Harry Styles' rep denies he's struggling to get real acting roles
It was reported Styles was struggling to get serious acting roles, casting agents were reluctant to go with him because of his lack of previous acting experience or interest in acting classes, but the former 1D frontman is confident he can wing it despite that "He's not had acting classes, but he's been around for ages and has done media training and music videos for years" plus he has immense charisma, famously getting Harvey Weinstein to offer him a role in a movie without an audition, after Styles approached him at a party to discuss his career.
However his rep recently denied the story, saying there was no truth to the rumours that the star was only being offered "silly bit parts and cameos". This seems borne out by Variety recently confirming he will co star in Christopher Nolan's upcoming film 'Dunkirk', alongside lauded actors Mark Rylance, Kenneth Branagh and Tom Hardy. This is his first acting role outside of iCarly and 1D promo.

The date will be 4-26, a nod to LV-426 (the planet from the first two Alien films).

A New York City human rights lawyer has so bravely come forward alleging the hottest Broadway musical Hamilton is discriminating against white performers by requesting "non-white" performers in casting calls.
Basically, dude believes the Hamilton casting call violates New York City Human Rights Law and Actors Equity, which forbids employers from discriminating based on race, sex, religion, etc.
This is an actual quote: “What if they put an ad out that said, ‘Whites only need apply?’ Why, African-Americans, Latinos, Asians would be outraged [...] You cannot advertise showing that you have a preference for one racial group over another.”
The press representative and producer of Hamilton say the casting call was approved by Actors Equity and is legal.

This Week's OJ Fact Check
-Laura McKinney had been working on a screenplay about women on the police force in LA before she moved back to North Carolina where she is now a professor. They met because he saw her working on her laptop and asked what it was since it wasn't that common a sight in the 80's.
-Only two sentences out of 13 hours were allowed in court by Ito. And Fuhrman did say horrible things about Ito's wife (that she "sucked" and "fucked her way to the top") as well as women in general: “I won't eat with them, I won't have coffee with them, I won't be seen with them. It's embarrassing. Where does some woman five feet tall and 98 pounds get off coming out? I can bench press almost four times what she weighs.”
-The defense really was initially denied access to the tapes, and even if not said in any memoirs it wouldn't be too out there to say it was because of racism. Bailey only got to go with Cochran over Shapiro because Bailey offered to pay for his own ticket.
-OJ did film an exercise video weeks before the murder. His own doctor said that, “Although he looked like Tarzan, he was walking more like Tarzan's grandfather.”
-Darden really did lose it at one point and refused to apologize to Ito. He offered a weak one in the end to avoid going to jail.

Many people have been criticizing him for things like breaking the "man code" and the circle of trust in the locker room and for not knowing his place especially as a rookie.
