for single-player, and additional Captain Morgan items for use in multiplayer. Customers will also get a poster designed by comic artist Todd McFarlane.
In Europe, four additional versions of Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag are being made available: the Special Edition, Skull Edition, Buccaneer Edition, and Black Chest Edition.
The Black Chest Edition is exclusive to the Uplay store and comes with a 55cm model of protagonist Captain Edward Kenway on the bow of his ship, the Jackdaw. There's also a parchment copy of the game's world map, and a real-life replica of the Black Flag. A steelbook copy of the game is also included, which contains an artbook, a soundtrack, two lithograph and two canvas prints, and unspecified additional in-game content. The contents are enclosed in a custom, special-edition box.
The Buccaneer Edition, meanwhile, is exclusive to Game in the UK and GameStop in Ireland. It contains the Edward Kenway figurine, artbook, soundtrack, two lithograph prints, a collector's box, and additional content.
The Skull Edition, which is available across all participating retailers, includes a jumbo steel case alongside the artbook, soundtrack, in-game content, and two lithograph prints.
Ubisoft's Uplay Store is pricing the Black Chest Edition at £109.99, the Buccaneer Edition at £69.99, and the Skull Edition at £54.99.
Finally, there's the Special Edition, which contains exclusive content and is available only through Game in the UK and XtraVision in Ireland. It's available at standard RRP for customers who preorder the game, and promises additional content at launch.
Additionally, the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 versions of the game are also set to come with 60 minutes of additional content exclusive to Sony platforms.
"Aladdin" (1992) was originally drawn to resemble Michael J. Fox but producers felt he looked too boyish and added the rakish features of Tom Cruise.
While actress Sherri Stoner was the live action model for Ariel from "The Little Mermaid" (1989) the animators were also inspired by then 16-year-old Alyssa Milano.
Flamboyant drag performer Divine inspired the look of Ursula the Sea-Witch for "The Little Mermaid" (1989).
The beautiful Native American actress and singer was both the vocal and visual inspiration for Pocahontas (1995).
Snow White/Margaret Champion
In addition to modeling the lead in "Snow White and the Seven Dwarves," Champion also worked on "Pinocchio" (1940) and "Fantasia" (1940).

Way to go, Marshmallows! In case you were unaware, international fans can now be backers for some of the reward packages.
JT becomes just the sixth artist to have tallied at least two Billboard 200 No. 1s each in a group and as a soloist. And, half the list consists of Beatles.
As previously reported, Justin Timberlake's third solo album, "The 20/20 Experience," debuts at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with 968,000 copies sold, according to Nielsen SoundScan. The sum is the largest for any album this year and the best of the former 'N Sync member's solo career.
Another way to frame Timberlake's success? He's just the sixth artist in the Billboard 200's 57-year history to notch multiple No. 1 albums both with a group and as a soloist. And, half of those six are Beatles, meaning Timberlake is in some truly Fab company.
Here's a look at the select six superstar artists to top the Billboard 200 more than once both as group members and on their own:
McCartney scored a record 19 No. 1s with the Beatles (between 1964 and 2001) and seven with his group Wings; of those latter seven, two were billed to McCartney, two to Paul and Linda McCartney and three to Paul McCartney & Wings. His 1982 No. 1 "Tug of War" remains the last solo album by a Beatle to rule the chart.
In addition to his astonishing 19 No. 1s with the Fab Four, Lennon logged three leaders on his own, one each credited to himself, John Lennon/Plastic Ono Band and John Lennon & Yoko Ono (the lattermost set serving as his swan song, 1980's eight-week No. 1 "Double Fantasy.")
Harrison likewise augmented his 19 Billboard 200 toppers with multiple solo No. 1s: 1970's "All Things Must Pass" and 1973's "Living in the Material World."
Since the No. 2-peaking "The Slim Shady LP" introduced the rapper in 1999, he's yet to miss the Billboard 200 summit with a solo album, notching six No. 1s from 2000's "The Marshall Mathers LP" through 2010's "Recovery."Perhaps overshadowed are his two No. 1s as part of D12: the rap collective reigned in 2001 with "Devil's Night" and in 2004 with "D12 World." (His one entry as half of Bad Meets Evil, 2011's "Hell: The Sequel (EP)," also hit No. 1.)
Destiny's Child crowned the Billboard 200 with 2001's "Survivor" and 2005's best-of "#1's."Beyonce's four studio solo albums, meanwhile, have all topped the chart: "Dangerously in Love" (2003), "B'Day" (2006) "I Am…Sasha Fierce" (2008) and "4" (2011).
JT joins the list upon the arrival of "The 20/20 Experience," as his previous solo set, "FutureSex/LoveSounds," led for two weeks in 2006. (His first solo album, 2002's "Justified," debuted and peaked at No. 2.) As a member of mega boy band 'N Sync, he led with "No Strings Attached" in 2000 and "Celebrity" in 2001.
Honorable mention, too, to Eric Clapton. He never notched multiple No. 1s with the same group but did dominate once each with Blind Faith and Cream before posting three solo No. 1s in 1974-94. (He also debuted as recently as last week at No. 7 with his new album "Old Sock.")
Perhaps just as intriguing as the exclusive list of six acts that have topped the Billboard 200 more than once both with a group (or duo) and solo is the list of superstar acts that haven't, despite enviable success both as band members and on their own.
Michael Jackson, for instance, scored six solo No. 1s but, perhaps surprisingly, the Jackson 5/Jacksons never rose higher than No. 4 with any of their albums. (i'm surprised tbh)
The Supremes rung up three No. 1s, but Diana Ross led only with 1972's "Lady Sings the Blues" soundtrack. Had 1980's No. 2-peaking "Diana" climbed one spot higher, she'd be included. Similarly, Simon & Garfunkel garnered three No. 1s in 1966-68, while Paul Simon has peaked with the 1975 No. 1 "Still Crazy After All These Years" and 1973 No. 2 "There Goes Rhymin' Simon." And, while not quite strictly a group/solo comparison, Dave Grohl reached No. 1 four times with Nirvana and once with Foo Fighters, while the latter group has also scored a No. 2-peaking effort.
Creedence Clearwater led with two albums, in 1969-70, but John Fogerty hit No. 1 only once on his own, with 1985's "Centerfield." Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young released three No . 1 albums in 1970-74, but Neil Young added a lone solo leader with 1972's "Harvest." And, Fleetwood Mac posted four No. 1s between 1975 and 1997, but its only solo topper by a band member is Stevie Nicks' 1981 album "Bella Donna."
Other notable acts missing the cut (so far, in the cases of relatively more recent acts): the Beach Boys/Brian Wilson … the Black Eyed Peas/Fergie … Black Sabbath/Ozzy Osbourne … Chicago/Peter Cetera … Commodores/Lionel Richie … Eagles/Don Henley, Glenn Frey … Genesis/Phil Collins … Go-Go's/Belinda Carlisle, Jane Wiedlin … Journey/Steve Perry … the Judds/Wynonna … Led Zeppelin/Jimmy Page, Robert Plant … matchbox twenty/Rob Thomas … the Miracles/Smokey Robinson … New Edition/Bell Biv DeVoe, Bobby Brown, Ralph Tresvant … Pink Floyd/David Gilmour, Roger Waters … the Police/Sting … and the Rolling Stones/Mick Jagger.
And, of course, Ringo Starr. Not only is he the only Beatle without multiple solo No. 1 albums, he's also never netted even one, climbing to a career-best No. 2 as a soloist with 1973's "Ringo."
But again, surely softening the blow are the 19 times he got by all competition with a little help from his friends in the Beatles.
Sara Bareilles has announced her return to the music scene with her new single “Brave” and an eighteen city tour for this spring!
The song will be the first single off the 33-year-old singer’s upcoming untitled album, set to be released this summer. “Brave” will be released on April 23 and the Brave Enough tour will kick off on April 25!
It will be her first full-length album since 2010′s chart-topper Kaleidoscope Heart.
Since then, Bareilles appeared as a judge on NBC’s singing competition, “The Sing-Off,” and released a documentary, “A Trace of the Sun: Volunteering in Japan,” about her time in Japan with relief-effort team All Hands Volunteer following the 2011 earthquake and tsunami. Last year, she released an EP, “Once Upon Another Time,” produced by Ben Folds.
The album comes after some challenging times in her life. “I have been confronting some of my greatest fears in the last handful of months and have been amazed at how empowered I can feel when I muster up the courage to turn and growl back at those monsters under the bed,” Sara said. “The songs on this album are a true reflection of everything I’ve come to experience in recent months.”

I for one am excited. I love her music and voice.
On Tuesday Kim took to her blog following a hectic day of TV interviews, where she told her fans that she is by no means attempting to disguise her changing shape.
After earlier admitting to having put on 20lb so far during her pregnancy, Kim posted: 'I see comments from many people that I only wear black and I’m trying to hide my pregnancy or I’m ashamed, which is so beyond ridiculous!'

Life after Hollywood: ‘Louie, Louie’ singer Yank Berry nominated for Nobel Peace Prize
Forty-five years ago, Yank Barry was belting out “Louie, Louie” with iconic band The Kingsmen. Cut to 2013, and he’s a third-time Nobel Peace Prize nominee with very real prospects of joining the ranks of past winners including The Dalai Lama and Mother Teresa.
“I was very surprised. It was gratifying,” Barry, 65, told FOX411’s Pop Tarts column of his nomination, which was presented to him by boxer and Filipino political figure, Manny Pacquiáo following his recent visit to the Philippines working with victims from a typhoon that hit the nation late last year and killed over one thousand people. “It is not often that I am left speechless, but this was one of them. It’s overwhelming to think about.”
While back in his Hollywood heyday, Yank never “in his wildest dreams” envisioned such a career in worldwide philanthropy, but after thirty years entertaining, he realized there was much more he could do to make a difference.
And it was something far more rewarding than applause from a show.
“I was topping out in music and I wanted to get out before I became a ‘has been.’ I just didn’t have the passion anymore. By mistake I ended up in the food business,” Barry continued. “Mohammed Ali and talked about feeding people and the food company makes that possible. I have a passion for the food company only because it has enabled us to feed so many people.”
In 1995, Barry and the legendary boxer co-founded the Global Village Champions Foundation, a non-profit group which has fed more than 900-million meals to starving people worldwide. In 2006, the prominent performer secretly met with then-Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi to negotiate the release of the “Benghazi Six” hostages, a group of Bulgarian nurses and a Palestinian doctor who were imprisoned in 1999 and sentenced to death over a HIV outbreak that originated from their hospital.
Even though Barry’s work with the likes of Jimi Hendrix, Tom Jones and Englebert Humperdinck might be better known to the American public, he has already earned more than twenty international humanitarian peace awards, such as the 2010 Gusi Peace Prize and being named a Red Cross Humanitarian.
But he prefers to help quietly, without the need for trumpets and Hollywood back-patting.
“I don’t need the limelight. I would much rather our champions get the limelight. I am very happy leading a private life,” Barry said. “It is just an amazing feeling to save lives. In Haiti, I held the hand of a twelve-year-old girl while her leg was amputated. All they had to give her was Motrin because that’s all that was available. And I was also there when she died.”
However, this singer-turned-philanthropist is convinced someone else deserves the esteemed Nobel nod more than him.
“Mohammed Ali is the greatest. I’ve never been with anyone who turns heads of state – kings, presidents – into little children. There’s an aura about him, and he has really been the driving force of Global Village,” Barry told us.“If he weren’t sick he would be out there today. He’s the one who deserves the Nobel Peace Prize.”
In addition to being the foundation’s driving force, Ali has also given his cohort some profound words of wisdom.
“The nicest thing he ever said was ‘I’ll see you in heaven.’ That meant so much,” Barry added. “That meant so much. He also told me to stand up for my convictions.”
When will your faves, tho?
Taylor Swift rocks a cute pair of red sunglasses while out and about on Friday (March 29) in New York City.
The 23-year-old country singer was joined by her younger brother Austin.
The night before, Taylor performed a show for her Red Tour in New Jersey.
Ed Sheeran recently chatted about almost stabbing Taylor with his Lord of the Rings sword.
“The plane is kind of taking off and [the sword] started sliding down and I was like, ‘No!’ It was just about to impale Taylor,” Ed shared.
Diane Kruger“dreams” of having children with Joshua Jackson, but insists she doesn’t feel under pressure to become a mother.
“Yes, of course,” the 36-year-old beauty replied to British magazine Look when asked if she has thought about becoming a mother. “But it was difficult to make plans while Josh has been filming in Vancouver and I’ve been working in Europe a lot. I keep dreaming about a baby, but I don’t feel any pressure. I never thought about having children in the past, then Josh and I started thinking about a family six months after we became involved.”
Diane hinted that she may be thinking more seriously about babies. The couple are leaving Canada, where Joshua filmed his TV show Fringe, and German-born Diane admits this relocation will have a big impact on their life.
“Everything’s changing! I’ve been living a lot in Vancouver for the last few years, where my life has been so quiet,” she explained. “But now Joshua’s time with Fringe has come to an end, it’s going to be very different – just on that level alone.”
Diane went on to speak about her relationship with Joshua. The star was previously married to actor-and-director Guillaume Canet and knows how difficult it can be to make a romance go the distance.
“We’ve had our ups and downs like every couple, but now I want to work hard to make sure we stay together,” she smiled. “I think timing is one of the key things when it comes to love and relationships. You have to meet at the right moment and have the same feelings for the other person as they have for you. When I was married before and things came to an end, I didn’t feel like fighting for it and it was very painful.”
Good for her for not rushing things. I am sure she will be a good mother.
