South Park creators have decided to put the pause button on political jokes, claiming that “[the government is] already going out and doing the comedy. It’s not something you can make fun of.” They also add that “It’s really tricky now as satire has become reality" and that it was difficult to keep up with the craziness that was going on.

Although the first episode of the last season achieved the highest ratings of any SP premiere in a decade, the reviews were mixed.

Lana Del Rey left fans (aka me) sobbing when she left a hair saloon the other day, reminiscing her old glorious hair days.

She recently registered a new song called Young & In Love, and it's thought to be one of the songs for her upcoming album, which she will (hopefully) release in late 2017.

Chuck (her sister) also has done a photoshoot with her and she's releasing old photos from it.

A number of emails allegedly written by David Beckham have been hacked and released, and they ain't pretty.




* Annoyed that he hasn't been offered the honour of knighthood, despite already receiving an OBE
* Calls the honours committie a "bunch of c***s"
* Backed stay in the Scottish Independence referendum, because he thought it would boost his chances of receiving the knighthood offer
* Tax body HRMC had reportedly placed a flag on him, which may have affected his chances
* Was asked to attend a Spanish sports award ceremony last year and replied to the invite with "unless its a knighthood, f*** off"
* Demanded UNICEF cover business costs for a charity work trip
* Reluctant to contribute his own funds to UNICEF
* Mostly did charity work to help with his image

Unknown to him she bears his child and eventually marries a man who knows of her past but loves her very much. When she runs into Brand many years later her love for him resurfaces and she is prepared to abandon her son and husband for him. Tragedy follows.

Neiman Marcus follows Nordstrom's lead and drops Ivanka Trump's merchandise

A spokesperson for Neiman Marcus said:

"Neiman Marcus has a very small Ivanka Trump precious jewelry business which is comprised 100 percent of consigned merchandise (merchandise owned by the vendor). Based on productivity we continuously assess whether our brands are carried in stores, on our website, or both."


-The Neiman Marcus website no longer has Ivanka Trump products. Other retailers, including Macy's, Zappos.com, Saks Fith Avenue and Bon-Ton, still carry the collection.

No animals harmed in making of A Dog's Purpose, American Humane investigation concludes

According to American Humane, "an independent, third-party investigation conducted by a respected animal cruelty expert" into the film 'A Dog's Purpose' came to the conclusion that there was no animal cruelty on set.

Referring to the leaked video of the dog being lowered into the water; "Although the dog was momentarily stressed," a veterinary behaviourist concluded these was no lasting stress response for the dog, "based on studying additional footage not included in the video, body posture, and the fact that he quickly and willingly went into the water and performed the scene soon afterwards."

"It is disappointing that the public was misled by a manufactured controversy promoted by a radical organization like People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals with a mission to remove animals from films and other parts of our lives. We are the first to address and fight cruelty and abuse, and no such things happened on the set of 'A Dog's Purpose,'" said American Humane veterinarian Kwane Stewart in a release.

Stephen Baldwin Loses Home

Actor Stephen Baldwin has lost his home after failing to make mortgage payments since 2011.

Deutsche Bank foreclosed on Baldwin's Rockland County, New York home after he racked up more than $1 million in back mortgage payments. The house will be put up for auction next month.

Stephen bought the home in 2000 for $812,500. He had tried to claim that he made his mortgage payments but somehow was never credited for them, but a judge disagreed and has ordered Stephen and his wife to vacate the premises.

Stephen is a conservative Republican who has been openly critical of his brother Alec's Donald Trump impression on Saturday Night Live. He also feuded with his brother Billy before the presidential election over their differing political views.

Stephen once acted in major Hollywood films like the Usual Suspects, but now makes 4 or 5 straight-to-video Christian films a year.

- Threatened the good Minogue name
- Minogue issued an iconic shady opposition letter to the TM application ("Ms. Jenner is a secondary reality television personality who appeared on the television series 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' [and] is active on social media where her photographic exhibitionism and controversial posts have drawn criticism from, e.g., the Disability Rights and African-American communities".)

Awards watch: Damien Chazelle wins the Directors Guild Award; "Zootopia" ROFLstomps opposition.

As expected by pretty much everyone, Damien Chazelle won the DGA feature film directing prize, which makes him almost guaranteed to win the equivalent Oscar category. Lion's Garth Davis won the prize for first feature directing, also expected since he managed a nomination in the regular directing category too. The prize for documentary directing went to O.J.: Made in America helmer Ezra Edelman. And Zootopia directors Rich Moore and Byron Howard won the prize for animated feature directing, which, more below.


Across town at the Annie Awards, Zootopia won six awards, including Picture, Directing, and Writing.  Kubo and the Two Strings won a few awards for its animation, and Moana star Auli'i Cravalho tied with Zootopia's Jason Bateman for the award for best voice acting.

Lady Gaga's SB Halftime show to feature hundreds of lit-up drones

CNN is reporting that the Lady Gaga's Super Bowl Halftime performance will include "hundreds — yes, hundreds — of lit-up drones."

The use of the drones had to be cleared by the Federal Aviation Administration, as it has established a “No Drone Zone” in a 34.5 mile radius around the stadium starting today and ending on Midnight on Sunday.

Earlier in the week, observers caught glipse of drones flying over the stadium during rehearsals:
