Nef photographed by Ben Grieme at The Standard, East Village

On Caitlyn Jenner:“I’m trying to get frozen yogurt with Caitlyn [while in LA] and just talk about girl stuff.”

On her decision to transition publicly:“I could have hid in Boston and lived at home for three years, gone through my transition, taken voice lessons to make my voice more feminine, gotten gender reassignment surgery, and spent time to complete my transition before I made my debut in fashion or film, but I didn’t want to wait! I wanted to be in the world. [...] I’m not trying to self-aggrandize, but [modeling is] more than a job to me. It is political.

On challenging standards of femininity:“When I don’t wear makeup, it’s not because I’m lazy, but it’s me making this radical bid for the feminization of my body and being confident in that. I don’t want to say that women who do use makeup or get breast implants or have fake nails are insecure. They’re entitled to that and they should do that if that’s what they want to do. But for me, there are no answers. It’s just a matter of preference and choice and fetish.”

-Selena Gomez, Kevin James & Adam Sandler made an appearance at the Transylvania 2 photo call
-Selena Gomez wore a two piece outfit with high slit. Yahoo says Gomez seemed uncomfortable in the outfit, grabbing at the slit & using her arm to cover her leg.
-Yahoo says the media would've torn her apart if she showed up dressed in sweat shorts and a t-shirt like Sandler & James.

Seriously, Adam Sandler & Kevin James could've found some damn jeans at least. Kevin James shows up better dressed to Mets games.

Game of Thrones Creators Clear Up Ambigious Stuff from Finale

Nothing new to say about Jon Snow/Kit Harrington, but this is confirmation about other character fates from the finale since the cutaways and editing really liked to be ambigious.

-Stannis is definitely dead. They thought it'd be gratiotious to show Brienne decapitating him. He had nothing else to live for anyways.

-Myrcella is also dead. This might not actually lead to war with Dorne since Cersei blames Tyrion for sending her away in the first place.

-Trystane gets to be stuck in the lion's den since that boat will still be sailing to King's Landing.

-Sansa and Theon survive that suicidal looking jump.

(What part of "reality" do these producers not understand?)

RadarOnline.com reports NAACP race faker Rachel Dolezal is fielding multiple offers to film a reality show, and is seeking professional representation after her interview on the Today show.

Dolezal is in New York City because she lost her NAACP and teaching jobs, and has been “offered two reality shows from different production companies,” an insider told Radar. While most people would go away in shame, Rachel is hiring an agent and a publicist

“Rachel wants to use all of the publicity to raise awareness about race relations,” the source said.

(This seems appropriate. Anyone else on ONTD old enough to remember this gem?)

-An "insider" says they had a major altercation
-She feels she can spill now that she doesn't have to deal with her anymore.

Meh, she'll give us a spiel about women being pitted against each other. I think she's smart enough not to upset the powers that be. Plus it serves her no purpose to spill, but it does help the publicity of the book to pretend she's gonna reveal anything worth reading #iseewhatyoudoin. But if she did i'll buy multiple copies to support it myself.

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

-Discusses evolution from 2012's Kaleidoscope Dream. Lyrical progression + more aggressive sonically to match where he is in life. Process took longer than he anticipated but you can't rush art.
-The record is less lush and ethereal than the previous one. Has more bite.
-Much more attention is being paid to his visual presentations. Will juxtapose the music dramatically.
-Says Jessie Ware is like a sister to him. Worked alongside her in a studio compared to recording separately from artists such as Janelle Monáe, Lorde, A$AP Rocky, Mariah Carey for collaborations.
-Walks down the street without being recognized. Says he wants success and his humanity. Doesn't feel like he has to sacrifice the latter.
-Co-signs emerging artist Raury and loves Alabama Shakes & played a gig with them in the past.
-Wildheart is out on June 29. Pre-order on iTunes here.
