Follow-up to the trailer reveal post, Neil Druckmann, Ashley Johnson (Ellie), and Troy Baker (Joel) took to the stage at PSX to host a panel for The Last of Us Part II.

    - Game is set a five years after the first, with Ellie now being 19
    - Ellie will be whom the player will primarily play as in the game
    - Druckmann revealed he shared the idea of TLoU2 with Ashley Johnson over a dinner, the same time he told her about the Left Behind DLC, which by the end of it left her bawling
    - Troy Baker revealed he almost didn't do the role for Joel because he was afraid he just wasn't right for it
    - Gustavo Santaolalla will be returning to compose for the game (Yes!!)
    - ND used a new motion capture and facial capture technology for the game, with some behind-the-scene footage of it in the video
    - Ashley Johnson had to get a vocal coach to learn to sing the song in the trailer "worse", they felt she sang it too well and got help finding what they felt was the right way Ellie would sing it
    - On why the game is back to focusing on Ellie and Joel : "I played with so many ideas that had different characters and it never felt right. The Last of Us is about these two characters, specifically." and finally "All I ask is that fans of the first one put faith in us and trust us. We're going to do right by you."
    - The theme of the first game was "Love", the sequel will be about "Hate" (Hmm...)

The song that Ellie sings in the trailer is a cover of Shawn James & The Shapeshifters song, Through the Valley :

    Highlights from the video:

    * Talks about the strange relationship between Mercy and Hathorne, how instead of enslaving him she's set him free, maybe to be the man that he is. Thinks that there maybe hasn't been a stranger love/sex scene that Mercy/Hathorne in all of television history.

    * The morning after the reckoning, Mary is like a junkie in withdrawal, so the Sentinel sees his opportunity to destroy her, but he's overplayed his hand. Mary realizes she's free and even goads him about his lack of freedom. Having stripped away what the Devil gave her, he may have brought her back to something more important, more powerful. She will in the end discover it means more to be a woman than to be a witch.

It made headlines when someone starting defacing Birth of a Nation posters with the word "rapist" and now it appears the same may be happening to Casey Affleck. Will the media finally address this in-depth or continue to allow Affleck's team to manipulate the narrative despite his similar history and the nepotism and racism at play here?

Social media shows people are waking up so where is the press? Staying quiet until it's time to give him glowing reviews for his SNL appearance?

Should probably note that Affleck was never accused of rape or sued for anything but sexual harassment so I am not claiming what the poster says is true. I'm aware we have to go by the facts in his lawsuits.

It's Christmas time, the time when people get together with family and friends and take a look at what's really important in life. A time to let people know how much you mean to them, and how much they mean to you. It's a beautiful and sentimental time...if you're a TV show character that is. Let's face it, most of us lose those warm and fuzzy feelings about the holidays once we hit adulthood, and some of us just plain hate this time of year.

Thankfully not all TV shows go completely mushy over Christmas. Some are bitter, cynical, realistic, depressing or just plain Grinch-y about it. To recognize those shows, here are 6 anti-Christmas Christmas specials that have graced television (in no particular order).

    1. ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT - " Afternoon Delight"

Michael and Maeby have a bonding moment and that inspires them to sing karaoke at the Bluth company Christmas party (with embarassing results). Buster gets addicted to crane machines and starts blowing off going to Army to visit arcades instead. G.O.B is looking forward to the speech the employees of Bluth company should be giving him at the party, but he's alienated all of them by bragging about his expensive suits.

    2. SEINFELD - "The Strike"

George creates a fake charity, The Human Fund, to avoid giving his boss a real Christmas present. Kramer and George's father decide to bring back the Costanza family tradition of Festivus, an anti-commercialism Christmas alternative which features a metal pole rather than a tree and "the feats of strength", a tradition where George is required to wrestle his father.

    3. PEEP SHOW - "Seasons Beatings"

Mark and Jez host Christmas for Mark's family at their flat. Mark's new girlfriend Dobby also joins them, but Mark hasn't told his family they're dating. Mark's father is not very forgiving of the lack of tradition in the celebration, which leads to a lot of hostility and awkwardness at the get-together.

    4. BEAVIS & BUTTHEAD - "It's a Miserable Life"

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

The second part of the Beavis & Butthead Christmas special is a parody of the traditional "It's a Wonderful Life" story that many TV shows borrow from for Christmas specials. Ghosts visit Beavis and Butthead and show them how much better everyone's life would have been if Butthead wasn't born.

    5. KING OF THE HILL - "Ms Wakefield"

Ms. Wakefield, a sweet old woman, shows up on the Hill's doorstep claiming that their home was where she grew up. Hank allows her to come inside so the family can let her look around. This sweet moment turns dark though when she refuses to leave, claiming she wants to die in the home where she had her happiest memories.

    6. ROSEANNE - "Home For the Holidays"

This Christmas special starts out like any other, with Dan returning home after staying with his ill mother in California and the family preparing for Christmas day. It's sweet, funny and pretty much like any other 90s sitcom Christmas special. That is until the last few minutes, when Jackie catches Dan flirting with his mother's nurse over the phone. SURPRISE! There's no Santa and your dad's having an affair.

ONTD, do you enjoy the holidays? I know there are a lot I missed so share your favorites in the comments.
